This was our first time taking our babies to a pet resort and let me tell you. IT WAS AMAZING. Pinky’s was so responsive to my texts and we got emails of our girls stay every night. We have 3 dogs, all girls: a Pitbull Mix, Weimaraner and a Border Collie. We usually keep the Weimaraner separated from the other two for past behaviors. However, Pinky’s integrated our 3 girls with lots of bonding time. Needless to say, we now keep all 3 together. I can’t say that this would be the situation for all, but we sure are grateful. They really treated our dogs like their own. We also fully support Pinky’s dream of supporting their son Axel, who is Autistic. What a wonderful experience this was. It’s abundantly clear why they have 5 star reviews. We will definitely have our girls back.

This is my second time boarding my dog at Pinky’s and I absolutely love them. From the initial meet and greet to pick up, the atmosphere was very welcoming and reassuring. They offered great communication via text and email before, during, and after my dogs visit. With daily updates being provided, I was never left with doubts about my dogs welfare and wellbeing. My son looked forward to every daily update and he was delighted and full of excitement when they came as he was able to see our little dog even while we were away. I have definitely found my forever boarding facility at Pinky’s and I would highly recommend this Pet Resort to anyone and everyone.

This was our 1st time boarding our fur baby Nugget. This is such a great business, and the pets are well cared for! I enjoyed the daily reports with pictures during the stay! I also appreciated all the information provided to us since this was our 1st time! Definitely recommend Pinky's!

We had a great experience boarding our dog at Pinky's! Our German Shepherd, Earl, was well taken care of. We were provided nightly updates, including pictures. Pinky was very friendly and easy to communicate with. It's very clear that they make great efforts to ensure it's a stress-free stay for the pets.

I left my 2 babies for 1 week and Pinky was able to accommodate us for 1 additional week with short notice and very graciously. She sent me the cutest daily reports and really put me at ease with her professionalism and caring demeanor. It's obvious she loves what she does and takes great pride in her business. On a side note, my little miniature pinscher has improved her behavior so much since her stay that it seems she underwent 2 weeks of gentle training. I am so happy I found this place for my next trips.

Pinky's Pet Resort is truly exceptional! From the moment I dropped off my pup Ember, I knew she was in the best hands. Pinky’s attention to detail and genuine love for animals is evident in every aspect of the resort. What truly blew me away were the daily pictures and updates. Each day, I received adorable snapshots and detailed updates about my pup's activities, meals, and even new friends they made! This thoughtful touch provided me with incredible peace of mind, knowing my baby was not only well-cared for but having a blast. The facility itself is well-designed, spacious and equipped with everything a pet could dream of. The staff is warm, professional, and went above and beyond to cater to my pet's specific needs and preferences. The range of activities and the level of personal attention my pup received was outstanding. Pinky's Pet Resort is a cut above the rest. If you’re looking for a place where your pet will be treated like royalty, this is it. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be returning. Pinkys was an amazing experience to leave my two boys at. The daily emails with photos showed helped keep peace of mind to know that my dogs were in such amazing hands. Will for sure be using Pinky’s again in the future!

Pinky’s was the best place by FAR out of any of the options we considered in San Antonio. Pinky’s clear communication eased our worries as dog parents leaving our puppy for the first time. Pinky sends out pup reports about their day, and we anxiously waited for our pup’s reports each night we were gone. From the reports, we read and saw that our pup had outdoor time, enjoyed the shallow pool just as she does at home, made friends with other dogs and got to see and spend time with several of the same dogs who were also her size. We definitely will be using Pinky’s again, and are grateful for the aftercare tips that she sent home with us as well. Thank you Pinky for taking such good care of our puppy!
