Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

Jessie has been going to Anne and Gordon’s at least once a week for the past 18 months. They look after her as if she were their own and she loves every minute she’s there with them. The setup is totally professional and all guidelines are followed to the letter, but the overwhelming feeling is of warmth and love for the dogs. Jess gets on with all the dogs but particularly loves Otis who she has lots of playtime with before snuggling up with Anne or Gordon for big cuddles. Owners are treated really well too, with compassion and a friendly welcome. I have tried several doggy day care providers in the area but Snuggle and Cuddle beats all the competition hands down in my experience. 🐶👍❤️
My 19 month old toy poodle Otis does not look back when I drop him to stay with Anne and Gordon. It is so reassuring to know that he is happy and so well looked after when he goes there. We have been using Anne and Gordon from when Delby was a young puppy. He loves going to stay with them, and when we walk locally if we pass their house he excitedly try’s to run up the path to visit. It really is a home from home. We are always happy leaving Delby knowing he will get 2 good walks a day, lots of cuddles and be cared for in the way we would wish for when we are away! Thank you for welcoming him in to your home. Anne is excellent at communicating with us as owners and we frequently get photos / videos of Delby on his holiday and he always looks happy. Anne and Gordon run a fantastic doggy daycare and boarding business at snuggle and cuddle. They have a beautiful safe garden which my puppy loves, and clearly treat her as part of the family when she's with them. They are also very knowledgeable and experienced and took the time to ask lots of questions about my puppy before I left her with them for the first time. All of this means that I can get on with my day and not worry about the safety of my dog while she's with them.
Our Cavapoo Coco loves going to Ann and Gordon, one of the reasons we decided to use a doggy daycare facility was to help with our dog’s socialisation and it has been a great success. Would 100% recommend to others.
Betty loves going to Anne and Gordon for day care and for overnight stays. She is incredibly well looked after and I regularly recieive photos and videos of Betty playing with the other dogs which is lovely to see. I could not recommend Snuggle and Cuddle any more!
On my first day meeting with Anne she was so accommodating and welcoming, it puts you at ease straight away. This is my first dog that I have owned and I was weary at first to take him as a young puppy to day care, but there was nothing to worry about. The first time I picked Fodey up after day care, he didn’t want to leave! Every time I take him now he gets so excited when we get out of the car and can’t wait to run inside. It’s a great place for his socialisation and Anne is very thorough in ensuring your dogs safety whilst in her home and also out on walks. Anne treats all the dogs as her own and it’s very reassuring to know your dog is in great hands in a lovely home environment. Anne also sends updates of videos and pictures showing me what a great time Fodey is having playing with his other doggy friends or having a cuddle on the sofa. I definitely recommend Snuggle and Cuddle Home Dog Boarding, as you will always have peace of mind that your dog will be greatly cared for (whilst also having lots of fun!).
We have used Snuggle and Cuddle for dog training, day care and overnight dog boarding. Anne has always been very professional and welcoming. Her training advice when Comet was very young was extremely helpful. He absolutely loves going to her house for the day and honestly can't get in fast enough! We recently went away for a week and I knew that Comet would be taken care of brilliantly. Anne sent me lots of pictures so that I could see how happy he was.
I left my dogs with Anne and Gordon for 4 days. It's the first time I have left one of my dogs and I was worried as she is such a nervous dog and is used to being around me all the time. She even sleeps at the bottom of my bed so to leave her in kennels was not an option. From the minute I met both Anne and Gordon I could tell they genuinely loved dogs and were completely unfazed with my dogs exploring their entire house and garden. I had no worries while I was away as I got reassuring updates by text and the odd video and welcome picture. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again
Rob has looked after our two sausage dogs lots of times when we are away on holiday and he has always been brilliant. Our dogs love going there and we go away knowing we are in good hands. Rob sends us photos and daily updates. We have been delayed by cancelled flights in the past, causing us to be hours later than planned for pick up and Rob has always been very accommodating. Beth was absolutely brilliant looking after our cat Merlin when we were on holiday. Beth was really professional and took in all the information she needed to keep Merlin’s routine the same. He instantly loved Beth and was giving her head bumps and coming in for strokes. Whilst we were away Beth sent pictures of him playing and having a brush, which was really reassuring and set our mind at ease. We also had a few things around the house that needed looking after while away e.g. house plants and Beth looked after those too. It was so lovely to come home and find Merlin so relaxed and everything looked after. I’ll definitely come back to Beth when we’re next away and highly recommended her. Beth genuinely cares about animals, is accommodating and highly conscientious.
We are so happy we found Beth. She listened to our needs and came to meet the dogs at home, they instantly took to her and just love it when she arrives to take them out. Beth has been taking my hound for walks for many months now since I first got her from a young age. Beth has not only walked her but helped me train her to be better on the lead, as well as many other things going above and beyond what’s expected from a dog Walker. She’s always polite and informative giving me updates on every single walk she goes on, she’s developed quite a bond with Pop and knows her favourite places. I use Beth's Pooches & Paws every week to walk my dog Brody while I'm working. Brody ADORES Beth and Simon and you can tell that they love him too. Their service is extremely reliable and I'm happy for them to have a key to my home and use as needed. I'll definitely be using their house-sitting service when lockdown ends. Also, it's very reassuring that Beth used to work in a vets, and you can tell that she takes the responsibility of your pet very seriously. In summary, I cannot fault Beth's Pooches and Paws and feel very lucky to have found them.
Beth has been walking our mini dachshund for about six months now and we couldn't be happier. Our dog is very anxious of other dogs and has a few behavioural needs and Beth has always listened and taken on board exactly how Buzz needs to be walked. It's also very rare to find someone who will do one-to-one on-lead walks and it's exactly what we need! She has also always listened very carefully about his medical needs and is very attentive to all of Buzz's requirements. She has also stayed at our house to look after both the dog and the cat and looked after both wonderfully. She is very good at communicating and always very professional. We hope to use Beth for our animals for a long time to come!

Our dog Tidus stayed at Amanda's for 3 nights and had a great time! Normally we would send Tidus to our relatives' if we had to go away somewhere, but since it was a family wedding we had to look at other options. Needless to say we were rather nervous to send Tidus to overnight boarding for the first time. Thankfully, throughout the process Amanda was very lovely and supportive. She let us come view the place; her daughter and other family members were very kind to Tidus from the get go. During our trip Amanda sent updates twice a day, and when my in-laws picked him up Tidus seemed very happy and well-looked after. Thank you Amanda! I can highly recommend this pet hotel. Claire is so caring and absolutely loves animals. I couldn't think of a better place for my ferrets. Claire always prepares their inclosure with toys/ tunnels to stimulate them. They love going on holiday to Claire!
Claire recently looked after my two baby rabbits, she was very accommodating as she had to seperate them as they had a stir in hormones. The building and pens they’re housed in are roomy, comfortable with classical music being played and fresh vegetables being fed to them Im surprised they wanted to come back home to us! They’re booked back in for another break soon I would def recommend !
My rabbit stayed here over Christmas last year, he came home a very happy chap! Claire really looked after him and obviously gave him lots of cuddles :) Great set up and gorgeous setting, perfect vacation for a bun. I have just rebooked for this Christmas.
Claire took great care of our rabbits while we were away over Christmas. The accommodation was clean, quiet and secure with classical music playing in the background. She takes time to handle the rabbits every day alongside cleaning and feeding greens (just supply your own pellets so no stomach upsets!) To my surprise was even able to handle our more nervous rabbit. Clearly very experienced working with animals, I recommend this place to anyone.
Claire looked after our little hamster, Barney, various times over a two year period. We can not recommend her highly enough: she took incredible care of him and it was always reassuring to know he was in safe hands. Claire was always so accommodating too, sometimes taking Barney at short notice, and she was always really efficient at answering emails. Great value for money too. Kelly and Rosie looked after our 6 month old puppy Monty for ten days in September 2020. It was the first time we had left him with anyone else for an extended period of time but he was clearly very well looked after. We were given daily updates about how he was getting on, along with photos of his time outside on the beach, in the countryside or playing around at home. Kelly and Rosie clearly love what they do and we really felt Monty was in safe hands. He is looking forward to staying with them again next time we go away.
Kelly and Rosie are the BEST! We were let down by a local company and Kelly and Rosie saved us from cancelling our family holiday abroad! They welcomed our two cockapoos, Maisie and Bella with open arms and big hearts! They sent us photos and videos daily of their many walks and playing and it was easy to see they were being so loved and cared for in our absence. We couldn’t recommend them enough and being let down has inadvertently done us the biggest favour as we wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else moving forward! When we picked the dogs up, they were so happy! Kelly and Rosie sent them home with a little gift bag with treats and toys for each. Maisie and Bella can’t wait for their next sleepover! Kelly and Rosie @ Bed & Bone are the best 'aunts' to our two pups Bertie and Bear when they stay. We're kept up to date with their shenanigans and feel 100% comfortable in the knowledge that they are being very well looked after (and probably more pampered than when they are at home!). Fantastic dog holiday home with lovely owners. Our pup Aalto always leaps into their car. They are located near so much beautiful country side. Free collection and drop off from south London. Aalto has a some behavioural issues and they are great at understanding his needs and making sure he fits into the family. It is such a great feeling to go on holiday knowing he is having an amazing time.
I am so glad we found Kelly and Rosie to care for our fur babies Lily and Millie they have spend days at Bed and Bone and also a week whilst we were on holiday. Kelly and Rosie send updates and photos each day of how the girls are doing they just bring them into their family and give them an amazing home from home experience. We felt like the girls were having their own 5 star holiday whilst we were enjoying ours. After an unexpected change at our usual dog daycare and boarding we needed to find someone we could trust with our small rescue dog Billy. After reading multiple reviews, looking at websites and asking around we contacted Kelly and Rosie at Bed and Bone Boarding, Hastings. From the start we were impressed with their qualifications and testimonials plus the professional way they requested Billy's medical information, regime/likes/dislikes and quirks, making us confident Billy would be looked after. Billy started with a trial day, then a trial night to make sure he was a good fit for them and the other dogs they care for- happily for us he was! Billy now goes for regular daycare and boarding. Billy happily runs in as if he has been going there all his life, he loves playing with the other dogs and going out walking and we get sent the photos/videos to prove it. Kelly and Rosie are responsive to our messages and the daily photos when we are away reassure us that Billy is well looked after and happy. We are very pleased we have found Bed and Bone.
What a remarkable service Rosie and Kelly provide. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It was our first time leaving our beloved dog for that long and Rosie and Kelly were really reassuring and amazing at putting our minds at ease. Our furry boy Humphrey really took to Kellie and Rosie on arrival for his short stay! Straining at the lead to greet them both! Laughing. I am so grateful to have found Bed and Bone. I have quite a sensitive dog and being able to take her to somewhere that feels more like a home from home is so important and comforting. If my dog didn't like somewhere, she would resist going back, but she trots off no problem and I get lovely photos of her from Kelly and Rosie throughout the day to reassure me she is ok. Rosie and Kelly looked after my young dog Roma whilst I was on holiday. Roma was so well cared for and I was absolutely confident that she would be well looked after and safe during her stay. If only I were a dog I would check myself in. My only worry was that Roma wouldn’t want to come home, but happily she did. It was extra helpful that they provide a collection and drop off service- a massive help when going on holiday.
I’m so glad I found Caroline who looked after our two cats for 5 days doing twice daily drop in visits. I had some difficulty getting someone local to Wadhurst so I did a quick search and her name popped up. Thankfully she was willing to come and do drop ins for us from Crowborough. From the first initial contact to meeting my cats, providing her DBS and insurance checks, Caroline was really professional and supportive. I had not had a drop in pet sitter before so as this was our first time, I was really at ease with Caroline and her natural connection to animals. Caroline put me at ease after the first introductory visit with my cats and I was able to give her detailed instructions, as one of my cats has IBS. Caroline was really attentive to these instructions and she also communicated very well throughout the time we were away, sending photos and videos that put our minds at ease. My children really appreciated the videos as they are a part of our family like everyone’s pets are. We definitely have missed our cats and are so grateful they were taken care of so well. Caroline hands down is the best dog sitter and only dog sitter we would ever have! We had to call with short notice due to being let down by someone else and Caroline managed to fit us in and take all the stress out of us on our wedding day! She is very professional, sends updates of your pets and honestly puts you at ease the moment you meet her! With out a shaddow of doubt I would highly recommend her, you will not be dissapointed! Caroline and Edward looked after our labradoodle for the weekend just gone. It was the first time we had used Caroline's services. Caroline came ahead of her stay to meet our dog, sent us DBS, insurance and first aid certificates and was keen to know all about our dogs routine. During the weekend she sent lots of happy updates and we returned to a dog who was the least excited to see us after a weekend away he's ever been 😂 I am so glad I found Caroline and would highly recommend her. Caroline is amazing, simple. I was so anxious about leaving our 2 sausages but right from the first day all the worries disappeared. The regular daily updates and photos were amazing but more to the point I felt as though she really got to know their personalities and quirks. Caroline and Edward looked after my clingy little dog for a week. It was the first time in his 7 years that we left him and I was very nervous about leaving him and entrusting my house to strangers. But Caroline was brilliant. I received updates and photos at least twice a day and a lot more on the first day which put me at ease and I could relax seeing that my dog seemed happy and very well looked after. Everything went perfectly well, and the house was spotless when we came home. She took on board what I told her about him being scared of larger dogs and followed his routine. I will certainly use Caroline's services again and would recommend her to anyone who wants their pets looked after with love and care.
My spaniel loves going to Vicky’s. He is so well cared for and she manages his foot issues with ease. I feel totally relaxed when he is with her I couldn’t wish for a nicer, more able and professional totally
Vicky looked after our Lola overnight and from the very start, she gave us peace of mind with her excellent communication. She was also great with giving us updates throughout the day with pics and videos and fun gifs. Will definitely use her services again
Vicky looked after Maisie for two day care sessions- Maisie had a great time with Vicki, enjoying 1:1 time as well as free running with Vicky’s usual “pack”. I was kept updated throughout the day but was confident from Vicky’s initial assessment session that she would take good care of Maisie. I’d use Vicky again and would recommend. Jim Creavin
