Millie and Burt were an absolute delight to sit! They both have such gorgeous temperaments (Burt is a big sook) and we had so much fun chilling with them. Raelene’s house is beautiful and incredibly well kept, it was a lovely place to spend the long weekend. Raelene was really accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The local area was lovely. Lots of places to walk the dogs and some beautiful local beaches a short drive away. Would definitely sit again!
Kris and Rob were a delight to sit for and their home was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed meeting them and getting to know them better before they left the house. Maggie and Chloe took some time warming up to us, but once they accepted us, they cuddled up and gave us head boops, too. If we are ever in the area again we would love to sit for Kris and Rob again.
This pet sit was an amazing experience! Martha and Michael are wonderful hosts! They welcomed us personally and had us over for dinner - both are great company and very interesting storytellers, we had a lovely time with them. They made sure we have detailed instructions about everything during the sit and our stay went smoothly. They gave us great recommendations about the region and truly went out of their way and made our stay special! The two cats are super sweet, Scampi will imprint quickly and become your best friend and once Umbi warms up he's the cuddliest orange cat, both of them talkers which is very entertaining! The house itself is a work of art, the location is peaceful and authentic Italian, if you get to pet sit here you are in for a treat! Thank you, Martha and Michael, we loved it!
We had a wonderful time at Christina and Philipp's place. They left us an extensive description for the pets, the house and also for some acitvities in the near of Plauen. So we had no more questions. The cats, Ghandi and Mandela, were very lovely and we loved to cuddle with them. The house is very well equipped. Our family really loved the boardgames and the toys inside and outside. Plauen is a nice city and shopping is possible 1km. We highly recommend Christina and Philipp as hosts and we would definetly come back again
We had such a great time here. Lovely little place, very good set up, nice location, you can't ask for more. Duck the golden retriever is quite a character; we brought her along to the local parks. She made an excellent tour guide and showed us parts of the city we wouldn't ordinarily have seen. Goose the cat, well, we mostly saw her when she was hungry, but she seems nice enough. No surprises at all, just a great home and wonderful pets.
What a fabulous house sit! Fay and her husband made us feel so welcome and at home. We were truly spoilt with how well trained the dogs are with many beautiful walks nearby in the car. Not once did we have to worry about the boys off the lead as they are great with all other dogs and animals and listen to your commands. They and the cats have such a loveable nature and anyone will automatically fall in love with them all😊. There are also some of the best farm shops we have visited in the UK with quality local produce! And some lovely little villages to visit. You also have the beach just down the road with plenty of restaurants or coffee shops of your choice! We would most definitely recommend Fay's beautiful home and animals to sitters 5* review all round 😊.
