My pups love going to Dogtopia! We were greeted by Zack and felt so welcome. I'm so glad I found a spot where my dogs feel safe and comfortable. At the front desk Zack made my dogs so excited for their day care. It's super important to me as a dog owner that my dogs are greeted with love and Dogtopia and their employees did exactly that. Excited to keep the relationship going and I'm sure that my dogs will be excited to see everyone again!

Very clean facility and nice staff. My dog is 8 months and super friendly with people other dogs and even children. When I brought my dog in for his meet and greet, rather than slowly introducing him to all the dogs, they inteoduced him to all 25 dogs at once and he got so scared that he failed his meet and greet. Makes me sad because it seemed like a great place but they really set my pup up for failure because they did that

Our dogs, Cello and Bene, have been going to Dogtopia for several months now and I don’t know who loves it there more, my boys or my husband and I! The facility is super clean, the different options they provide, the fun add ons to choose from each day and the AMAZING staff are amongst the many reasons why we love Dogtopia. I feel so secure when my boys are there and never worry about them like I would if they were somewhere else. Dogtopia for the win!

I love so much about it! The facility is immaculate, the staff is amazing. I love that I can check in throughout the day on the video cameras and I love all of the little extras, like the cute little parties and treats! This past week I took advantage of the spa services and was pleasantly surprised at how fluffy and clean my girl was when I picked her up. Before coming to Dogtopia we tried a couple other daycares. This place is hands down the best!!

Promptness to requests for daycare, boarding, and any other services has been great ! Attentive service, friendliness of staff, and I feel comfortable leaving my dog there to play all day. They routinely each month have fun things for the dogs to do, which include special treats. There is a lot of thought and care that goes into these additional “perks” for the dogs. I know for my dog Cole it is a fun, safe and loving environment for him. I could not ask for more !

My pup had been enrolled in Dogtopia for just 3 days. That was enough for me. Although the facility is clean, the room coaches, not all, are not very attentive to All the dogs. They have their favorites. My pup did a lot of aimlessly wandering in a room with a black matted floor. Up to 20 dogs in the same room. Some clearly belonged in a more high energy environment. I witness my 10 month old puppy being toppled repeatedly by an aggressively high strung dog while the room coach mopped the floor over and over again. Absolutely zero intervention. I had to call and complain. The 2 hour crate rest time 12-2 pm, which I agreed with cameras are off during this time. Cameras back on at 2pm. I watched the room coach mopping the floor again. She didn’t let several pups out of the crate for 2 hrs and 38 minutes. Once again a phone call to speak with the owner Bobbi who tried to over talk my concern. I had to interject and firmly say, pull up the video. Unacceptable at best. The room has one plastic platform stair rest area for 20 plus dogs, no stimulation or other rest areas which aids to the aimlessly pacing. 2 water bowls for all dogs to drink from. The facility may be clean (constant mopping but no stimulation to the dogs) is not acceptable for the price you pay. $78.00 per 2 days plus the cost for treats. I could certainly keep by pup at home if I wanted him crated for 2 hours and 38 minutes. The whole purpose for enrollment was the hope that my dog would be socialized and learn some basic obedience skills. This, you will not find in the Latham location. Nor will you find very engaged, enthusiastic room staff members. Do better Dogtopia, do better. 6-11-24 -Response to the owner. Just stop! There was no thunderstorm at 12 noon which is when you told me the bubble party was. Secondly, if I could post screenshots I would as I do have them. Absolutely zero solid waste noted on the floors. 2 water bowls for over 20 dogs. And if your protocol was to leave dogs in crates for extended periods, this should be brought to pet parent’s attention at the interview session. Calm pups?!?! My pup is the most docile pup you will ever meet, yet he was left in a crate for 2 hrs 38 minutes while the dog I called and complained about the FIRST time was rolling all the other dogs aggressively around the room was out of the crate while your room coach was mopping the floor for 38 minutes straight!! Again, stop. I am not the first person to make valid complaints. I guess we’re all wrong. Possibly you should hammer it home and really reiterate to your staff they’re being watched. Thank God you have cameras.

Dogtopia is outstanding! Paige and her staff are top notch. The facilities are incredibly clean, all the dogs (and owners) are happy and it truly feels like a safe and special place to leave your pup to play. Cameras are a bonus…the playrooms are adorable, theme days and bubble parties too! 😂 These guys are the best! My Finn has even been better behaved and truly loves his time at Dogtopia! Thank you guys!

My doodle Mia has been going to Dogtopia now for a few months and being able to go here has greatly impacted her wellbeing. She’s so social, calm, happy and this all makes for a very happy human too! The staff welcome the dogs in so kindly and provide excellent service. So happy to have found them!

There’s so much to love about Dogtopia of Latham! The facility is so clean, has a great layout, and is warm and inviting for both dogs and humans. I love that I can check in on my puppy through the high quality webcam. Their mobile app is easy to navigate, I can book all of my appointments ahead of time as well. I love that from 12pm-2pm, the dogs get their own crate to eat lunch and take a nap while the rooms get a mid-day clean! Although Dogtopia is a franchise, Bobbie, Jay, and the staff have not made it feel like you’re just a “number” checking in and out, they still have that small town touch and they really care for the well being of the dogs. My Leon comes home fully HAPPY AND CLEAN! So happy to have a well-run facility like this in Latham :)

My dog had been going here for just over a year. He absolutely loved it. Very clean, friendly staff the whole 9 yards. Unfortunately, buyer beware. Watch your cameras! With a HUGE turnover in staff, there is a lot of favoritism. Also, staff doesn’t always treat your pet well! When things were good, they were very good.. There is also a HUGE turnover in the dogs that come and go as well. Very nice place… Just watch your cameras! There I’d definitely zero loyalty to those who have been there.. Buyer beware. If you don’t mind paying for a service that your pet is crated more than playing your all set.

We started with a meet-and-greet with Jessica who was so lovely and fun. She took detailed notes about our Artie and assembled an online profile with all that information. Then Dawn was assigned as our walker in the area. Let me tell you, our rambunctious 1 year old cattle mix Artie can be a real handful! He's full of energy and mischievous. I can tell from messaging with Dawn that she really, truly loves Artie and laughs at all his shenanigans like we do! She has been so available, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I love seeing her daily reports and photos. She even set up a joint walk and playdate with a dog in our neighborhood who she thought would be a good match - which Artie LOVED! Attached is a photo she sent me of Artie jumping to catch a butterfly!! We're so happy we found Empire and especially Dawn. We can rest assured that our Artie is being cared for just like we would ourselves when we're at work or out of town.

If you are looking for trustworthy, reliable pet sitting look no further than Empire Pets. Jessica has provided in-home cat sitting for our 10 year old boy Bruce for 4-5 years now. Initially, I was very worried about leaving Bruce with anyone else because I am very type A and he has some medical issues that require a little extra attention. Jessica’s clear professionalism instantly put all my fears at ease. She truly provides above and beyond service which makes it so we never have to worry entrusting our pet and home to Jessica’s care. The photos she sends after her visits (see attached) are an added bonus which just make my day every time.

Jessica has been caring for our four cats for years. We feel totally comfortable leaving them in her care. She sends notes and pictures for each visit, and when we return it's clear they have been well cared for. It is a relief knowing that we are leaving our kitties in the hands of a loving professional!

Jessica and Empire Pet Care are the only people I'd want to have taking care of my dogs and cats when I'm not home. She does an amazing job with them and goes the extra mile by sending us pictures and summaries of each of their visits. We've seen our dogs with Jessica a couple of times and it's obvious that they love her and are excited to see her when she comes for visits. We couldn't have found someone better to take care of our animals!

Can't recommend Empire Pet Care enough! Jessica is extremely responsive and sends very detailed updates and pictures of your pets every visit, even on Christmas! I feel so much more at ease leaving my pets when Jessica is taking care of them! We will definitely use her anytime we go away.

Jessica and Empire Pet Care are amazing. By having home visits, our dogs are able to have a stress-free time while we are away. Jessica is great with them and provides pictures and updates during each visit. We would highly recommend using Empire Pet Care!!

It’s with full confidence that I recommend Empire Pet Care! Jessica was an absolute professional (though I’d refer to her as an angel 😇) in taking care of my cat while I toured in Europe for 3 weeks this Fall. . She was attentive, doting, and responsible....providing me daily reports of each encounter she had with my Daisy, including pictures of her time with her, and a narrative of their activities, daily visits. Wonderful! 💕 Being a cat lover and cat owner for many years...this I know. Cats like familiarity. Cats don’t want to be boarded. They want to stay in their homes...with familiar sights, sounds, smells, routines, and playmates if their owners are away. Jessica became this. An incredible playmate.🙂 Having a pet sitter to feed, play, clean your litter box, check on your mail, water your plants...and cuddle with your pet, which matters most for much of the time ...that’s Jessica’s strength! Empire Pet Care, Jessica, gave us peace of mind when we left our 150 pound bullmastiff, Hank, for an extended period for the first time. She met with us prior to our vacation and Hank fell in love with her immediately! She accommodated all of our requests in caring for Hank, and additionally took care of our home by turning on and off lights, getting mail, etc. We highly recommend Jessica and Empire Pet Care! We definitely plan to use them in the future and so happy we can feel confident and comfortable with the care that they provide!

Really great people, Jessica and Ciera are two of my dog Ruby's best friends! Ruby can't wait to see them during the week and will even sit by the door expecting their arrival. They give her lots of love and attention, introduce her to new doggie friends, and really help enforce good walking behaviors. Also like that Ruby gets a mix of play time and walking time every week and daily updates. Complete trust in Empire Pet Care and so happy to have found them!

We asked Empire Pet Care to check in on our 3 kitties while on vacation for 10 days- Jessica and Rob were great! We received photos and updates everyday we asked them to stop by, which was everyday. Everyone was happy to have them visit! Thank you!

She takes great care of my puppy every time. Only groomer I trust. She is patient with my over hyper pup, and he always comes out with the cutest cut!

Karen does an amazing job grooming my maltipoo! My dog is a piece of work when it comes to grooming and she looks fabulous every time. Karen also groomed my rag doll cat for the summer and he was flaunting his new-do like a king. I love Putting on the Dog!

My dog is all ready for summer with his new do, but more importantly, he was calm when I picked him up. this is huge, people! Fergus can be neurotic on a good day, and very anxious, but he obviously felt comfortable here and he’s a very good judge of character. we will be coming back :)

Too many dogs crammed into a small space. It’s dingy - My poor yorkie was traumatized after his visit here. His haircut was good but he acted weird for 2 days after. He’s usually very outgoing and playful. Don’t recommend.

My wife called only to ask about possible accommodations (specifically how the wait times worked and if we could wait with our dog) for my elderly dog who has epilepsy and is highly prone to seizures and to set an appointment. The woman who answered the phones response? "You should have called sooner if you're going to be picky about your dog". So trying to keep my dog alive is being picky? Scum of the earth, shouldn't be working with dogs or customers. I will never do business with a groomer who trivializes my dogs life .

Tons of cats and their feces everywhere, very dirty facility. Stay away

Most awful experience.She doesn't know what she is doing and traumatized my cat .Dropped him off and didn't hear anything .Called an hour later .She said i must come get him .That my cat attacked her .This baby is my son’s therapy cat .Our kitty wouldn't hurt a soul and has been groomed by another wonderful person.I only tried because of being close by and groupon.Do yourself a favor and dont go to her.

Great people who take great care of our dog! They radiate affection for their charges and post amazing daily Instagram stories of the dogs playing, sleeping in the sun, or curled up on a couch . They can also provide baths and nail clippings while your dog is at day care.

Oliver loves The Dogscape and so do we!! The staff is so warm and welcoming and Oliver loves his furry friends! We are always confident that Oliver will be well cared for and happy when we drop him off. He gets so excited when we we approach the site in the morning and comes out tail wagging and happy at the end of his day!

My pooch has been going to The Dogscape since it opened and we could not be happier! While he is typically a homebody, he gets so excited when we arrive at The Dogscape and bursts right out of the car with his tail wagging like crazy. Kristen and Amanda are super accommodating and always very responsive to any questions.

Baxter loves going to Dogscape. He has made friends both human and canine. The outdoor space is large and safe. The indoor space has lots of activities to keep the pups busy with plenty of furniture for lounging. The staff is always ready for playtime or cuddling. Baxter comes home happy and tired!

Nancy stayed with our cat and dog for 6 days and overnights. She is thorough, experienced and most importantly very caring. Only person i trust with my dogs! I have two dogs one whose anxious and the other with diabetes and anemia and she does an excellent job caring for their medical needs and gives updates without needing to be asked! Would recommend to any pet owner!
