We love Dogtopia for our little baby Kronk! He loves going and playing with the other dogs. He loves the workers as well. He always get excited when we pull in the parking lot. We love all of the different activities that they do! It is very clean and well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and love him just as much as we do! I’m grateful for such an awesome place that I can bring our pup to.

Billy Loves doggie daycare!! He loves playing with his bfff!! The hours are great and all the staff is friendly. Love the webcams as well to check on Billy while I am at work.

Our dog loves Dogtopia for boarding and baths. The staff is very sweet with my dog and she pulls to get into the facility when we are in the parking lot. I chose this boarding option because she would not do well isolated in a concrete boarding kennel with lots of loud barking dogs all day. The open play concept at Dogtopia pretty much eliminates all of the unnecessary barking and dogs appear relaxed mingling as a group. Dogs are crated during sleeping hours which makes my dog feel safe. Dogtopia will even bathe your dog before pick up. Thanks Dogtopia for being so kind to our baby. We appreciate you!

The team at Dogtopia is great! Our pups love going to daycare and getting to play and socialize with other dogs. They always come home happy and exhausted from playing all day, the perfect combination! We really love the live web cam feature so we can see what they’re up to throughout the day and there’s always a team member with the groups actively cleaning and entertaining the dogs. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating from the start! We highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone who’s looking to let their pup socialize and have a good time!

My little rescue has been helped so much by being a part of the wonderful Dogtopia family! The staff have been so helpful in letting Stephie know that this is not such a fearful world! My puppy, Palmer, has been going to daycare here for 3 weeks now. She loves it...and runs towards the door when we get there! I love that I can watch her on the webcam and see how her day is going. We both enjoy the regular activities, and treats, that the daycare offers. She is already barking less now that she is around more people and with other dogs. Everyone on the staff is so kind and are truly dog lovers. She was recently groomed there and received the best haircut she's ever had! Thank you for taking care of Palmer like she is your own!!

Dogtopia is the place to be, five days a week, for Buddy to be among his friends, to socialize, and to be in a clean, safe, and accomodating environment. Each morning the incredible staff greet him as if he were their own and their stellar quality of care is consistent throughout the day. Wonderful facilities and people but I'm reassured that Dogtopia is the right place for Buddy to be by his exuberant entrance each morning and his high spirits each afternoon when I take him home. Buddy deserves the best I can find for him and Dogtopia is the best place for him to spend his time. Thank you for being here in Viera, Dogtopia.

Best Pet Sitting Service Experience Ever ! I feel so blessed to have Melanie and her awesome team when I have to travel and leave my pets behind. I just returned from 5 days away from my fur babies and the daily updates and pictures were so appreciated each day. I truly felt connected the entire time I was away. I love the fact that they can stay at home and get lots of visits and lots of attention. Melanie and her team are really great. They are incredibly attentive and true animal lovers. Highly recommend! Melanie has taken care of our dogs several times. She is so thorough, communicates often, and really looks out for your home and pets.

We're fairly new to the Viera area and for the first time in 3 years we took a trip without our dog, so I was anxious on where to leave her where we felt comfortable. Melanie took care of our pup this past week and I can't thank her enough for her amazing care! She provides a daily Pet Journal where she shares pictures and the daily report, and I could tell how happy our dog was! She has 2 super friendly dogs of her own and let our dog roam around the house and backyard, and snuggle with her in the couch! Her professionalism, communication and level of care are amazing, I felt like I left my dog with family! She offers other awesome services I haven't tried yet, but I can tell you that if you want peace of mind when needing your pet taken care of, Melanie is definitely a great choice!

We are new to the area and didn't have a pet sitter, we were so lucky to find Melanie and Space Coast Pet Services to do home visits for our cat. Very reliable and professional, with a great system for recording visits. Melanie is fantastic, we can take trips now with no worries. Highly recommend.

I was so anxious about leaving my dog while on vacation. She has separation anxiety and I did not want to leave her in the crate for a long period of time while I was out of town. I contacted Melanie, she came over to meet us and get to know my pup. Once I left my dog with Melanie I knew I made the best decision with her. She treated my dog like her own, I got daily updates with cute pictures. Everything she did put me at ease while I was gone and my dog loved every minute of being with her. I cannot say enough about the care she provided while she boarded my girl with her. Melanie is the best!! I am planning more vacations now just so she can go hang out with Melanie

Melanie did an excellent job babysitting our granddog (Reed). She was great about keeping us updated with photos of Reed and how he was doing. She also kept a journal of his care and a quick email to boot. We would recommend Melanie to anyone looking to board their dog in a private home setting.

Very friendly and careful staff! I’ve brought my puppy here a handful of times and he always seems to enjoy himself. The prices are also fairly reasonable for the accommodations and services offered. The staff listen and follows any notes, dietary restrictions and special instructions you may have for your pet to ensure a great stay. I also opted to receive photos while away just to check in on my pup.

If I could give Dog Spot 100 stars I would!! They love my dog and my dog loves them! The times are easy to work into our schedule for daycare and they have online reservations which is so convenient. They also have great reminders for the dates you have booked through an app. They have thought of everything to make it such a seamless and easy way to know your dog is taken care of! Thank you Dog Spot! Thank you for loving my dog as much as I do! Very lucky to have such a great place right nearby.

@Dog Spot Hotel is an amazing place. We feel like family! Our 3 year old Bichon, Barkley, has been attending since he was a puppy. A huge shout out to Erin, Lauren, Hannah, Angel, and Sebastian always welcome us with a smile. I am thankful for them and how they make us feel confident that Barkley is not only being taken care of, but is getting love and attention, too! I am sure I am missing some of the names, but know they are all fantastic! Barkley gets so excited when he gets to go to "school". It is so wonderful to know that he is in such good hands. You can really tell they love him and give him attention. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with Dog Spot - and the wonderful people that work there.

BEWARE I don't want to give a no star review because I don't know how the rest of this establishment or the staff works but as far as the Dog Spot Daycare goes, I would never bring my dog there after watching the way the kid working right now treats those dogs. For the last few hours that I've been working next to this place, he has been non-stop screaming at the dogs. Every time they barked and didn't stop when he asked, he would run up on them as if he was going to hit or yell at them. He hasn't engaged one bit, and then just when we thought he was going to engage with the 10+ dogs in the enclosure, he gets off the box thing he was sitting on, goes up to the tree and does "air karate" with the rope hanging from it. The entire time he's been sitting, yelling, and doing karate, the young girl working with him has been busting her butt taking the dogs for walks and going back and forth to the building next door. Myself and the guy I was working were blown away on how much time was spent screaming at those pups. It's very sad to hear and see being a dog lover. Management needs to put this kid in place and a camera over there if there's not one already. They might want to think about hiring another caring person like the young lady who was actually working.

My three big dogs love to go. If my dogs are so happy every time we go and so tired when I pick them up, there are no need for further comments! If they love it, I love it too. On the human side, the staff and everyone are the nicest and most caring people with their human and pet clients.

I needed a boarder for my older cocker. My vet recommended, Yelp reviews were great, and coworkers recommended, all pleased with Dog Spot Hotel. I stopped for a visit and was very pleased by the facility and the number of busy workers. Picked up my fur baby today, she was happy, all her belongings were clean, and nails trimmed. I could not be more thankful. And the price was great! Will be back for sure.

Don’t you wish you could ask your dog what they think about things? (Ours talks with buttons and he mostly talks about wanting to play, walk and get a good scratch.) Our experience at the Dog Spot has always been incredible, boarding and daycare. When we pull up, our dog lights up and becomes a wild maniac trying to get to the staff that he adores. The staff are very professional, clearly love the animals and I trust them. I got a tour of the facility and it smelled and looked CLEAN. The dog and his stuff always come back smelling good and clean. I’ve heard that “a tired dog is a happy dog” and the interaction our boy has at the Dog Spot with dogs and people makes all of us happy. I’ll never go anywhere else. I feel like I hit the jackpot by finding this place.

Charlie Brown, our precious hound is nearly 11 years old. He has gone to "Camp" at Dog Spot his entire puppyhood. He knows when we pull in, that it is going to be a great time. He his loved on from the time he gets out of the car until he returns home. He comes home and sleeps like a baby from all of the late-night puppy friend stories and a few snoring friends that keep him up! He loves his Dog Spot family.

My dog Bellion attends the DogSpot for daily doggie daycare and absolutely loves it! The staff are amazing and always make us feel so welcome. I love how informed they keep me with how Bellion did throughout the day.

Initially last year, we were very pleased with the service and utilized them at least 6 times. Within the past few months, I feel that Barkingham Palace has gone downhill. We picked up our dog multiple times and were told that he was doing very well during his stay. Just recently, we were told that he pees a lot at night but he also has access to water all night and he might be banned from staying in the suites. We picked him up today and was told that he was a handful or something to that effect. As my wife and I were discussing if it’s worth continuing to use their services, we discovered at home on his right, back leg that he has an abrasion. We paid for a bath and no one saw this or thought to tell us about the open wound? I have a before boarding picture that proves he did not have it. This is disappointing since other customers had similar experiences with open wounds. We will no longer support this company.

Pam is the best groomer there is!! Love this place!! PAM is the best groomer!! I have not tried the other groomers/dog stylist/artist at this place of business but I do know that I have sent many people to Barkingham palace to Pam and they all love the results. I have been going to Pam for 6 years with all three of my dogs - always looks great and dogs never come home in a bad mood!! Ask for Pam if you want perfection, professionalism and someone who cares about your babies!!

Super unresponsive customer service, I was never able to take classes here due to this situation. On June 19th, I called as I was interested in training classes for my puppy. They took a $100 deposit and told me puppy classes would be starting soon- they just needed a couple more sign ups. I called July 1st for an update, and they told me the class was starting July 11th. On July 11th, I got a call, saying that it was raining, so they were pushing the class back a week. I said okay. On July 18th, I got a call saying they were unable to run the lessons due to too few sign ups. I said, okay, given that I've already been waiting over a month after putting my deposit down, and my dogs already graduating a different puppy class at a different location, I asked if I could use my deposit towards private training instead. My mom is sick, and I will be traveling out of state soon to take care of her, so I had originally had a timeline I thought I'd be on with the puppy classes, but given how a month later they were yet to run, I asked for the deposit to be put towards private training. I was told a private trainer should reach out to me in 24-48 business hours, so by the following Friday or Monday. By July 24th, I still had not heard back from anyone, so I reached out again. I was apologized to on the phone, and was told by the person on the phone that they were going to *personally* ensure that the trainer got back to me within the next few days. I still had not heard anything back by August 2nd. After holding my deposit for a month, then canceling puppy classes the SAME DAY two weeks in a row, to canceling the classes entirely, to not hearing back from anyone, let alone a trainer for over 3 additional weeks, I called and asked for a refund. Again, I got an apology and was told the manager and trainer were both there that day, if I'd like to speak to them then. I refused and asked for a refund. They agreed. I understand people dropped the class, or not being able to run a class due to not enough sign ups. But to cancel same day twice, and then not hear back for weeks despite being promised a call back, despite me following up numerous times, while holding my deposit for over a month and a half, is terrible business practice. You were in the wrong, so why was I coming up with solutions and chasing you down? The audacity to think I'd still want to give them my business after being treated so dispensably without any regard. It's irresponsible to ask customers for a deposit without any intention to actually provide a service to them. Wasted my time, my trust, held my deposit for a month and a half... for what? Just to lose a customer you never cared to make. I tried so hard to be understanding about the same day cancelations, the delayed class starting, the eventual canceled class. I took it all in stride and gave this business the benefit of the doubt. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, and they all but spit in my face. I was patient and reasonable, given they couldn't provide the expected service, I asked for a different service I thought they could provide. They lost a group class customer as well as a private training customer, seeing as they could provide neither in a timely fashion. Deeply disheartened and let down with my experience with them over the past few weeks. I'd advise taking your dogs elsewhere for training, as it seems like they aren't able to run promised prospective classes, and don't provide any customer service to remedy any issues they might have in the process. There are plenty of other places in Brevard County to take my puppy for training. I'd recommend others do the same.

I dropped my dog off to this boarding facility yesterday. I'm livid because my dog has an open sore that WASN'T there yesterday when I dropped him off. If they were doing their job correctly they would've at least seen this and had the decency to mention it to me...BUT no one did...conveniently. They can't blame other animals either because I paid for my dog to have the one on one "play time"/"cuddle time" option. I've never wished so badly in my life that dogs had the ability to talk. I believe that if animals were able to that this company would no longer be in business. Please save your lying BS response. Please start treating animals with kindness and respect. Ohh and who on earth/what business makes a customer pay for their dog's potty breaks/time while staying there?!? THEY DO!! Other people who have worked there in the past (after I used them) told me that they use scare tactics to keep the dogs in order!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Recently adopted a rescue golden retiever she has many issues. Took her to beginning obedience class the instructor has gotten to overcome her fear of people and is beginning to come out of her shell. It means so much to see her transformation and enjoy life again....

First time visit to tour before arranging an 8 day vacation for Mr. Buckley. Loved the place. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very clean. No smells. All kennel runs were large and accommodating for the dogs. Separate suites are available. Mr. Buckley chose the Dutchess suite. I'm sure he will have a great stay as the Daddy and the Mommy travel this Summer. I'm so glad we are leaving him in good hands.

First time coming here.. They took great care of our cat Oliver. They have a wonderful separate cat room, and seem to have employees that really care for the cats! It is nice to find a place that has a calm area where they won't be stressed and hear dogs barking all the time! They are a little pricey, but I never had to worry, and will definitely use them next time we travel 🐈‍⬛

We have a full male Shepherd. We have boarded him here multiple times as well as letting him have daycare days. They provide interactions with other dogs as well as individual time. They have always been great and professional. My dog is happy to go there. They also offer grooming. We love Barkingham Palace.

The quality of care has gone way downhill drastically! The worse I've seen yet for boarding care. I will never trust them to care for my pets again!! I will never recommend this facility in my future! My dogs were sickly with their ribs and bones showing. They were extremely dehydrated. It was obvious they did not eat or drink virtually anything while there. They had bloody sores and wounds all over them. I was angry it just made me sick to see them like this. These people should be ashamed.

Highly recommend for boarding! We were visiting from out of town and left our senior pup for an overnight stay (25hrs). We chose a VIP suite so we could have access to the cameras and monitor her. She gets nervous when we aren’t around and she genuinely seemed to enjoy it. Plenty of space for her with a bed and toys. Outdoor access and food offered morning, afternoon and evening. We also chose for her to be bathed before pick up and she was ready for pick up. Staff were very friendly and thorough. Would definitely use their services next time.

This is the first place we have taken our little dog to stay overnight, and I was impressed. The inside is clean, no smell, just clean. The girls we talked with were super sweet and listened. They explained how they would take care of him and said we could call anytime to check in. I was very happy and impressed by the extra care they took to make sure he was safe and spent time playing with him. I feel good knowing there is a place where we can know he will be taken care of and be safe. Thanks to everyone that took care of our Teddybear.

This was our first time boarding our dogs. We have 2 labs and a golden doodle. They asked about special request such as feedings (we feed the doodle separate from the labs) they were able to accommodate that. You can bring your own toys/bedding or they provide it. They have different selection of rooms to choose from, we picked a larger room with access to a patio since we had 3 bigger dogs in a room. The staff was very friendly and informative! The facility was very clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs there in the future!
