Right from the first contact with Inga and family we know this sit was going to be a wonderful experience for us. This family were friendly, welcoming, hospitable and left their home with everything we would need for the 2 weeks we stayed. They responded to any queries we had quickly. The property is a lovely one with nature outside every window. Phil and Stripes had us in stitches as they are so jolly cute. I had tons of kisses from them both, so felt very loved and appreciated. I would highly recommend this family for any future housesits- the local area is absolutely beautiful. If you get to be chosen by them- then you will be truly blessed. I had a great stay with Archie! He is an easy-going, well-behaved dog whose favorite things are walks and his meals. He loves belly rubs and is happy to be near you or sleep on his own. I was very comfortable at Andrea and Dom’s zen home, working remotely and cooking most of my meals there. It’s easy to get to Byron Bay and explore the great beaches and nature nearby but you definitely need a car. Andrea was very responsive, communicative, and kind as well. As an added bonus, they have some great reads to peruse on their bookshelf! :)
This was a great sit. Karyn gave clear instructions and was quick to answer any questions or concerns. The place was beautiful and well kept. Amazing rooftop. Last but definitely not least, Uni and Kizzie were the best kitties. They were so well behaved and both had their own fun and unique personalities! Uni was a great companion and Kizzie was lord of the loft! I would sit for them again in an instant!
What a wonderful sit we had with Royce! Melodie and Wayne have a beautiful home in a great location with easy access to downtown Tuscon as well as the many parks and sights of this beautiful part of Arizona. They welcomed us into their home and made us feel comfortable from the minute we arrived. Royce was such a joy to care for. He loves to play with his toys and go out for daily walks. On the walks Royce pays no mind to other dogs and just enjoys the smells and sights. Back home Royce is trained to ring a doorbell with his nose to let you know when he needs or wants to go out onto the back patio to enjoy the sunset or go potty. And there is a doorbell outside that he rings to let you know when he wants to come back in. Don’t forget to give him a treat for his efforts! If you do forget he will remind you! Royce loves to snuggle and curl up on the end of the bed at night and after ringing the bell in the morning to be let out, he will come back to bed if you insist on sleeping a little longer. Melodie is an amazing artist and throughout their home as well as outside you can enjoy her work. From metal sculptures to paintings to stain glass and more, all of her creations add happiness and sunshine to your stay. Thanks again for letting us take care of your home and sweet Royce!
