Jo and Ian were brilliant house and pet sitters. We had a fun Zoom conversation before the stay and communication on the website prior to our holiday was totally appropriate and useful. The couple arrived the night before we left in plenty of time to learn the ropes, routines and familiarise themselves with the place and to have a walk with Homer the dog. We hence left confident that we could leave and holiday with no worries about home. We had just the right amount of pictures and messages whilst away to keep us amused and informed. Not only did Ian and Jo take great care of our dog, cat, chickens and sheep, they also successfully negotiated repair of the washing machine, used the sit-on mower to crop the grass, and kept the quad going with a blast around the field. We had the unexpected and very much appreciated gift of a lift home from the railway station, spotless house, including bedlinen washed and replaced, meal cooked, flowers and gift on the table. This couple could not have been better, great sense of humour, reliable, cheerful, competent and generally all round great. We would thoroughly recommend them as very Zeewoi.
Colette was very friendly & approachable, we immediately felt happy for her to look after our cats. We kept in contact prior to the sit ensuring that any & all info needed was passed via a video meeting & messaging. During the sit, Colette provided regular updates on the status of our 2 cats & their antics! On our return, the house had been kept in a lovely clean & tidy manner, whilst the cats were a little upset at not seeing Colette walk through the door with us! We do not hesitate in recommending Colette for a sit - our cats would most certainly be happy to have her back again!

It was a pleasure working with Fido’s playground BCN. Alex took care of my two fur babies with great handling and love. He is knowledgeable in caring for dogs and made sure my pups were comfortable and at ease while I was away. Alex followed the prep instructions I gave for the dogs lunch. He made sure my dogs had enough exercise and play during the day. Alex constantly sent me updates by text with photos and videos of the dogs. Alex and his team are a wonderful part of our extended family! Their care for Doni is fantastic and he is probably very happy whenever we travel. He gets cuddle and care and a lot of attention🤎 Doni is quite a personality and by his breed suspicious towards strangers and quite protective. But the Fido team has made their way into Donis heart and he is always super happy to be with them! I can recommend the team very warmly.
We have two cats and it is always a challenge to find someone to look after them. But it was a wonderful experience with the Fido’s Playground team - the cats were not only looked after, but also played with every visit, not letting them get bored. I highly recommend it and will definitely contact again!
During our recent summer holidays, we asked Fidos Playground to take care of our little feline, Chapi. Daria helped us and took care of her, and we were amazed how quickly Daria and Chapi bonded. Daria is amazing and a true animal friend. The videos and pictures she shared with us were such a joy to watch! Daria even took care of our plants and started feeding the little birds that come to visit our patio. We continued with this great idea, and now we watch the birds eating and bathing every day with our daughter of three. I would highly recommend Fidos Playground and would rate them even higher, if this was possible!
Would like to recommend Alex, Daria and the Fido to anyone looking for a pet sitter in BCN. We met them 9 years ago when we moved to BCN and have worked with them non-stop since then. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and travel a lot which requires extensive service. Alex, Daria and the Fido team have always been here for us and our furry babies to the point they have become our animals ´ other parents! Our animals love them and show their love with super warm greetings. The team is super professional, kind, available and also flexible. We always try to book ahead of time but in case of emergencies, the Fido team never let us down. Pet Kangaroo took care of my Puchu for a week in the best way. Puchu is 15 years old and has his tricks, but they were very affectionate with him and took him for walks often, and they always wrote to me to tell me how he was doing and send me photos. In a few days she will be back, very happy!
