I felt completely at ease when I first spoke to Oriel on the phone and communication after that was prompt. As the sit approached I got slightly confused with my dates but Oriel took it all in her stride! Oriel, Duncan & girls arrived for the sit and immediately took to Vera & Pru. They were all so friendly & I felt so comfortable welcoming them into our home. Due to an emergency hospital appointment, I wasn’t able to take them out to dinner but they made full use of the kitchen and seemed to settle in well. I had written a ‘pug guide’ for each pug which I think helped. Both Oriel & Duncan were very easy to chat to, extremely interested in the pugs little ‘ways’ and took on board some of the issues Pru has (being a recent rescue). I was able to have a few days away with total confidence that my fur babies & house were being very well looked after. I would welcome them back in a flash.
My son returned to house before me. Luna was happy and seemed well looked after and content. The bed in Lisa’s room was partially dismantled and bunched together with ourhrr beddin in a messy mound. The garbage was dumped in a single bin without bin liners and was not sorted into recycle etc bins. There were dirty dishes in the kitche, also rotting food in opens packaging. The patio plants had not been watered and house generally untidy. There were dog Pooh bags littered in the garden. I am very surprised that the house was left in this condition as Lisa when we spoke seemed to be a nice lady. I am paying for a cleaning service this Friday when I return to clean rooms And wash bedding etc. I am not confident to use Zeewoi again and would appreciate some compensation for the cleaning services that are required. Terri was a wonderful sitter from start to finish. She is responsible, respectful, thoughtful and communicative. My boys, Finn and Farley, took to her immediately. She loved the boys and took great care of them. She exercised them regularly and sent photo updates which I loved. Terri took great care of my house and watered my plants and yard as I requested. She couldn't have been any nicer! I highly recommend Terri for your future sit needs and I would love to have her come back to sit anytime. I 100% endorse Terri. Thank you Terri for staying with the boys - WOOF WOOF.
