Ashleigh’s home and George the cat make a wonderful house sit with loads of places to explore nearby. George is super sweet and will follow you in and out of the garden and cuddle up on the supremely comfy recliner. It was lovely to have oat milk for tea when I arrived and it was very easy to communicate with Ashleigh. Fantastic no fuss pet sit :)
We enjoyed looking after Oli a lot. We received warm welcome from Marine and Robert, they showed us everything and we had a lovely dinner together so it was amazing to have a chance to know them. Oli is very sweet dog and our love from the very first sight. He was very cuddly and active at the same time, he was always a good boy, behaved in restaurants, no problems in a car and he has excellent recall. He was our shadow and we took him everywhere . We enjoyed long walks and evenings by the fire with him. We miss this little boy a lot, we are very happy to be able to meet such wonderful people and would be happy to look after Oli again.
Staying with Helena and Bob was an absolute pleasure. Their cats Basel and Irving are such great characters. Basel is playful and Irving is very affectionate. Their home is also very clean and conveniently located in Boulder. I particularly enjoyed running around Wonderland lake and the surrounding trails.
t was a great pleasure to look after Jenny‘s and Stuart’s beautiful cats Ziggy and Sashi. The cats are a bit shy at first, but on the second or third day they will come and sit on the sofa with you, wanting to be stroked. They love to be brushed, so that was a good way to befriend them. The contact with Stuart and Jenny was easy and straightforward. They showed me around the house and explained everything I needed to know about their cats. Their house is a beautiful old Swiss Chalet. The guestroom is comfortable, with its own bathroom and living room with a comfy sofa. The bus stop is just a few minutes away. I went hiking a lot, the hiking paths start just around the corner. In short, I enjoyed catsitting for Jenny and Stuart and I can really recommend it.
Watch out! Do not do this house sit unless you want to have the BEST time and fall utterly in love with Ava. She's the most gorgeous dog and such a good girl. And Kevin and Anita are the kindest, most generous and well organised people you'll ever meet. Their home is absolutely lovely and we enjoyed our trips to the beach, long walks, cuddle sessions and play time with Ava to the max. We cannot thank you enough for letting us look after her and your home. Something tells us our paths with cross again very soon. ;)
This was a special sit. Indy is the sweetest, cutest little kitty, but unfortunately sustained an injury prior to our arrival, and we did our best to support his medical and emotional needs during what was a rough week for the little guy. So we got especially attached and were sad to say goodbye. Despite the injury, Indy was still very food motivated (and curious!) and we got to see glimpses of his playful silly side. Oriana and Jesse were welcoming and generous hosts. They were (understandably) anxious to leave Indy while injured, and we tried to provide updates often, to alleviate some of their stress. Their place is comfy and spacious and in a very lively and central location to explore the city. We would love to stay with Indy again in the future!
