Dog Sitters in Waddesdon

Yet another five star sit from Gill and Rob. As always wonderful communication before and during the sit and knowing that Olive and Elsa would be totally looked after and cared for made for a very relaxing time. As before the house was totally spotless when we got back and we really hope they'll be available when we next go away. Couldn't recommend Gill and Rob more highly!

Lindsey has been an absolute dream to have sit for us. She made time to visit for a quick intro and coffee a couple of weeks beforehand, which made for a smooth handover of information and we were able to have a tour of our home and CeeCee’s bits and bobs. Lindsey has been so accommodating of all requests about caring for CeeCee and made me feel reassured and understood with the little things that I know CeeCee likes/dislikes. Lindsey was in touch while we were away with updates on how she and CeeCee were doing, which really allowed me to relax and enjoy the holiday. Lindsey very thoughtfully picked us up some fresh milk as well! All in all, a superb sitter 😻

Rowena was a fabulous sitter. Not only did she care for our house and Barney superbly but she did it all without actually ever meeting us! Our first sitter kindly conducted the handover on our behalf and was obviously much better at it than us! Barney had a wonderful time on long walks and at the village cafe and the house was left in absolutely immaculate condition. We would unreservedly recommend Rowena as a sitter and hope she’ll be available next time around!

What a lovely lady! We felt immediately comfortable with leaving our house and dog in her capable hands. Lisa is a very friendly, jovial and smiley person, and our dog Henry felt the same from the very start. During the week away, Lisa was very self-sufficient and the housecoat clean and tidy upon our return. Would have her back again any time! Thank you, Lisa!

Corinne and Jack are a delightful couple. We had plenty of communication before and during our time away. They arrived on the afternoon of our departure so we were able to answer any questions they had about our home and pets. They kept us regularly informed on how the two cats were doing and also gave our elderly cat Lola her medication. I think Lola and Misty were very happy in Corinne and Jack's company. Unfortunately during their stay there was infestation of fleas for which we felt very embarrassed and sorry to have to leave Corinne and Jack to deal with. But they took it in their stride and managed to get the situation under control for which we were truly grateful. I hope that in spite of this they enjoyed their stay in our home. They left us with a little thank you note and a box of chocolates which were much appreciated. If you are looking for a caring and resourceful couple I can highly recommend Corinne and Jack to look after your home and pets.

We could not have been luckier! Arabella and Joshua were just the perfect house sitters. They kept us in the picture throughout the stay, many great photos and videos of our dogs, who we could tell had the best time! The house was left immaculate, garden watered, bins emptied etc etc, we could not praise them (or recommend them) highly enough. They are just an extremely nice and thoughtful couple.

Martina & Rob were great from the start, with efficient communication before and during the sit. Considering Bruce & I had separate holidays starting and finishing at different times, they were very adaptable. We left them to their own devices which suited everyone fine. The dogs were very excited to have us back but only because it was dinner time. They then sat at the window wondering where their new friends had gone! It was lovely to come home to a clean, neat and tidy house with a lovely touch of fresh flowers as a welcome. They’d be welcome to sit any time.

Jen is a great house and dog sitter. As she lives fairly locally, Jen arranged to meet in advance and introduce her son Fred and their black lab to Buddy and Tega and learn more about the dogs' routines and the house. Both dogs were very calm and happy when I returned from holiday. Tega is missing Bandit and Fred. The house was clean and tidy after their stay and Jen left a card, tulips and milk to welcome me home which was very thoughtful. Jen was easily contactable and I would definitely invite them to stay again.

Shannon was such a lovely sitter, really kind and personable. I reached out for an overnight sit and she was more than happy to help replying very quickly! House was left very tidy and Shannon kept me updated! Thank you

Tiarna and Matt are brilliant house/pet sitters. So lovely and friendly and reliable. I felt totally happy to leave them to look after everything. I had a daily update without asking for it which was great and gave me peace of mind. I would not hesitate to have them again

Sarah was an excellent house and pet sitter. Easy to communicate with. Calm and confident with Rajas. Left the house clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Jenny was a brilliant house sitter, we are so grateful. I listed with very short notice but Jenny was completely flexible - we weren't quite sure when we would be getting back but she couldn't have been more accommodating. She kept us up to date with how all the animals were doing and left the house cleaner than when we left it.
