Farhan took care of my cat and my apartment for three weeks. He was straight forward in his communication ahead of the sit, asking for what he needed and how that matched my boundaries and making sure he understood what was required to take care of my cat and plants. That left me at ease during my trip feeling confident that everything was in good hands. I came home to a clean apartment, a happy cat and plants, and some home-cooked food in the freezer.
I stayed in Dan and Michelle’s home with Athena for 2 weeks and it was a lovely experience! Athena quickly became my new best friend :) We took multiple walks a day, played hide and seek, and danced in the kitchen together (she knows how to clap her paws while standing up and it’s the cutest thing ever!) She was a real joy to care for and brought a smile to my face everyday. The home is gorgeous in a lovely, safe neighborhood that has huge windows where you can see the forest. It was one of my favorite things about staying here. I met many of the neighbors while walking Athena and they were all very kind. Oh and don’t forget the spa that you can stargaze in at night! What a treat that was. I met Dan and Michelle before they left on their trip and they went through how to work everything in their home. They are really great people and it was such a pleasure meeting them. I highly recommend this sit and I hope to one day come back to stay in their home and watch Athena again. I’ve missed her dearly since I left!!
This was my very first sit for Marjolijn looking after Charlie en Nina. Had a lovely time with such laid back kitties. And staying in a wonderful house and neighbourhood. Only 15 mins walk from the beach. Charlie is a real go it alone guy who spends a big part of the day and night being the boss of the neighbourhood while Nina is the more stay at home and hug the radiator kind of girl. But in the evening they regularly check where you are when you sit downstairs and somestimes honour you with asking for a stroke or a tickle as the make sure you are in the designated spot. A great sit I would really recommend !
Beauuutiful Beanie!! Such a sweet and loving cat. I was completely welcomed in Rachel’s home with a nice bottle of red wine and clear instructions prior to my arrival. Location of her home is ideal because it’s literally a few steps away from the MetroRail which takes you right downtown easy! She even left me her membership card for the historic garden & museum at Vizcaya!! I would totally sit for her again. Thank you for being so kind.
This was my first time to pet sit in Windsor, CO and I was introduced to a lovely home with fresh flowers on the table. Betina gave me a very complete orientation to their home and Bella's needs and desires. Where do I start concerning Bella. Attentive, loving, playful, and willing to obey. My big regret was that I only had 3 short nights to enjoy her. I hope to get a return sit with this beautiful family.
Our stay in Dawn’s home was really amazing, being our first experience. Dawn was completely accurate with her instructions, and we loved taking care of these two lovable and energized dogs. The chalet is super comfy and the walks near it are beautiful. We advice Les Fruitières de Nyon as a small tour!
This was a truly wonderful and unique experience! These are some of the best animals you will ever have the privilege of caring for. The horses are sweet and gentle. The dogs listen well and are extremely friendly. The home is immaculate and comfortable. Roxanne & Lloyd left us with very helpful and clear instructions on all the house chores, which were lots of fun to do! You hope you will enjoy this beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place as much as we did! 10/10 recommend, and hope we can come back again soon! Now, we’re off to the city where we won’t get farm fresh eggs every day. How will we cope? 😭
