Thank you Melanie, Todd and Paige you did a great job housesitting for us and making it possible for us to leave our puppy dogs at home in their own environment. We arrived home to a clean and tidy house and two content and sleepy dogs. They have clearly been well loved whilst we have been away. Melanie's communication through out the process, before, for arrival, during the stay and on the day of our return was excellent. Paige was very comfortable with both the dogs, a lovely young lady. Should you ever be in England in the future and are looking for a sit that coincides with us being away, we would dearly welcome you back to sit for us. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Rowf, Snitter and The Old Barn.
Julie and Rick were great pet sitters for our four cats. They were very flexible regarding the start and end date when we didn’t know the exact flight dates for quite some time. When in the end we had to cancel our entire trip to Europe because of COVID, they even offered to cancel the sit if we wanted to stay in the house (but we opted for an alternative destination). They arrived the night before we left, so we could get to know each other a little bit, introduce them to the kitties and show them around the house. They were very good with the cats, and I could tell that the kitties will be in great hands with them. Their communication was very good leading up to the sit, only during the time we were away I would have loved to get more updates as requested in the sit description. When we came back home, we found the kitties (including the feral outdoor crew) happy. We were a bit surprised that not all bed linens and dishes were washed and trash not all collected, but overall this was minor and could have been easily avoided with clearer communication. We do recommend Julie and Rick and would be happy to have them back to take care of our fur family.
Sky is incredible!! She took care of my large, older dog so well. Her and my shy girl bonded, Cleo was really sad when Sky had to leave! Sky asked many questions before agreeing to sit and sent me photos throughout the week. I felt comfortable and confident with Sky sitting. She is incredibly personable and even helped me move (who agrees to do that?!). She’s such a gem, Cleo and I were so lucky to have her.
Spidey-cat is by far the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. Coy & Ainyne were very helpful in explaining everything and their house was so comfortable. I’m going to miss Spidey’s cuddles!🥰
