Harriet and Mike are both really lovely and interesting people, their home is out of this world. As well as enjoying looking after Raffa who was great as we both have a lot of energy so we were able to keep him occupied with plenty of ball throwing and walks. Their family is really well-traveled and we particularly loved looking at their photos of them with their children on their travels, it is very evident that they are both outstanding parents who value family time very much. We were so lucky to have the sit agreed as it was on the weekend of my birthday and what a place to stay it certainly was better than any hotel, we felt very blessed and grateful to stay in their incredible home. Harper is the most loving cat I have ever met in my life!!! She is super cuddly and well behaved. Slept by my head or in my arms nearly every night and always when watching TV!! ❤️😂 She also gives kisses ☺️ Madeleine was always responsive and I could tell she provided her baby with a life of luxury at this place. The apartment is close to plenty of bus lines and groceries. I am local, so it was a great place for me to work remotely and walk to the office in SLU.
Would highly recommend Tim & Tiffany’s house sit! Great communication & video calls before we arrived, arrangements all made well in advance. Compliments to Tim & Tiff as our plans changed and they were very accommodating and even let us bring our own Vizla too. We met Tim, Tiff, Star & Tess in the lovely local village with a very warm welcome, and we all walked the dogs together back to the homely cottage through the orchards. A perfect arrival! We felt very well informed of how to care for all the animals and to the operation of the household. We had a lovely few days, met a few locals in the small country pub (tier 1) landlords were very welcoming and even let all the dogs in! Star and Tess were easy and fun to look after, love the long walks in the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views of the Malvern Hills, through the orchards. Both very well behaved & liked cuddles at night. We didn’t see Taboo the cat much, she came in for dinner and some cuddles at night and was out again by the morning. The chickens just need letting out in the morning, putting away at dusk, and if you look after them well you receive fresh eggs in the morning! Overall a very successful house sit, regardless of lockdown, the scenery was beautiful, plenty to see and do locally, house was cosy, clean well equipped and comfortable and the animals were like family! Would definitely go back again! Thank you to Tim, Tiff and Tia for a lovely break! xxx
Deb and Bob have a beautiful house, and it was pleasure taking care of their puppies! The house is very well organized, and it’s easy to find what you need, they have labels on many things. Dogs are friendly and fun- they love hanging out with humans and super easy to take care of. Deb and Bob prepared a manual for all of the details regarding house and dogs, and it was super helpful to refer to it when needed and a nice way to keep things organized. We really enjoyed our interactions with Deb and Bob as well as time we spent at their house and the company of Beau, Bella, and Annie!
We had such an amazing time in Bath taking care of Zahra! She is lovable and cuddles with you every chance she gets. What more could you ask for? She took a day or two to warm up to us but after that, she was cuddling with us in bed and on the couch and checking in to say hi with her cute meow often. Caroline’s home is very close to the city center and we used the bus to get around - it was very easy! Bath is a special city that has great restaurants, culture, and beautiful walks. We loved the chance to explore the area! Thanks so much, Caroline!
What a lovely sit! Theresa and Tracy were warm and welcoming the day I arrived and their home had wonderful, calm energy. Sam and Otis are super friendly and so sweet! I got to spend a couple hours getting to know them and going over instructions. Sam and Otis are the sweetest boys and very well behaved! We went for multiple walks everyday and they LOVE walks (and treats)! Otis is a big snuggle bug and likes to be close, while Sam likes a bit of a cuddle and then his space. Sam also loves watching tv. We have a couple hilarious photos and videos of him totally engulfed in movies lol. Both boys are very photogenic :) The home is in a lovely community! During our stay, they even had live music and a food truck at the pavilion one night! Some nights when the weather was a little cooler we went for a third walk late at night, which was very peaceful. We enjoyed hanging with the boys out in the yard and screened in porch. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. Theresa left some of her favorite recommendations so we checked out a couple. We had a great time exploring the area. This was a very relaxing sit and we very much enjoyed spending time with Sam and Otis. They are such good boys and we hope to sit them again soon! We highly recommend sitting for Theresa!

My Love Fur Paws is the best boarding facility we've ever used for our dog, Mochi. She has boarded multiple times with them, and it's the only place she gets excited about when we're going out of town. The staff at My Love Fur Paws are incredibly caring and treat Mochi like their own. She absolutely loves her walks, pack walks, and group playtime, which keeps her active and happy. I’ve been bringing my dog, Shasta here since she was 6 months old. They are wonderful to her and have taught her dog manners. She was a stray and needed a lot of work and they have done so much for her! I’m so grateful for My Love Fur Paws!
Our 9 month old pup, Birdie, just recently completed the 6 week ‘play and train’ where she went 2x a week for 6 weeks and enjoyed the doggy day care and 1-on-1 training with Mike. She came home everyday day exhausted, which is saying a lot for this energetic pup and I joined the training sessions every Monday so I can replicate the training at home. She’s really improved her loose leash walking, staying in her “place”, sitting before walking through thresholds and recall. We continue to send Birdie there weekly because she loves it so much and to re-enforce those newly learned skills.
This is a terrific daycare and boarding facility for my dogs Iris, Allie and Brandi. I always feel confident leaving my girls there because the staff is professional, kind & I trust my girls will be safe while I’m gone. Nothing beats peace of mind.

I love My Love Fur Paws - Spicewood! They have done wonders for my rescued dog. She was really unsure of other dogs on our daily walks but after just a few sessions of play here she is a new pooch! She has found the love of her life here too. We go once a week for a 1/2 day session and get the frozen Kong during the stay. The photos they post really make my day, you can clearly see she is loving her time and has the biggest smile on her face while she is there. Thankful for these guys.
We recently started using daycare for our Jessie girl and have had an amazing experience! She was adopted just over three months ago and really needed some more socialization beyond just being with us - especially kennel time. By her second visit she was like peace out and gladly went with the team to the back to get her day started. I don’t know that I can put an amount on the cost of relief I feel knowing that my girl is loved and cared for when she’s at daycare. 100/5 stars

Leander Pet Care has been watching over our German Shepherd and Corgi/mix fur babies for over two years! They have been VERY accommodating to last minute pet care requests and scheduling changes and have always given us peace of mind knowing our pups are in good hands. Our dogs absolutely love when Lauren or her team comes because they get spoiled with so much play time in and outside. Our GSD has a medical condition that require he sit to drink and eat in his Bailey Chair and they have been able to accommodate and work with him since day one. We use Leander Pet Care for overnight stays when we are on vacation and for daily drop ins. We can always look forward to our visit update with AMAZING pictures of our dogs. Lauren and Tony are absolutely amazing to say the least. When we moved back to Texas we did not know anyone to watch out pittie, Bandit. We don't trust just anyone to come in to our home as well as treat our dog with the same love and care we do. We are strict with our training and they followed every rule we had in place. Pitties get back reps and from the moment we met Lauren and Tony, they made us feel completely comfortable and Bandit loved them both. We work 12, 14 even 24 hour shifts. Lauren and Tony would come and take Bandit out of his kennel, take him for walks, feed him, play with him and return him to his kennel no matter what the weather was doing. I even received report cards and pictures so I knew he was cared for during our absence. They have even gone above and beyond to help when we were out of town and brought in our packages and shut our garage door for us that we forgot to close. When Bandit passed they were very empathetic. When we adopted another pittie, Dandy. They were just as amazing even though she had so much more energy than Bandit. She loved them as much as we do! We have since moved, but would highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been using Leander Pet Care to care for my fur babies for years and highly recommended them! When I brought home a new puppy, Lauren puppy sat while I was at work and helped me with potty training and puppy socialization. She did such an amazing job, my puppy was potty trained in no time! Lauren is a such an incredible business owner and takes pride in running a quality business. I know anyone that hires Lauren will be so happy they did!
We were new to the area, we knew no one. Had to leave town unexpectedly and leave our pup behind. Our pup joined our family during covid so she has never know what it is like to be alone. We were so nervous. Lauren and her team came to the house to meet us, see if there was anything they could do for us in addition to caring for our baby. They offered to water plants, adjust lighting, whatever was needed. We we out of town for over a week. Every visit we were provided details of the visit and photos. I felt our one year old doodle was truly being fed, walked and LOVED. If you love your dog like we do, trust Lauren and her team to continue that same care in your absence.
I can not say enough positive things about Leander Pet Care (LPC). I recently took a ten day trip and I worried at the thought of leaving my dog at a boarding kennel where she would not have individualized attention. I had not been away from her except for a few overnight trips where she stayed with a neighbor. I found LPC online and liked that they have menu options allowing you to have them come as little or often as you like. They gave me an online update with photos after each visit. The daily reporting gave me great comfort in knowing my pets (dog, cat and turtle) were very well taken care of. Dan, the sitter, was punctual and stayed for the entire time requested when I set up the visits (I know this from seeing my Ring doorbell monitor!). He walked the dog several times each day, played with her, and paid great attention to the cat. I will definitely use LPC again!
I'm very impressed with the level of care and companionship given to the pets. All of the employees are so loving and patient with them. They are reliable and send regular updates with pictures. With the best of hopes & intentions we arranged for Lauren to visit our Shelby & Townes while we went to Midlothian from 8/31-9/2. The occasion was a 20 year vow renewal & my sister, brother in law drove from Plattsburgh, NY, 2400 miles for the occasion. Planning had begun over 6 mos earlier, the venue, catering, the chaplain, hotel & many other details were deliberated and decided. We met with Tony & Lauren, introduced our furred family members... everything seemed spot on. We were gone 24 hours and the 1st morning Lauren had trouble getting Townes back inside. He's a 13 month old GSD who has not been around anyone other than my partner & myself (thanks to the pandemic). We have a guest house across our driveway & a friend was house sitting. We were in touch with Lauren during this difficulty with our GSD & even had our friend bring Lauren $100 at her 1st morning visit. Twelve hours later that evening she called and stated that Townes had leapt upon the hood of her 'NEW' car and destroyed the paint. She stated that she was in the process of obtaining 2 estimates and that we would be liable for the expense of repainting & bodywork. We received texts, photos... so our 1st venture out since Covid ended with us returning a mere day into the trip. I had to borrow my brother in law's truck to return & had to get it back prior to 11AM. We got back at midnight set out again at 0730 with two vehicles to Midlothian. In all we made (5) 165 mile trips back and forth, 3 were as a result of incomprehensible actions on Lauren's part. We talked to Tony the morning after we returned. He asked me if Townes was OK first, he then said that he couldn't believe that Lauren had approached us about the car, that their insurance had already covered whatever she alledged had happened. He stated additionally that his belief was that our GSD was in no way responsible for Lauren's car difficulties & doubted that whatever occured had happened at our premise. He also said we had overpaid them & was hoping we would use them again stating that he would be the one to personally care for our dogs in the future. He spoke about their reputation/credibility in the canine community as something of importance. We contacted Lauren and said that we didn't feel comfortable with her coming to our home & that we no longer needed her services. In spite of that as we were returning to Midlothian we passed her on the hill to our home. Afterwards she called saying there was a new lock on our gate. We reiterated that her behavior had required our return home canceling our trip. Our friend in the guest house had gone to her the 1st morning (in proximity to her vehicle)at our home to tender an additional $100 and he stated unequivocally that the car was undamaged. At that point she had visited our dogs on the evening of the day we left & the following morning only and Lauren had received $190.00. I had intended to provide another one hundred at the successful conclusion of our trip. After all this it took a while to sink in, months of planning, all the expense for nothing because of a $$ grab. I then contacted Tony and stated that I felt it incumbent upon them to at least return the fee & provided notice of my intent . Leander Pet Care in addition to not responding did not even return our house and gate keys requiring replacement and instalation of 2 keyed entry & 2 deadbolts as well as the gate lock. Let this serve as notice of intent to bring this issue to Justice/Small Claims Court. If you read this & still choose L. P. C. I pray you have better luck than we did. Additionally our GSD puppy was injured having his rear leg cut in multiple spots as well as being swollen to twice it's normal size. Lauren, Tony said not a single word to dignify how this had happened while under their care forcing me to ask rhetorically, 'are these the actions of professionals & would you want your canine family members & home treated this way?' ·

Karen has watched our chihuahua (Gigi) twice and she has taken such great care of her. Our chihuahua is a female and 4 pounds. She made a special trip to meet her before watching her so she could get to know her and learn about her schedule and needs. She sends pictures of Gigi when we are away and asks questions when needed. We always feel our Gigi is in great hands when Karen is watching her. I highly recommend her for overnight dog watching visits.

My dog stayed here overnight. They took good care of him. Would definitely recommend. I have a senior 12 year old boxer/lab mix who prefers humans over dogs for reference.
The staff if very polite, professional, and cheerful. They show a love for my dog. Raven does an excellent job grooming and always asks if we need any changes or added services. They keep up with the shots that pets need so we know our dog will stay health. The prices are reasonable.
My Frenchie recently stayed in one of the townhouse rooms. She had her own little room with her dog bed plus another little bed, a tv, her toys, and even her own window. She’s older and can’t do group playtime so we scheduled extra one on one human time for her. They also ensured she used the elevator since she shouldn’t walk up and down stairs. We checked the cameras periodically and she was sleeping peacefully most of the time. The folks who work there were super informative during my initial visit; gave me a tour and answered all my questions. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up after her week long stay. They even washed her bedding. We’ll be back. :-)
Puck & Ruby love it here! They don’t even play with the other dogs, but they get plenty of petting & attention and they’re always happy to be dropped off. It’s so nice having somewhere I can leave them and not worry about them.

Our little guy (yorkie poo) had an extended stay (2 weeks) and he really enjoyed himself! We opted for a combo of half day play and enrichment sessions. When we received the “pawgress reports” he always looked so happy! It made our vacation better knowing he was having a great time. The staff are awesome and accommodating. Priscilla was very nice during our visit prior to my dog boarding for the weekend. She did an amazing job investing into her at home dog boarding facility and put in TONS of work to her property to ensure a safe / sanity experience for the dogs. I appreciate her for allowing me to pick up my dog past her curfue time the same day. I was coming back from South Padre and hit unexpected traffic. She sent photos and had a fast response time. Priscilla is the most animal loving person I’ve ever met. The best part about her pet sitting company, is that she has renovated over half of her home to accommodate sheltering your beloved dog (including her huge - fenced in, back yard) That alone gives me the comfort of knowing there will always be someone there with my dog in case anything happens.
Priscilla was AMAZING!! She constantly sent updates and pictures of our fur baby while we were away. This was the longest we had been away/boarded our dog, and we were so nervous at first. We felt immediate relief after dropping him off, knowing he was in great hands. Priscilla is very adamant on intervals inside/outside which is amazing with the crazy Texas heat, I love that there’s an indoor option! The last place we boarded had no indoor options, and you could tell he was overheated as soon as we picked him up. Oliver is very anxious and has some unique quirks ;) and Priscilla was so accommodating and patient with him. 10/10 recommend, I wish 6 stars was an option!
Priscilla did an amazing job watching my girl Haru. I was super nervous about leaving her since this was my first time boarding her, but Priscilla put my mind at ease. She sent update pics at least once a day and quickly responded to any questions that I had. By day 2 it looked like Haru was having the time of her life. When I went to pick her up, she was very excited to see me, but wanted to go back inside to play with her new friends 🤣. I was a little butt hurt, but that just shows what a great time she had at Right at Home.
My furbaby DJ has extremely high anxiety! But they were and have always been soooo extremely patient with him. This is my 2nd visit and after this visit I was even told he has improved from the first time he visited. Their service is super affordable and they take extremely good care of your furbabies! If you looking for someone to look after your furbabies while on a trip or even just to have a mini break, I highly recommend them 10/10!! They are the absolute best!!❤️❤️❤️
I recently boarded my Shih Tzu, Ojo, with Priscilla for 5 days while I was on vacation in Cancun, and I can't express how grateful I am to have found such a wonderful place! Ojo is a bit of a diva and can be picky about where she stays, but Priscilla made her feel right at home. I recieved daily updates with photos, which was such a relief knowing Ojo was happy, playing, and well taken care of. It’s clear that Priscilla genuinly loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. Ojo came home relaxed, happy, and tired from all the fun she had. I’m so thankful to have found a place I can trust completly, and I’ll definetly be using her services again in the future. Highly reccomend!
First time for my fur baby bear to be sitter & I was a little nervous at first but Priscilla made me feel so comfortable as for him as well that he will be fine. Overall he loved it I loved how she updated us with pictures and how he was doing he looked so happy in the pictures playing with other fur babies ❤️ Im so thankful to Priscilla for taking good care of him. Our Husky has a personality and a half, and Priscilla and Jedidiah take such great care of him. They send photos of him playing with his friends, which gives us so much peace of mind when we're away from him. He can be a pretty silly pup, and they're patient with him. They have a great home-style boarding set-up and it's clear that their home is created for the dogs. We can't wait to stay with them more.
I can't say enough good things about Happy Tails. They have taken incredible care of my dog, Lilli, for both short and long-term boarding stays, and she always comes home happy and in great condition. Even though she's a little wrecking ball of energy, she has the best time in daycare, and they always make sure she’s well taken care of. I was especially grateful for their care when she had surgery and I had to travel out of the country – they went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and well-looked after during that time. The manager is truly fantastic and always takes great care of my fur babies. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and fun environment for their dogs! House hippos approved!
We are so glad that we found Happy Tails Pet Resort. We had never left our dog anywhere before so we were obviously nervous. They made the entire process smooth and we felt extremely comfortable leaving him. We had him in a luxury suite and were able to watch him on the app (which became addicting). Highly recommend Happy Tails!
I took my two chihuahua’s to Happy Tails for pet daycare. The staff was fabulous and took excellent care of the boys. They were patient with my questions and made sure I had all of the information prior to booking. When I picked up my two pups I could see they had a great time. I also got a report card detailing how their time was, really impressed with the care given to my dogs and to me. I highly recommend Happy Tails.
Took my dog for a trial run of doggie daycare to help her socialization, barrier reactivity, and stranger danger. I got an honest report card and she did amazing! She made friends and there were names of her friends listed on the report card. It was so sweet! She was exhausted after her day. The staff was friendly and accommodating! They have deals for their daycare packages! 10/10 recommend :)
Love this pet resort. We have left our dog for boarding at Happy Tails when we are out of town going on six years now. They take wonderful care of her. They send us picts and reports about how she is doing during her stays. We greatly appreciate the special care & love they give to our dog(Echo).
Last year I posted about how well Brittany and Lyric took care of 2 traumatized dogs that we had inherited when their owner passed away. This year the dogs are much happier, but Spicey had a badly dislocated heel that has required surgery and 3 months of aftercare. Yesterday she was finally able to be groomed, but we were nervous about it. Lyric reassured us that she would keep pressure off the foot and keep Spicey from jumping off a table. Spicey can now cope with the summer heat as well as her previously groomed sister! Lyric and Brittany both are great with dogs and nervous parents. The office staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Happy Tails is fabulous.
I had great communication via text and email before our first visit. When we arrived everyone was so nice and professional. The facilities are very clean and safe looking for the animals. The person at the desk took the time to explain that the groomer would call me and confirm what I wanted for the hair cut. Natalie was very attentive when she called and my dog looked the best he ever has when I picked him up. I felt the prices were fair, they do day care and boarding also so it could be one stop shopping so to speak. I like the fact that a vet founded it and that it has been there since around 2017. I will tell everyone to utilize this place! I def pre-booked with Natalie!
I wish I could give more stars. We have a pet who is very anxious and selective with people. He snaps when someone he's not sure of, handles him. With time he warms up and is really a lovely little pup. Happy Tails handled our dog with great care. They understood his needs and the time taken to get acquainted with people. They slowly and consistently established a relationship with him when he was boarded there. The staff even helped us understand what his triggers were and how to handle such situations. Our relationship with our pet has improved tremendously after we boarded him at Happy Tails. We highly recommend the place!
One of the best grooming establishments out there. Very professional and caring. Prices are comparable to other places, if not a little cheaper, and I love the small boutique feel of the business. The groomers are all amazing and do great work!
100% top notch facility! My pet sitter for my recent trip fell through less than 18 hours before I was set to depart on a trip to the east coast. My dog had also never been to a boarding facility or even doggy daycare because she can be dog aggressive. I was referred here from Taurus Academy because they are under the same ownership, but Happy Tails didn't require a preliminary evaluation. I'll admit, I was very nervous, but they were able to set her up in a luxury suite with 24 hour surveillance. They had lots of enrichment activity options and sent daily photos as well. They even had a Halloween photo shoot option! When I arrived to retrieve Dixie, she received a very warm goodbye from one of the employees there. They did such a good job and really put this dog momma at ease. Based on my observations, Dixie wasn't even exhibiting anxious behavior. They have given me confidence in boarding and I will absolutely recommend them and use their services again.
The facility is awesome. Nala had a very good time staying here. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a short video of Nala playing. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The daycare facility was great. When we are in the area and need a place for Nala to stay, we will definitely return to this establishment.
The owners are GREAT! They took great care of my dogs while I was away on vacation. I especially appreciated the daily videos they sent to let me kwow my pups were having fun. They have a customer for life in me.
Michelle is so sweet and the facility is very well maintained. I dropped my friend's Huskies off there for 2 days. Great service and people!

A family-owned business where everyone worked hard to make us feel comfortable leaving our dog for the day. Very nice facilities, and they sent us a mid-day video of our dog enjoying himself with his new friends. We'll be boarding him for several days in a couple of weeks, and we're sure he will have a fun stay.
My Bonnie and Andrew absolutely LOVE going here. They're always excited to see Michelle and Micheal. There's lots of play time and the facilities are top notch. They even have pools for my water loving pup to play in. I've never felt so comfortable leaving my pups anywhere as I do here.
Wow! Love this place on top of being local. My shy boy is not an easy watch. Michelle and Michael made him feel so welcome he even stopped to say goodbye after a long week boarded. I feel so comfortable leaving my pet with them, he has really come out of his shell doing regular boarding/daycare with them.
We love Lago Vista Pet Retreat. We take our dogs here anytime we go out of town. We have a new puppy who also goes for just the day to have some socialization with other dogs. Michelle is fantastic as well as the rest of her family.
My lab loves her play dates at the Retreat! She has a great time and I appreciate knowing that she is supervised and well cared for during her stay. The facility is clean and truly designed for maximum exercise and entertainment! Michelle is awesome! She seems to have lots of patience with pets and their owners!
Taurus Academy McNeil is the only place I would take my dog for daycare, boarding, or grooming. My dog used to be the most shy and secure dog, but she has blossomed after going to daycare at Taurus. The staff there have always been the most friendly people. My dog and Billy are best friends they just have the best time together. I know that when I drop my dog off at Taurus that is she is going to be well taken care of and loved. They even threw her a birthday party when she turned one year old.
This place is Amazing 😍 I have brought my pets here over the last several years and it's a wonderful place that truly cares about the happiness and well being of your pet(s). I had a Basseet Hound (Mackie) and a Great P/Pointer mix ( Domino) who are no longer with us and they Loved this place and now almost 10 years later we have Lidi and she just had her first experience at Taurus/McNeil and she had a wonderful time and made some new paw 😊🐾🐾 friends. Thank you for always being there for me and my pups ❤️🐶❤️.
I can not recommend Taurus McNeill enough! The staff are always so sweet and friendly! Both my pup and the staff are equally as excited to see one another whenever we go to drop off for either daycare or boarding! My dog has a lot separation anxiety but he feels completely comfortable whenever he is there! Please visit, you and your dog won’t regret it! :)
Billy and the Taurus McNeil team are the best! My GSP thinks everyday is a vacation day when she goes. We use them for daycare, grooming and kennel services. All are top notch and highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Taurus team!
I can't say enough good things about Taurus Academy! I brought my dog, a stray I found with severe separation anxiety and a fear of men, to their 2-week board and train program. As someone with little experience in dog training, I struggled to address her anxiety and fear issues on my own. But the team at Taurus, especially my dog's trainer Chloe, was incredible. Chloe worked wonders with her, helping her build confidence and make significant progress in just a short amount of time. I saw a complete transformation in my dog—she became calmer, more relaxed, and even more trusting of people, including men. Since the board and train program, I’ve continued bringing her to Taurus for doggie daycare, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The staff are always caring and attentive, and I can tell my dog enjoys her time there. I am beyond grateful for all the care and support they’ve given my dog and me. Highly recommend Taurus Academy to anyone looking for top-notch dog training and daycare!
After trying out many daycares, I finally feel like I’ve found “the one”! My experience with Taurus Academy has been a 10/10 thus far. My pup Wesley had a great first day and it was so nice to actually receive updates on how he was doing throughout the day. I received several photos and a full report card for his evaluation day by 12:30pm and they even followed up with a phone call from the afternoon shift lead. It was so nice to have a facility actually follow through with the things they advertise. My little guy can be a bit skittish around new people and new things but he looked very happy in his photos and very happy when I picked him up after his first day. We look forward to many more great visits with Taurus. Thank you guys for truly caring about my dogs experience! Would highly recommend.
The whole staff has been so wonderful. We sent Ofi to the 2 week board and train and were updated daily about her progress. I’d highly recommend Chloe, Carlos, and the rest of the staff.
The folks here are amazing. I'm currently fostering a dog named Frank, and I took him here for daycare and training. Chloe (his trainer) totally changed our life at home with him and was so thoughtful, approachable, and attentive. The folks at this location also helped me get great photos and videos of Frank for his adoption advertising. Their investment in helping us find him a good him still makes me tear up, and I am so so proud he got to spend his time there. Everyone I met was incredible!
My dog has been going here for almost 4 yrs. She loves being there plus she gets to play with her brother. Billy who runs this place is awesome, the whole staff are wonderful and helpful.
Always awesome service and my dog loves it here. Wish their online booking could have same day function but that’s the only thing. My bf started going here at a different location and the process of changing over has been seamless and no decrease in quality. Super awesome and love the offerings for my dog. Due to leg problems, I needed someone to walk my Golden Doodle and Pet Gal has provided a totally reliable and wonderful dog walker whenever I need them. They have been flexible when I needed to move our scheduled time and they ALWAYS show up. My dog loves her walker and gets so excited when she sees her. They are careful, safe and trustworthy with my beloved pet and I look forward to seeing them for every visit.

I'm so very grateful for Cat's faithful care of my 2 cats! I loved receiving a note with pictures each day. Our Husky dog loved his pet sitters. They really paid attention to the schedule that I had him on and we were gone for a week. He is quite a handful of energy and love and Pet Gals were so loving to him and he was walked on time, fed on time and put to bed on time. They are the most caring sitters I have ever used and I will use them every time I need someone for my dear dog.

I have used The Pet Gal for my pet sitting needs for the past 8 years and have always been exceptionally pleased! I have a large and diverse fur and feather family which has changed over the years. Pet Gal Ginger is my main sitter and is always caring and meticulous, providing care for my elderly dogs before they passed and showing patience for my younger dogs. I love the fact that I receive a notification when my sitter arrives and an update with photos after the visit. Scheduling with the software is easy and efficient. It is always hard for me to leave my pet family, but I also always know they receive exemplary, professional care with The Pet Gal!
What a great experience with Pet Gal! We were in need of someone we could trust would take care and love our fur babies as much as we do, and we found it with Pet Gal and Chris who took fantastic care of our 3 puppers. They check in for every visit, provide you a detailed description of how each pet was during their visit and send pictures! Chris was a great with each of the dogs giving them all his undivided attention and just did a fantastic job!! We will definitely use them again and refer anyone we know to this great business!
I would highly recommend The Pet Gal for everyone! My sitter, Suzy, is the absolute best! I knew by the meeting I had with her that my cat would be in great care with her. She has gone above and beyond being so sweet to my cat and taking care of my place. I was also impressed by how detailed her daily messages were which definitely alleviated my anxiety when I had to be away. For someone who always worries about their pet when being away, I really have nothing to worry about. Suzy and The Pet Gal are amazing!
Id rather not deal with the hassle and prices of pet boarding. Pet gal has great service at reasonable prices. Debbie took care of my cat Angel Bae, even after she experienced an unexpected event in her personal life. She sent me pictures of her eating and playing, and a detailed overview of her visit. I would definitely recommend the Pet Gal services and will use them again since I prefer my pet to have one on one care in the comfort of home!
