If I could give Amber 10 stars for pet care instead of just 5 - I would. She was so good with my mad menagerie. She even taught Rosie how to give the paw. Henar was perfect. She is a lovely, caring, and calm person. She is someone to whom you evoke trust immediately. She was already somewhat familiar with the area, so that made it easy for self-sufficiency. She was easy to communicate with, punctual and sent updates. Ginger was at ease when I retuned and the house was spotless. I would absolutely recommend Henar.

If you are lucky enough to have Aude and Eliott apply for one of your sits - don't hesitate, book them immediately! We were so incredibly happy with how Aude and her family cared for our home and our pets. They truly went above and beyond. We received so many happy updates and photos of them loving on our cats and enjoying our home and city; we felt like we had dear friends staying at our place. They were resourceful and communicative when issues arose, and extended so much grace when there were mechanical failures that we had to troubleshoot from hundreds of miles away. They left the house in perfect condition, even going so far as to wash sheets to make our return easier. But it was the little things that made their stay so memorable: gifts they brought all the way from Geneva for us, homemade banana nut muffins waiting when we got back, presents for our kids, and a real genuine interest in our trip. And, when our daughter was homesick and missing her favorite stuffie, they staged a photoshoot of him having the absolute best time around our house to make her feel better. ❤️ Thank you so much Aude & Eliott! Matt and Lisa were completely wonderful in every way. Despite the extraordinary heatwave, our dogs and garden were in tip top order on our return. Fortunately they loved the house and the area and I am certain we will see each other again. What a delightful couple.

Lisa is a very reliable and nice person. She took a great care of our cats and our house. Everything was clean and tidy when we came back and our cats were very peaceful ! We were lucky to have her housesitting our home and and we definitely recommend her to the community!

Mandy is a very dynamic young lady who is very self sufficient and quick in grasping what needs to be done. She knows Geneva well. I returned to happy cared for cats. I have 5 cats and the litter boxes are one of the important tasks, they must be kept extremely clean. The only concern I had was this. They would have needed to cleaned much more frequently and better (especially in the mornings and evening). Thank goodness the cats continued ro use them! Thanks Mandy.

Helene is the ideal pet sitter. She is experienced, reliable and capable. She engaged with my 5 animal family members in a caring and confident way and immediately became firm friends with Lucky the pet sheep taking her walking each day. In addition Helen carefully followed the summer watering schedule so that my plants were in good health on my return. Our communication was good before and throughout the sit. Helen left the house clean and tidy with some little treats in the fridge. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive and worry free pet sit or a more welcoming return to my home. The house was spotless, cleaner than when we left. Houdini seemed happy and calm. Communication was brilliant, and there were no hiccups. All in all, five stars all around. Thank you!

We are very thankful, that Attilio and his daughter could help us sitting our dogs for five days, three days after our advertisement. They made long walks with the dogs, discovering together the Zurich area.

Maureen and Michal were great house and petsitters, we would definitely recommend them. They were very communicative, kind and friendly, and very flexible and understanding when we had a sudden date change and had to be back a day earlier than planned. We would definitely be happy for them to sit for us again, our pets were also very happy to have them as carers!
