Staying in the "village" of Crane Moor was quiet and thus focused, especially as I am a writer - there were few distractions in this country area. Yeti was a bit neurotic I must say. I thought we bonded the first day, but he took off for the rest of my stay, hiding under the shed. I then put food and water out. Little Tali was a sweetheart, very affectionate and playful. The owners were clear about instructions, and they were always available, especially when I worried about Yeti. All in all, if one would like a quiet time in the country, this is ideal. If you have a car, then the whole area is yours, with many interesting places to visit.
This was a fantastic sit! Mimi is very adorable. Mixture of independency and a cat that loves cuddles. Mimi was very friendly since the day one. After few days, he climbed to bed to sleep with me. Mimi has many friends outside. The hardest part of this cat sit was to keep neigbour’s very cute cat outside :D Unfortunately I didn’t meet Sofia and Sian in person, but they were very informative ovet the phone and with messages. Their home is cozy and quiet place in Sout East of London, with easy public trasport to the centre, and even easier acces to Greenwich and river Thames. Thank you Sofia, Sian & Mimi for trusting me!
I cannot say enough about how sweet and gentle Mister is. He is an absolute gem of a dog. So warm and friendly. Shy at first but his owner, Allison, gave us the heads up about that so upon meeting him, we spoke softly and made sure he knew he was in caring hands with pats and then his beloved treats and a walk. Allison is an absolutely fabulous communicator and their home is spotless, comfortable plus adorable. The welcome guide she wrote was comprehensive and so very helpful. We enjoyed all of this pet sit. Thank you Allison and Jonathan for trusting us with your precious boy. It truly was a pleasure. Highly recommended.
Anna and Josh made us feel very welcome when we arrived to look after Blossom and Damson for the weekend. Damson is a real character and loved snuggling up on the lounge. Blossom being pregnant was more reserved but still enjoyed a pat. The home and garden is beautiful and it was a pleasure staying there, thanks Anna and Josh.
Our stay in Charleston with Savy was absolutley amazing. Kelsey was such a sweet host and made sure we had everything. Her house is beautfiully decorated and has everything you need. It is in a cute neighborhood and not far from historic downtown Charleston. But our best part of the stay was Savy. She is such a sweet girl with some fun energy. Savy loves to play ball and run around, but will also cuddle up with you. We already miss her and Savy has been the best small dog for us so far. Thank you so much Kelsey and Savy!
Krishna and Ollie are very easy going and made me feel at home. Their welcome pack is very detailed and our communication was very prompt and easy. The house is very comfortable and clean. It is only 5 min walk from Selhurst train station which will take you to central London in 25-40 min depending on a train. Poppy the dog is so sweet and affectionate, I miss her already. She loves curling up with you on the sofa and have her tummy rub. I most definitely recommend this house sit - everything was an absolute pleasure and handled with such ease.
