Donna and Monty were the best hosts ever, so organized and communicative, making for a smooth and comfortable stay. Their home is lovely with a beautiful, huge tree filled yard and gorgeous views of Lake Whatcom. And then there's Lacey and Mr. Brisco! Such sweet, loving, cute, smart schnauzers that immediately warmed my heart. And they did their job so well, guarding their castle! Such good doggies! It was hard to say goodbye! I highly recommend this sit. 5 stars plus all around! And not to forget the beautiful, sweet singing birds which were a wonderful addition.
I felt very welcomed when I met Susan. Instructions to take care of Lulu and Fifi were thorough, and I soon felt comfortable and prepared to take care of the kitties, and their home. Lulu and Fifi are gentle kitties and they just melt your heart. It was a joy to be with them.
We had a wonderful time with the kitties at Phili & Matt’s place! Casper & Rodney are not your ordinary cats, they are playful, curious and very affectionate which we absolutely adored! Phili & Matt were also very welcoming, friendly and communicative and their home had everything we could need to make for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to any potential sitters!
We thoroughly enjoyed looking after these 3 beautiful characters. Each of them had such different personalities, but they all gave and loved receiving lots of cuddles and attention. We're so grateful for being able to care for them and to walk them around this beautiful part of the world. Anna and Carlos are very friendly and accommodating people whose hospitality and warmth made our house sit very enjoyable. They also went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, even stocking the fridge with groceries of our selection and picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. I can only recommend a stay with Carlos and Anna. You'll love it.

Thank you Lisa for three very cozy and relaxing days in your beautiful house. We were warmly welcomed and had time to get to know the animals. Luna and Roux are very funny and sweet together. It was uncomplicated to have them either in the house or running outside on the leash. They are also always up for a cuddle session. Jude and Molly were mostly separated (upstairs and downstairs), but they seemed to have gotten used to each other quite well, so again, the sitting was very relaxed. The location of the house is amazing. Beautifully located in the canyon and only 10 minutes by car to the beach. The location of the house gives therefore a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area (hikes, beach, great restaurants). The house is creative and stylishly decorated - an artist's home through and through. There is also a small recording studio on the property which is used by Lisa and friends. So we even had the pleasure of a small private concert one evening. It was wonderful to sit outside and listen to the music.

Our teen kitten Baxter has now stayed twice at furbaby retreat. Both times he has come back more confident with new people and has been as happy as can be. Happy to be home whilst not being annoyed or upset. We have been more relaxed on holidays from the daily updates we are sent and knowing that he is in good hands - with people who are paying attention to him, playing and the fact he gets dedicated attention & enrichment, which I couldn't guarantee he would get with a pet sitter staying in our home. The change in environment and routine hasn't been an issue (like all cats... I'm sure he would let us know if it had been 😉). It's clear Jess cares about the furbabies who stay, and she has put in effort to connect with Bax from the moment we arrive with him to the time he is packed up for home. 1st time stay for 5 nights. My cat was taken care of with Love from the second we entered. Great care was given to ensure everything was thought of. The entire place is spotless and run very efficiently. The team are wonderfully calm and gentle and clearly love and understand cats. Really appreciated the daily WhatsApp videos and photos. It was lovely and reassuring to see how she went from day 1 (very shy) to proudly strutting about, climbing and exploring with tail held high and playing. Nobody enjoys leaving their pets in these places but Furbaby Retreat really makes it a lot less painful when you know your little one is taken care of so well. Thank you Ginger and Jess. Great job.
Jess and the team truly cared for the cats. This is the third time my cat, QQ had stayed at Furbaby. QQ seemed very contented and happy. I appreciated the daily updates of how my little QQ is doing to give me a peace of mind. QQ enjoyed her daily walking exercise at the play room and the massages and cuddles from Jess and the team. The place is kept very clean and facilities were of high standard. I would highly recommend their services.
My 1 year old Siamese cat has stayed here a few times when necessary. I was worried about her as she needs a lot of love but is very wary of strangers. Last time she settled in right away and even wanted to say goodbye to Jess before we left. They always keep you updated with photos and information on their day. If you need someone else to care for your cat, for a short while, for whatever reason, this is the place to take them!!!
I can’t recommend Furbaby Retreat highly enough! Our anxious boy stayed here for just over 2 weeks while we were overseas and he absolutely loved it! The wonderful staff at Furbaby Retreat managed his special diet, supplements and medications, and the daily picture and video updates made me feel so at ease. He has settled in at home again beautifully too. We will definitely book him in again next time we go on holiday.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Furbaby Retreat when we had to board our cat whilst our apartment underwent renovations. They were great and communicating with us with updates on our Furbaby, and how he was adjusting to the change. We loved the pictures they sent us and videos, it made the separation anxiety I had easier to deal with! All the staff we dealt with were lovely and compassionate and they deeply cared for all of the cats in their care. We will definitely use them again if the need arises. ❤️
I 100% recommend Furbaby Retreat for anyone needing a safe place to look after their furbaby for a period of time. I recently had my baby stay here for 7 nights - I had booked the glamping suite for her, thinking it would be the best room given her general energy at home and boisterous nature. Unfortunately, she was not a fan and was all too overwhelmed by the change in environment, the window and not being around her people. The team at Furbaby Retreat were attentive in their concern for her wellbeing and care, keeping me regularly updated with photos and messages. We ended up moving her to a standard suite and she improved a lot greatly, clearly my girl is low maintenance and prefers peaceful seclusion. When we were meant to fly home, my partner became unwell and we were forced to extend our stay away. The team at Furbaby were so helpful and understanding, not only showing compassion for Tinkerbell, but my partner as well. They easily kept her for the extra time, alleviating one stress in a pile of many. I was so nervous leaving her for the first time, but the team were amazing. If I need to board her again, I will definitely be using them again!

On Scouts first day, I could not believe how energised she was, full of love, bouncing around generally just full of beans! I believe this energy comes from the care, love and attention that she herself receives. I imagine this for all the dogs that attend. Of course until we get home then I like to think of her as she rests recalling all dog pals she played with that day! We are over the moon with the service Tess provides at Perth Pet Palace! We were very worried leaving our beautiful puppy Alfie with someone while we were on holiday, but as soon as I spoke to Tess I felt we could relax knowing he was in good hands! Tess is so knowledgeable about Cavoodles & dogs in general. Alfie even came home from his little 5 night stay-cay better behaved! Tess took him for many walks a day & pampered him with love. Tess has been Mabel's, our almost 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel's dog walker and sitter, since she was 12 weeks old. Mabel absolutely loves her walks and staycations with Tess and her other doggy friends. Tess treats all of her dogs like they're her own and when we travel, it's such a relief, knowing our girl is so well looked after. I would absolutely recommend Tess to anyone!
Tess recently looked after Oakley when we went on holiday. He’s never stayed away from home before so I was worried how he might go. I definitely didn’t need to worry. Tess and her gorgeous dog Ted E welcomed Oakley into their lives and home and looked after him as if he was theirs!! I got multiple photos and videos every day of their wonderful adventures and I could see how happy and settled he was. He even came home slightly better behaved so that was a bonus!!! If I could give more stars I certainly would. Tess is amazing!!

Can’t recommend highly enough! Tess is absolutely amazing with dogs. Our two boys, Bailey and Mo spent two weeks with Tess, while we had renovations going on. She was incredible - adventurous and fun, caring and generous with cuddles. Tess shared daily updates so we could see how much fun the boys were having. They had an amazing holiday and we could get on with things knowing they were feeling happy and loved. All the staff at K9to5 Littles are just amazing. The way they look after your fur baby is absolutely top notch, so much so that my sausage dog is a tad depressed when he comes home! lol He loves it there so much. I’m incredibly grateful to have such a fabulous daycare for my boy to go & know he’s always in the best of hands.
We have been sending Sunny to K9-5 for the past two years and can’t recommend this doggy day care enough. The staff are amazing, Sunny is always so excited at drop off to see her friends, the photo updates are fabulous and the birthday parties are a highlight. It’s such a great way for Sunny to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and makes us feel so much better heading to work knowing she isn’t sitting at home waiting for us to come home.
My cocker spaniel Reggie loves coming to K9to5!! He is now 2 and been going once a week for about 18 months. He bounds out the car when he arrives and is so excited to play. The staff are all very friendly!
I have been taking my doggo here since the beginning of the year and I feel so incredible grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare that he absolutely loves going too. It was the best decision we made, for him to be socalising with other dogs and being cared for by the amazing friendly staff. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about each and every dog. Our Zoe has the best time playing with her furry friends and always comes home happy and tired. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. They have plenty of toys and activities to keep the dogs entertained. I also appreciate the photos they post throughout the day, so I know Zoe is having a great time. It’s clear that the team here loves what they do, and it shows in the way they treat the dogs. I highly recommend this doggy day care to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their pet.
The team at K9 to 5 take so much care and love looking after our little fur babies. We have been bringing our Gino to K9to5 for over a year and it's honestly the best thing we ever did! Everyone is wonderful here they take such good care of all the dogs, with lots of activities and fun. At the end of the day we have a tired happy boy that can't wait to go back and see all his friends!
Percy has been going to K9-5 for approx 5 years and knows exactly what day of the week day care day is! He is so excited to go and comes home absolutely exhausted from all of the playing! The staff treat him like their own and on the couple of occasions when he needed a little medical attention, they were amazing. The team have created a fun and safe environment for Percy to socialise with other dogs and it has made the world of difference as he has matured. He loves it so much, and so do I !
I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. Our dog Callie had the best time at doggy day care with Madame Mas. The team are so lovely and make the extra effort to make Callie feel welcomed and secure on her first day. We took her back the very next day and she couldn't have been more excited to get back to the fun at day care. We loved seeing the videos posted on Instagram, and always felt she was being looked after and having fun. It's super easy to park and drop/pick up. Our dog Maxi loves it here. They play games with the dogs and it comes with a report everyday too. You can see your dog playing with other dogs. Not like others that fence up and you don’t know what’s going on in there. Highly recommend this place if you care for your dog’s mental health lol

We were fortunate to have Tiffany stay at our home and take care of our pup for a period of 10 days. She took him to all his favourite places and was the most attentive 'aunty.' House and Pet Sitters are a very professional operation and I would trust anyone they recommended for this role.
I would highly recommend Jenny and her team of sitters. We had Henry come and look after our 2 babies. Our boy is very anxious and can be a lot to handle but Henry was amazing with both of them. I had daily updates with photos which made our holiday much more relaxing. On our return home, the babies were both happy and healthy, the house was also clean and tidy. I have used House and Pet Sitters for the past eight years and have been very happy with the service. After struggling to find sitters who covered our area and/or had availability I have found Jenny to be very reliable when I need a house sitter. From the start to finish, our experience with house and pet sitters was easy and everyone was amazing. Ben & Liz who looked after our pets and house were excellent. Our pets were well looked after and our house was kept in immaculate condition. We were very happy and Jenny was very accommodating and helpful through the process.

We were given Hannah and she is the most lovely soul I have met .My dogs absolutely loved her and I was able to approach her when I needed to see my dogs. Had a great experience for our two mini schnauzers. Our sitters were Ben & Liz and they were great. We did have to prompt for updates throughout the two weeks, but what we got was photos and videos of VERY happy puppies, clearly getting a lot of love. The house was left immaculate with bedding stripped, washed and drying on the line by 8.30am! We have requested another sit for the next holiday and hoping for Ben & Liz again!

We have used House and Pet Sitters for about 5 years. Recently the quality of the sits has been very poor. Our most recent , and last, experience was that the sitter came home drunk, had left his car and our house keys somewhere and so he tried to climb the front fence. When he couldn’t do this, he climbed the neighbour fence, at 3.30am, and then climbed into our yard. He ripped off our gutters and down pipe in the process. Unfortunately Jenny at House and Pet Sitters thought we were unreasonable in complaining and cancelled our future sits because “our requirements could not be met”. Unbelievable.
In highly recommend Pet and House Sitters. I have used them a couple of times and have always been very happy with the service. Our sitter takes wonderful care of our elderly dog and our house is always left spotlessly clean with a treat and some necessities left in the fridge for us. Jenny is very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be using them again.
I can honestly say that everything about our first home sitting experience was excellent. Our communications were all answered very promptly and the whole process was explained to us very well. Our house sitter Brad was just amazing, from the first time of meeting him he made the whole process so easy. He regularly sent us photos of our pets whilst we were away and we returned home to an immaculately clean house and pets that were very happy and relaxed. We will definitely be using Allpet Sitters again in the future and I thank them for an excellent service.

Laurissa and Rodin were perfect house and pet sitters for our staffy Boye and our 2 cats Ricky and Bluey . They kept us regularly updated with pics of our fur babies which we loved. Our babies were so happy and content, we were at absolute peace while on holidays knowing they were being well cared for and loved . They left our home lovely and clean on our return and even bought fresh bread , milk and biscuits which was really appreciated as we got home quite late from airport ..I would definitely and highly recommend Allpets Sitters to anyone looking for house or pet sitters .
I couldn’t be happier with Erin’s care for Rommy while I was away! Rommy was so happy and content when I arrived home, and it was clear that he had been well looked after. Not only that, but my house was left spotless — everything was neat and tidy, which was such a lovely touch. I would absolutely love to have Erin pet sit again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter. Additionally, the entire process of engaging a sitter was a breeze. Jan and Jilly were so pleasant to work with, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect sitter for Rommy. Their thoughtful effort truly made the experience seamless and stress-free, especially considering the first allocated sitters unfortunately fell through, they sorted a great new sitter before I could worry even for a second about not having one. Allpet Housesitters is such an important service to provide to the community, the price is very reasonable, and you just know they care about what they do for people who have to leave their pets behind at times. Kirstyn and Mike were fantastic, we would highly recommend them. We met them twice before we went on holiday, and they were here when we left and here when we arrived home. Our dogs Bertie and Billy were very chilled when we came home, and the house was spotless. We also gave them use of our car and that was spotless too. We don't like leaving our fur babies, but they were in fantastically capable hands which meant we were able to absolutely enjoy our holiday. Jan @ AllPet’s organised 3 pet sits for us during our time in Perth (1 short term & 2 longer term). The communication, with both Jan and the house owners, was great throughout. Allpet’s are very thorough in gathering all the information that the sitters requires about the sits, which gives everyone involved peace of mind before, and during the sit. Jan not only managed to find sits for our entire trip to Perth, she also matched us to specific pets, owners and locations that worked best for us. Allpet House Sitters go above and beyond. They have arranged sitters on a few occasions for our dog. They do everything they can to match your pet and house with a suitable sitter, and the personal touch provided by Jan is what makes the service special. PawPals are the best!!! My little dog Bella loves it and everyone at PawPals takes such great care of her!! She is tiny so it’s important she is in environment where she feels safe and team at PawPals make sure if that. Day care days are Bella’s favourite and she gets super excited when we arrive. We couldn’t be happier with Jami at Paw Pals Grooming. Such a lovely lady and you can tell that they all love doggos. Miffy is only 5 months old and Jami managed to tidy up her shaggy coat and still keep her cuteness whilst being a complete wriggle worm. Lovely vibe at this place 🥰

Our little Kiara just had her summer grooming done there and Jami did a wonderful job. She was patient with a little bit of an anxious dog and Kiki was super happy when it was all said and done!
PawPals is absolutely amazing! Their daycare service is top-notch, providing a safe and loving environment where our dogs always have a blast! The grooming team is equally fantastic, our labradoodles always come home looking and feeling great. The staff truly cares about every dog, and it shows. I can not speak highly enough about PawPals Bassendean and their awesome puppy daycare troop! It's always nice to know i'm leaving my cherished pup in safe hands, knowing (and seeing on socials) that he's having the best time, and getting out all his puppy energy for me to chill with him when the day's over! Had our Japanese Spitz Adonis groomed by Jami. He came out looking amazing and his fur is so much nicer now. Looking forward to not having as much hair around the house for a little while. Communication was great throughout the process from start to finish too. Thank you!!!
Lovely groomers, they took special care of my 6 month old Sheepadoodle for her first groom and she came out looking great. Olive was in great spirits after her groom, calm and herself. I would recommend to PawPals groomers.
Our little bordoodle Bella goes to Paw Pals and they are a cut above the other local day care where we had her previously. The girls have such a genuine love for her and she runs to the door with such excitement when we drop her off. Recently had her groomed there as well and they did such a great job. Can't recommend this place highly enough ❤️
