Francesco is absolutely amazing as a house sitter - he truly loves pets, and people too! Upon our first meet he was attentive and observant of even the smallest of details. And each day while we were away we enjoyed receiving creative and fun photos of our babies (2 cats, 1 dog) and the friendliest of updates. And after nine days we had to share that our flight home was canceled - not a problem as Francesco stayed an extra day without complaint. He is a true credit to this website & service... A more thoughtful and pet-friendly person cannot be found - Francesco is truly to be recommended and thanked! I hope he will take care of our 2 cats and our dog again! Thanks again ! :)
We recently housesat for Stephen and Val for 2 weeks. We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived, they were both extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Stephen kindly picked us up from the airport and Val cooked us a delicious meal, we found them to be a very generous and kind family. Their house is beautiful, we especially loved the cinema room. We fell in love with all of their pets, they are so well behaved and enjoyed our cuddles. All of the dogs have such different characters but they are wonderful and easy to care for. We miss them already. The horses and donkey (Henry) were also very loveable and not difficult to handle. We would highly recommend to other people and we would love to come back in the future.
Taking care of Kaju was so gratifying! He is loving, such a cute cat. It's not easy, required attention, care, love and dedication. He takes medicines 2x day and also he needs to be fed wet food with medicine in it (put the food in his mouth) twice a day. He accepts everything so well, I'm proud of him! Madhura is a great tutor, she loves her pets so much, she takes such a great care of them. The communication with her was great, she is very flexible, attentive, understandable... I really enjoyed taking care of Kaju. Count on me if you need again Maddie!!! 😊
Tom and Pam are very kind and a delight to talk to and made me feel completely welcome in their home. They had everything prepared for my sit and were quick to respond with any questions that arose. Chester is such a sweet and playful dog ready for anything! Whether it’s taking a nice long walk or relaxing around the house, he seems happy just to be with you and do whatever you are doing. Such an easy going fella. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the entire family and would be happy to sit for them again!
Had a wonderful time sitting for Christina and Juju! He's really a sweet and playful pup and we got along splendidly. The property is within walking distance to public transportation and grocery stores. Super convenient. And if you want to explore downtown all you got to do is jump on the bus and you'll be there in 25 minutes. I really had a wonderful time!
Kate went to great trouble to make my stay comfortable and even left out a second warmer duvet, thank you Kate ! Her apartment is beautiful, clean, peaceful and ideally located for central London. Kate left a detailed welcome pack for an uncomplicated stay and communicated well at all times. Al Capone and Amelia are extraordinarily handsome cats, you will never forget their eyes! After an initial shy period of hiding under the sofa and the broom cupboard, they followed me around and were very friendly. Highlights of this house sit were sitting in the lovely little courtyard , having coffee at the Bread Pedlar and exploring the area by bicycle. Thanks so much ! I can really recommend this sit, you will really enjoy the experience !
Nubs and Zazzles were super friendly and full of purrs right from the start of our visit. They each would find a lovely spot to nap (inside or out) and snooze for hours. Each would stop by our seat for a head scratch and kind word. Laura's home was clean and comfy - just like her pictures. She was able to answer our questions quickly. The Welcome Guide was complete. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. We had a lovely time - 5star sit. Would sit again!
