We would gladly have Sarah pet sit in the future. Before accepting the sit we had a phone conversation where she asked thoughtful questions and we were able to make sure it would be a good fit. She had great communication throughout: asked clarifying questions in advance, planned her arrival and departure on our dog’s needs, and sent us daily updates on River. Our dog was unexpectedly nervous and unsure when Sarah arrived (as we were not able to introduce Sarah to our dog in advance), but Sarah was very patient and flexible with this unexpected reaction. She immediately called us asking for guidance and was willing to wait in a different area of our home until a neighbor could introduce her to River. Once Sarah was introduced by a familiar human, River was no longer unsure. We really appreciate Sarah giving River a second chance and taking great care of her! She offered her attention, took her on walks, allowed River to sleep at her feet when she worked and followed feeding/medication instructions. Sarah left the house neat and clean. She even washed the linens without being asked!
Andrew was an exceptional housesitter. Responsible, communicative and generous. He made an immediate connection with Goya and he left our place cleaner than he found it. I would Andrew to anyone!
I am so happy with Daniel taking care of Bubbles! I was a bit anxious this time because I had not travelled in a while but I felt confident and comfortable from the first message we shared. Communication was fluent and easy already before the sit. During my time away, Daniel really understood my needs and sent me daily updates and pictures of Bubbles as agreed. I could see how good she was doing and how she was getting closer and more comfortable every day. I came back to a happy and relaxed cat. The apartment was tiddy and clean as well. He even left me a nice bottle of wine! :) I can strongly recommend him and I would be happy to welcome Daniel back at our place anytime!
