It is always a pleasure for me and Simona to have Lou-Ahn as cat sitter!

JB and Claire were fantastic house sitters from start to finish. Their communication was excellent throughout - from our initial conversation to the last day. They left the house in pristine condition and stripped the bedroom which we really appreciated. All our animals were very happy and relaxed when we returned home. JB even took some beautiful action photos of our dogs which we will treasure. I would absolutely recommend this lovely couple to look after any pets and your home. Thank you both and we’d love if you house sat for us again in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Nadege and Elodie. They did such an incredible job caring for our house and our cats. They were responsive and reliable throughout their stay. We got lots of pictures of the cats and they were good about reaching out if my instructions weren’t clear. I would absolutely have them stay again.

Janice was a fantastic home and cat-sitter over the Christmas holiday. She left the apt just as it was when I left, and took impeccable care of my sweet little Kovi. I’d be happy to have her back, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible sitter. Thanks Janice!

Maureen and Solenn and two more guests (agreed on beforehand) stayed at my place while I was away for a week to look after my cats. For the most part it went well but I did have some spots where they dropped the ball. I requested contact once per day to make sure everything was ok. That didn't happen although they did respond when I reached out but only with one line stating everything was fine. I left cleaning expectations such as vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms prior to them leaving. They state they cleaned before they left. I’m just going to have to say we have different definitions of clean. They did have clean sheets on the beds for my return which was the most important. A glass was broken and they killed at least 3 plants and a few more probably won't make it. A heads up would have been nice about that and an apology. True I didn't state don't open the windows with the plants on the windowsill in -10 degrees Celsius, so I learned I will need to add that to my welcome guide. The garbages were not taken out on garbage day as requested. They were allowed to use my car and they returned it in the same state I left it so that was appreciated. Pet care: that was well done with no concerns that I am aware of. None of these are make or break deals but there was a lot of them so I can't in all honesty give a great review. I’ve had each incident happen in prior sits but not all of these issues in one sit.

I wish I could give Geraldine more than 5 stars! ⭐️ She went the extra mile during the Microsoft outage when the world was collapsing. Despite her flight from Paris to Berlin being canceled, she took a train all the way from Paris to Berlin to arrive here and take care of Ryker . I greatly appreciate how reliable she was; when she promised to take care of Ryker, she did everything in her power, even taking a last-minute 10-hour train ride to make it happen.❤️ While she was here, she took excellent care of Ryker, always responding and attentive. I was very impressed by her values, and she is always welcome here 🫶🏼

I cannot speak highly enough of Carmine’s dedication and care for my beloved cats, Rafa and Hawi. Carmine is an outstanding housesitter who went above and beyond in taking care of my home and furry companions. Throughout her stay, Carmine maintained the house impeccably, ensuring everything was tidy and organized. What truly set Carmine apart was her thoughtful gesture of sending daily pictures, videos, and heartwarming updates. These updates were not only a delight to receive but also reassured me that Rafa and Hawi were in the best of hands. Carmine’s genuine affection for animals was evident in the way my cats responded to her. It was evident from the updates she shared that they were not just being taken care of but were genuinely happy and content under her care. I am immensely grateful to Carmine for the love, attention, and meticulous care she provided to Rafa and Hawi. Her commitment to ensuring their well-being surpassed my expectations. In all honesty, she is by far the best housesitter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Carmine to anyone seeking a responsible, caring, and trustworthy housesitter. Her dedication to her duties and the genuine love she showed towards my pets make her an invaluable asset. Thank you, Carmine, for being exceptional in every way possible!

Belen and Aleondra took very good care of Groot our dog. The house was very clean when we returned. And they kept us updated throughout with many pictures and videos. We would definitely have them back :-)

Linda was great with Pongo. She sent videos and pictures to update me of how he was warming up to her. The only issue was that she confirmed that she could stay at the sit until I arrived back in the evening but 2 days before I was supposed to come back told me she had to leave in the early hours of the morning which meant that pongo would have been alone for 12+ hours. I had to scramble to change travel plans, ask a friend to come let him out as I still wouldn’t have been able to be back in time. It was very inconvenient and a shame because I really thought she was doing a great job. She left the apt as I left it. Overall great.

Diane came alone and want to leave earlier - but for the rest she was just great! She made long walk with Teo and Elly, and look after them very very good. She is also a good horse rider and made everything like I asked here- thank you very much

We met Catherine and Samuel via video twice before the sit and we didn’t meet in person. Both were very friendly and confident about looking after our house and Penny, our cat, so we didn’t worry. Penny was very well looked after, Catherine sent us updates and pictures every day and communicated well, asking a couple of questions about the tabby cat that lives up the road and making sure Penny was safe and happy. They left the house very tidy and we also came home to a lovely gift of some pastries! They were great sitters and we’d happily ask them to sit again. We are very glad Catherine and Samuel sat for us.

I wouldn’t hesitate to have Charlotte sit for Millie again. She was so lovely with her and sent daily updates on their adventures together. The house was clean and tidy on our return . I can highly recommend Charlotte for anyone.
