Rob was the perfect sitter for Georgie and caretaker for our home. The poor guy was under the weather and had to deal with major weather while here. He sent us a video that was beautifully shot and edited of him playing with Georgie in the snowstorm. He's a pro and he left our home looking spic and span. We highly recommend Rob and hope he'll come back to stay here again.
This was Fiona and Jerry's fourth house sit for us, and the second long term (about six weeks), that, of course, says it all. They are the perfect housesitters, even beyond perfect. Yes, I didn't think that was possible but it is. We are so lucky we found them. They give much love and affection to our two dogs and two cats, the house is cleaner than we left it, they give us gifts and for our pets (shouldn't we be leaving gifts for our housesitters!?), keep us informed about how everyone is doing and follow our instructions about the house and pets to the letter. When Fiona and Jerry house sit for us our minds are completely at ease, the bottom line is that we completely trust them. What more could you want from housesitters? My only wish is they will be able to housesit for us in the future.
Alyx was scheduled to sit for our dog on what turned out to be a terribly stormy weekend (weddings cancelled, etc) but she showed up anyway, thank goodness, and left our home better than before she came!
We had an amazing time looking after Jasper. It took him a day to warm up to us and after this he was playful and affectionate. His routine is easy to follow and Rich and Emily left us clearly instructions about everything. Rich also met us before leaving for showing things around and explaining everything about the flat, which was really helpful. Location was great, close to transport and supermarkets. We highly recommend sitting for them :)
