Mona and David were very reliable, responsive, and courteous. They kept in touch with us through their arrival time and even offered to take us to the train station a mile away. They left the house exactly how we left it when we returned, tidy and clean. They were so sweet with our girls too. The only issue was on our side when the basement tenants mistakenly tried unsuccessfully to enter the house. Mona called me immediately and we explained that it was an error on the basement tenants part after making a few phone calls. (so sorry to have scared you a bit Mona). I would definitely agree to have Mona and David Sit for us again if they wanted to in the future!
Cody and Anna are the most professional and organized pet sitters ever! We cannot recommend them highly enough. They are an absolutely amazing couple with compassion, attention to detail, and lovely personalities! We were so lucky to have chosen them for our housesit. They went above and beyond the responsibilities and took care of our house and dog as if it were their own home. From the very beginning, their experience and professionalism was obvious. They promptly set up a Skype conference and responded to all communication efficiently. When asked to provide flight details to our home, they emailed us as soon as they booked the tickets. They thoroughly read the manual for our home and asked relevant questions. When we walked them through the routine on arrival, they paid close attention and asked many questions to ensure complete understanding. Their responsibility and organization is to be commended! Now, the most important part: taking care of our dog! Cody and Anna really grew attached to Summit and took her on all required walks and gave her the attention she needs. They sent us so many pictures and videos each day; we felt like our dog was at a five-star resort! Our dog is quite high energy, and they played many games of fetch and went on long walks. She also needed daily eye drops and a monthly medication, and they sent us photos of the process so we knew they followed the directions and took care of her as needed. Our dog was super happy on our return, and you could tell she had really grown to be comfortable around them, too! You could really tell they looked after her with great attention and care! When we returned from our trip, we were amazed at how clean our apartment was. They coordinated the hand-over through frequent text messages so we both know the timings of our day. They are just so super reliable! They even left us a cute thank you note which made the return home so welcoming. Walking back into our apartment was so relaxing and pleasant thanks to their hard work. Choose them as housesitters for your next trip. You will not regret it. We will definitely invite them back to look after our home without a doubt!
