Ayelen and Maximiliano were fantastic house sitters. They arrived before we left, allowing them to meet the dogs and get a feel for the place. The house was immaculate when we arrived home and, most importantly, the three dogs were happy and obviously well cared for. Ayelen sent daily updates and we could not have been happier. Ayelen and Maxi are a charming young couple who we would recommend to anyone - we would have them back any time.

Andy and Elvira are a dream sitter couple and we feel lucky that our paths crossed! If they apply to your listing, don't hesitate! :) From start to end, the communication was clear and they were reliable and had a respectful and thoughtful approach to the sit, the boys, our home and all the responsibilities. We felt especially grateful for their care and gentle approach because Pepper developed a nasty diarrhoea right before the sit started. Andy and Elvira were super kind and compassionate about this and they monitored Pepper and administered his medication, keeping us up-to-date with frequent updates and cute photos and videos. By the time we got back home, Pepper recovered and we found two happy and relaxed cats and a spotless house. It was a fantastic experience and we'd be happy to have them back in Luz for future sits. <3

We were happy to have Thay & Barbara take care of our dog Szeder and our cat Süti again! It was great to see them, and the fact that we invited them back says it all. Dirk and Rosemary looked after my 2 cats Kiwi and Callie for a few days. They are a very nice, friendly couple who agreed to arrive the day before my departure so we could get to know each other a bit and which made the handover much more relaxed. Kiwi is very shy and not an easy cat to get to know but they sent me a video after about 3 days in which they were stroking and petting him much to his delight. Callie too was very happy and relaxed with both Dirk and Rosemary. On my return the flat was very clean and tidy. I strongly recommend Dirk and Rosemary to other pet owners who want to know that their pets are being well cared for while away from home.

We had the pleasure of having Greyce and Bruno as our Zeewoi and we could not be more thrilled with their stay. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent. They kept us informed before, during, and after their sit, ensuring we felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. Greyce and Bruno took wonderful care of our beloved Leo and our home. Their attention to detail and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They were extremely thoughtful and understanding, making sure Leo was happy and well-cared for. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience they provided. Sofia was a fabulous dog sitter and companion to Hunter. She did what Hunter loved the most-take him for early morning walks on the beach, gave him encouragement with pats and healthy treats, and was around at home most of the time for company. She was very tuned in to his habits and needs. He was so relaxed when I came back, I knew he was well looked after. There was some time I shared the house with Sofia for a few days, and she was a low maintenance guest, socially aware and low carbon footprint. She helped out around the house always, and when driving my car she stuck to the LHS of the road always!! Lily sat for our home and two dogs for a second time while we were away. She was very reliable, friendly, and even baked us some cookies upon our return :)

LiAnn and Sky were amazing! Our pre arrival communication was easy, LiAnn kindly let me explain everything about my place and dogs over FaceTime, saving me from having to write a new house manual last minute (I’ve recently moved). LiAnn gave us a ride to the airport in the wee hours of the morning! We got daily updates on the puppies, which were clearly doted on and well loved. Our house was embarrassingly cleaner when we returned than when we left- thank you so much! And the dogs clearly missed their caregivers. In addition, LiAnn and Sky were very self sufficient in figuring out slow internet connections, dog routines, supply locations and such. Highly recommended!!

We couldn't have chosen a better duo to look after our cats! From the very first contact, João & Paola were super attentive to what needed to be done on a daily basis to make our cats feel comfortable. They were very careful with the house and very affectionate with our feline children, always sending us photos, videos and general updates. That made all the difference to us! We would definitely recommend them and would love to have them again in the future!

Cynthia and Tim were wonderful sitters. They came out to visit our place and meet Nico before our trip, which really helped assuage our nerves. Our dog was calm and happy when we got home and our flat was clean (and the plants were doing well too). They communicated with us very well and were very responsive, and we'd love to have them back in the future.
