Dog Sitters in Waikanae

Yuka, Dave and their kids looked after Shelly and Mabel (dog and cat) while we took a weekend away camping. They were super organised and really communicated well. It was our first time using the service and they made it as painless as possible. Pets were happy... Photos were sent through over the weekend and the house was super tody when we got back. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Tiffany was great to deal with and reliable. Would definitely have her to stay again.

Vinny and Justine were amazing housesitters, and had great communication. The pets were happy and cared for. They sent a few updates along the way which was really nice to receive. The house was spotless upon our arrival home and they had obviously taken great care of things. So happy to have this family in our home caring for pets and the house - would not hesitate to recommend them for further sits.

Melanie was lovely and we were very happy to leave our house and cats in her capable hands. She won my cats round very quickly and they were putty in her hands by the time we came home. The house was clean and tidy, she'd put flowers in the downstairs rooms and had a meal ready for us on our return. Mel also likes gardening and had done some useful work in our large garden. We would have her back any day.

Tessa and Samuel were so amazing! They looked after Zep and the house so well, would definitely have them back again.

We would highly recommend Julie and Peter to come and house/cat sit our fur babies again. They had regular contact with us including a zoom meeting prior to their visit to introduce themselves and took on board all our notes and tips and tricks on our house and two cats. We were regularly updated on our cats and sent cute pics of what they were up to. Our house was left immaculate ( like there hadn’t been anyone there) and the plants and gardens were all watered and looked after. We felt the whole time that our cats were in good hands and could just relax on holiday. Especially as we have a gorgeous but mischievous 11 month old Ragdoll that likes to test the boundaries especially in the evenings but they took this in their stride and took amazing care of her. This was our first time having house sitters and looking after our cats and we wouldn’t hesitate to do the process again ( And our cats would agree as they are not a fan of the catteries). We got back to a clean house/ watered plants and two very settled happy cats so what more could we ask for. Thank you so much Julie and Peter and we would love to have you back at any time. Natacha & Johnathan were the perfect house sitters! From the start they were excellent with their communication, asked all the right questions about looking after the flat/cats and were super flexible when dates slightly changed for us which was really appreciated. Zorro & Sambi clearly loved their company and we received plenty of updates throughout our trip away. Then to top it all off we came home to a spotless flat and a little treat from NZ! I'd recommend Natacha & Johnathan to anyone looking for a sit & would welcome them back any time!! x

Anna has done two sits for me, including a long 3.5 weeks while I was in Australia. She is a wonderful sitter, very thoughtful and took great care to understand how best to look after Ozzie and my house and plants. I came back to a very happy kitty and a well-looked after and tidy home. She even kindly helped with a few extra things like checking urgent mail for me which I was very grateful for!

Alain and Ana were the best house and pet sitters we could have had. They were very caring with our dog and great with communication while we were away. They left our house extremely clean and tidy. When we returned they were so generous and respectful. I highly recommend Alain and Ana to pet and house sit for anyone, and would love to have them again.

Great sitter! I was able to coordinate the sit with Miriam while being away in Europe, which was a huge help. Got daily photos and updates about the dogs activities and the dogs seemed very happy when I arrived home. Would book Miriam again!

Kate and Imran were great house-sitters. They clearly loved dogs and our dogs were very happy with them. They sent us pictures and kept us up to date, also sharing any concerns that came up. We came back to an immaculately tidy and clean house, with the plants well looked after and even the lawn was mowed. We would always be happy to leave our dogs and home in Kate and Imran’s care.

Thank you Catalina and Zoran for such wonderful care of LeRoy Catalina contacted me every day with updates, even told me when he wasn’t finishing all his meals. Zoran walked him it seemed twice a day. I couldn’t have asked for a more delightful couple. Catalina even sent photos when they left how clean everything was . Washed all the linen and let me know. Would certainly recommend for caring for your pet and house
