It was our first experience as pet sitters, and it couldn’t have been better! Alex is super kind, and attentive, and made us feel at home from the beginning. Communication was smooth and clear from day one. She was always willing to answer any questions we had before or during our stay in Belgium, and she helped us find the best transportation options and gave us great recommendations about Brussels. Everything was so well-prepared that she even left us reminder notes on how to feed the pets, instructions on how to use some appliances, and other house guidelines. These notes were incredibly helpful and made the experience much more comfortable for both parties. As for Silvester and Stella, what can we say? They are absolutely adorable and friendly. We fell in love with them and are so happy to have shared such lovely moments with them! Stella is very affectionate and quickly won our hearts. Silvester is a bit shy at first, but he soon warmed up to us and kept us great company during our workdays. The apartment is super comfortable, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We will cherish this wonderful experience in our hearts and hope to see them again someday!

I contacted Nikki via email and she responded within the hour. She was thorough and detailed in her responses. We set up a meet and greet so that she could see my cats and get a complete understanding of their environment and routine. We developed a schedule for her visits and I felt very comfortable that cats would be well cared for and they were. I was gone for a week with no ability to be reached, so trust was a big factor. When I returned home the cats and their environment were in great shape. I know that Nikki is a dedicated service provider that I can trust and I will be using Nikki Pet Services again!
Nikki and Camille did an AMAZING job with my dog! Scheduling was simple, Nikki’s communication was clear and prompt, and I was always sent the best pictures of my fur baby. We have always been pleased with the good care our Siberian husky, Aurora, who suffers from mild hip dysplasia, has received at North Shore Pet Connection. When we go on vacation, it gives us peace of mind to know that she is in good hands from the caring staff.
We gave this review several weeks to allow the temperature of our interactions to cool off and soften. However, we remain very upset and disappointed, having boarded our beloved pups here several times previously. Costs were NOT communicated during either booking and/or dropoff, and so we picked our dogs up to an awfully large bill- over $500 higher than we were expecting. In trying to resolve it, the owner got defensive and said “My staff is too busy to notify all customers of rate increases". The invoice also included a $30/dog fee for July 4th because "my staff has to give up their holiday", which again, was never communicated. Nor have we encountered this kind of charge before, here or anywhere else. They also maintained that their fees are comparable to other facilities, which they are not, because we did the work and checked. Finally, we took steps to resolve this amicably, but instead we were made to feel like the disconnect was all our fault. Which is quite telling. As such, we won’t be using NSPC again.
After my beloved dog sitter closed up shop, I was so worried about finding another facility that felt like home, and would treat my dog as an individual. Then I discovered NSPC! I loved the smaller scale, home setting. Having just adopted an adult English Mastiff, I was so happy that they were willing to let her come for a 'test drive' before her big weekend stay. The loving staff here really care about these animals as an individual. I am so happy with NSPC. We will be back in a few weeks.
I have always appreciated how happy and well cared for my dog and my granddogs are at pet connection! The facility is clean, the pets are well cared for and the owner Diane has a wealth of knowledge and experience caring for animals, especially the special needs pets! 16 months ago we brought Buddy ( now 3 years old ) home to be a part of our family!! He is the sweetest boy, but everything was new to him. We worked with a trainer and he has come along way!! Now it was time for him to make some friends!! It was important to find a place where he could be comfortable and take it slow. We are brand new to Pet Connection and are over joyed with our experience!!!! He was able to acclimate to the new environment and bond with the staff the first day!! Second day he was so excited to go in!! The staff slowly introduced him to another dog--then another. When I picked him up he had made 3 friends and was the happiest boy!!! Buddy can't wait to see his new friends next week!! I fully trust him in their care and am excited to be a part of the Pet Connection Family!!!
North Shore Pet Connection (NSPC) is the ONLY place in the Milwaukee area that I will board my special needs, soon to be 20 year old cat, Cookie. Cookie takes multiple pill medications each day, as well as a calorie supplement and NSPC always ensures she receives the care she needs. I’ve taken Cookie to other boarding facilities in the area, and experienced her coming back looking thinner or otherwise not herself, but she seems to love NSPC. Tina and Isabel typically care for Cookie while she’s with NSPC, and they ALWAYS send daily photos with email updates throughout her boarding stays. They know how much I worry about Cookie with her health issues, and they are diligent about providing the love and care that she needs! Cookie recently had a health scare (due to her age and existing conditions), and the owner Diane was SO KIND and HELPFUL in walking me through the health emergency options and steps. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her support in that challenging time. Thankfully Cookie has recovered, and has been able to spend more time at NSPC- her home away from home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NSPC to any pet owner!!!
We had just adopted our 4 year old rescue dog about 1.5 months prior to a trip we had planned. Being new to us and not knowing her full history, they recommended having her spend 2 shorter visits prior to our trip. They spent extra time to appropriately assess her behaviors and needs. They were great with helping her slowly adjust to new people and a few other dogs. By the time of our trip, we felt confident she was in great hands!
Having been new to the area (moved cross country with my pup) I wasn’t sure of where I could go that would have the patience to take care of my dog who takes some time to warm up to humans. We tried one daycare and he lasted a total of 9 minutes. We then stumbled upon North Shore Pet Connection and met with Diane who was so warm and welcoming. She has been incredibly caring with our dog who attends daycare every week and he is so excited whenever we drop him off! Diane has a really great space and huge backyard for the dogs to play..our pup is always exhausted when we pick him up. Her staff has also been amazing (shout out to Christine) and we couldn't recommend them enough. They are also great with boarding and we wouldn't trust leaving our dog with anyone else.
Had an excellent experience with the folks at NSPC! I have an older dog that has trouble socializing, so decided to try them out since they cater to older and special needs pets. So glad I did! My pup was very well cared for and got to play with another dog for the first time in a while :) She didn't want to leave! Booking, drop-off and pickup were all a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit this weekend and many more to come!
We LOVE NSPC for our pup with some special needs. Our 1.5 year old lab mix has some anxiety for which he also takes medication. He loves his overnight stays at NSPC and always comes home the happiest little boy! They really care for each dog individually to be sure their needs are met and they have a good time. They allow us to have some dog free vacations, and we don’t have to worry at all about how he’s doing because we know he’s in great hands!
I have been taking our 1 year old Bernedoodle to North Shore for just about 6 months now, and it has been going great! My dog is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot and will legit pull me all the way to the door. They are extremely accommodating with all types of dogs/personality types and will give regular updates on progress. And have even given tips and advice on working through behavior modifications. My Fiancée often has to travel last minute for work and they are always so accommodating with last minute days we need. Thank you North Shore! You guys are the best :)
North Shore Doggy Daycare is by far the best! It is very clean, spacious and convenient location. The staff is above and beyond what I've seen at other doggy daycares.
The staff are so sweet. They take great care of my little. I loved the little notes they left me on his report card for the day. He absolutely loved his first visit. The minute we get to the car, nap time begins.

North Shore Doggy Daycare is the best. We have taken our dog there for weekly daycare for almost 3 yrs. The staff is attentive and caring - you can tell they really care about the dogs and show them a lot of love. We even got a really beautiful holiday pic of our “girl”. Some days we go to pick her up and she acts like she would rather stay there awhile more. That makes us feel great to know she enjoys it and loves the staff. Would highly recommend!
My dog attends North Shore Doggy Daycare two times per week and comes home happy and tired, the perfect combination! The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! My dog also enjoys a monthly bath conveniently taking place during his time at daycare. Many of our neighbor dogs attend the daycare as well! We can personally recommend the daycare and grooming services. We feel lucky to have them so close!
We have been taking our lab here for the past 8 years, and have most recently started taking our new German Shepherd. I can’t speak more highly of a place that will not only care for your 4 legged family members, but will reach out to you with genuine care if they feel something seems off with your dog. It shows the amount of attention and live they give them. We are especially appreciative of Meshelle, who we trust tremendously and has loved our Blu for many years.
We have used North Shore Doggy Daycare for daily as well as extended stay care, and our Standard Schnauzer literally RUNS to get inside every time we arrive. This is the best dog daycare in the Milwaukee area. My dog, who is typically afraid of people, cannot wait to get inside and see the team members. There are team members with animal CPR certifications and with veterinary assistant backgrounds. This makes me more comfortable, knowing there are experts ready in case anything happens. The joy on my dog’s face, whenever I say the word “daycare” or am pulling into the daycare parking lot and his exhaustion, after going playing all day, make me a very happy dog mom. I recommend North Shore Doggy Daycare to anyone that wants a joyful experience for their dog with very qualified and caring team members.
When we had a dog, we took her to the Moore's every week for play time, and for boarding, when we were away. That's her in the far right top picture, laying down. We were extremely happy with the service they provided. It is a private house, with the living room set up just for dogs. No cages, just a bunch of dogs, all getting along. Sadly, we lost our dog to old age, but if we ever got another one, we would not hesitate to take it there. Nice people, very reasonably priced.

My dog and I love, LOVE Jodi and Jack! I moved to the area in June and started residency. I've been able to keep my dog during this difficult year because Jodi and Jack have been so flexible and accommodating. They really got to know Wolfgang's personality and needs fast. They never miss a walk and actually always walk him longer than what I pay. They're very organized, leave me daily notes to fill me in on what my dog did that day, and send me photos of Wolfgang regularly. Wolfgang loves them and loves spending time at their house when I need to travel out of town. I already recommend their service to everyone I know!

The Dogwalkers have been walking our golden retriever mix Scout for the past 3 years. She's a little sassy sometimes, but she absolutely loves John and Dick, who have been her primary walkers. Overall, their service does an excellent job, and they have been so flexible with residency work hours!
Jack and Jodi have walked my dog Kobi for about 2 years now. I am about as tough a critic as they come when it comes to looking for individuals that I trust to come into my home and watch my adored pet. Jack and Jodi have gone ABOVE and BEYOND all of my expectations! They not only are trustworthy and reliable but adore my dog and treat him like a king:) He certainly loves them as well and is a happier dog when I get home. They do a thorough initial interview and leave no stone unturned when it comes to meeting the needs for you and your pet. My dog honestly couldn't have better care and I couldn't be more relaxed at work while I'm not with him. They have been SO accommodating to my changes in work/vacation schedule. They always adjust to a change in my schedule, without question. When my house was under construction, I asked them if they would spend extra time with my dog because he was home during the work. They did and reported on the daily log they keep for me how much he loved the extra love! Jack and Jodi are wonderful human beings and I HIGHLY recommend them for your pet care. WYWO is the absolutely best! They do a great job taking care of my pets. They’ve been walking my dogs for years and when I added a cat to the family this year they come and love on her and feed her when I’m out of town or have extra long work days. They give a detailed full report after every visit with tons of pictures! Tiffany, the owner, is great at keeping her business running well and truly showing she cares for the animals and their families!
WYWO is simply the best pet sitting service in Milwaukee. They are responsive, fair, flexible, and they care SO deeply about all the pets in their care. Our Labrador Beaux was too big and too high energy for not one, but two prior day care facilities. Tiffany and her team welcomed him with open arms! We have been dropping Beaux off at WYWO one day a week for nearly 3 years, and the socialization & exercise he gets there has drastically improved his quality of life, all thanks to WYWO. They accommodate travel plans, are very responsive with updates and information through their portal (including ADORABLE photos and reports of each visit), incorporate a wide variety of services (like pick up and drop off; home visits; boarding, etc), and truly care about their work. We use WYWO for in-home check ups for our two cats and are very happy with the service. I was initially skeptical of the 3rd party app they require (not another app! 😩) but I must say it is a great, easy to use app and it makes it super convenient to request visits, send messages to WYWO staff (they are very responsive and friendly), see pics and a summary of each visit, and pay invoices. Really couldn't ask for more from a pet-sitting service. Thanks!
While You Were Out Pet Sitting is AMAZING! I can't rate them high enough. I'd give a 10/5 if I could. I've used them to check in on my cats for two years now and have only had wonderful experiences. They're so consistently helpful and provide such cute pictures for every picture. Twice now we've had emergencies come up and they are so patient and reliable. I plan to never stop using their services. On top of their excellent service, the app they utilize is user friendly and convenient. Love them and so do my cats (even my super shy kitty)!!!
Our dog Beau has been going to WYWO since August, 2020. Since my partner and I work full time and have a busy social life, we really needed to find a reliable, friendly and flexible daycare in Milwaukee. We're happy we found Tiffany and her team. From what I've noticed, there's always plenty of workers at the house so the dogs get appropriate attention and care. While driving and we approach the daycare, Beau starts barking out the window out of excitement! He loves it there. One thing we really enjoy seeing is when they do special events with the animals. For example, take photos on holidays e.g. pictures with Santa or dress up for Cinco de Mayo. Or even do a grill out on Memorial Day and treat the pups to hot dog treats. Just fun stuff. Overall, we're super happy with WYWO and would (and have) recommend them.
I have used their services several times now and every time has been great. Our Guinea pigs are well cared for and we get adorable photos every visit. We feel better about being out of town knowing a reliable service will be taking care of our piggies.
I have been taking my dog Gilly here since Fall of 2020 and we are clients for life! Tiffany and her team are incredible. They go above and beyond for us all the time, always reassuring me that it's "never any trouble." It is very easy to see that pet care for this group of people is done out of love. Gilly attends day care services about once a week and when I turn the corner to drop her off, she goes crazy with excitement--fully body wag and happy barking! The staff always greet with such familiarity, I know she isn't a number to them at all, it's so sweet :) Highly recommend!
We have been using WYWO Pet Sitting for 3-4 years now whenever we go out of town, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with our pet sitting needs. They worked with us during family emergencies, and communication with them while we are gone is fantastic. We recently lost one of our cats, and they have reached out with support, and love. Sunny truly cares about every single one of the pups. My puppy is shy around dogs and Sunny is so accommodating and worked with him to gain his confidence and now he romps around with the big guys!!! Vanilla is truly so tired and worn out after being at Sunny’s daycare for the day 🩷
We love Sunny’s dog boarding and daycare services. Everything is run out of her home, which I think makes our dog feel more at home. Sunny is very easy to communicate with via text. She is very knowledgeable about dogs. Our dog starts whining as soon as we pull into Sunny’s out of excitement because he loves it so much. It is very comforting that he is in such good hands when we are away on vacation!
Sunny is fantastic! I am extremely particular about my baby dog. I research everyone and everything. Sunny’s gives personal attention you can’t get many places. I never have to worry about my puppy, and he comes home so tired which we all know makes a much better puppy. She gives updates and videos. Couldn’t recommend this day care more!
I didn't get a chance to put my review in right away, but Sunny is amazing!! I have a German Shepherd mixed Belgian Mal name Coco who is very energetic, anxious and overall can be overwhelming. We did a first time boarding with our pup. She's only 8 months now and is pretty huge. She barks at everyone. Sunny was very calm with her and didn't force anything with her. She allowed Coco to be free and do her thing as she warmed up to her. I received updates and pictures every day. I couldn't believe how comfortable Coco became with Sunny. It made me very comfortable with introducing my dog with interactions such as these. I wish I could go higher than a 5 I was so pleased. Will definitely be using Sunny again and I encourage anyone to give her a try who's looking for 1:1 attentive care ❤️
Sunny and her team are absolutely everything you could want in people watching your fur baby. When I lived in the Milwaukee area, I boarded my dog Zuko with Sunny anytime I went out of town. Zuko is high-maintenance and can be a handful, but Sunny and her team truly know what they're doing. They took such great care of him that I always knew he was in excellent hands. Finding Sunny was like discovering a gem. Her prices are unbeatable, and you never have to worry about your dog because they take every precaution and are truly knowledgable about dogs. After moving away from the Milwaukee area, I still drive over an hour to board Zuko at Sunny's because that's how much trust I have in her and her team. My dog always leaves happy and tired. I also greatly appreciate how flexible and accommodating they are. Thank you Sunny and team, I HIGHYL recommend this place.
sunny provided the best experience for our dog bailey. she made us feel very comfortable leaving him with her for his first boarding experience during the complimentary tour and provided plenty of opportunities for us to ask any questions we had. we will definitely be recommending her services to anyone in need and will return our pup to her if we go on another trip. we are so grateful, thank you Sunny!

This was my first time ever boarding a pet, and Sunny was AMAZING. She invited us over to see her set up before booking, has a very easy to navigate app, and sent us pictures of the dogs having fun with other dogs just the right size for them during our weekend away. She makes pick up and drop off super easy and has a larger fenced in area for outside play. We will 100% take Gus and Molly back for a slumber party at Sunny’s house. Thank you Sunny!
Highly recommend! My Doberman had an excellent time with Sunny. She gave me picture updates of him and her care far exceeded my expectations I would recommend and return to her to watch my dogs in the future!
