I came home to a spotless space, and my pets seemed relaxed and happy. Communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring throughout the entire time. I felt completely at ease knowing my pets were in such capable hands. Highly recommend!

Met up with Lynda for a coffee beforehand to run through how the house and cats worked. So reassured to have a reliable and knowledgeable guest whilst we were away. The cats seemed to take to her although Titch does have her challenges when it comes to brushing time! Denise was great right from the start when we initially chatted about looking after my wee dog. She was open and clear about how it would work for her and I felt confident that she would be the right person. It was easy to arrange dates and times and she was certainly reliable. On my return the house was immaculate and Molly was relaxed - she had clearly enjoyed her week with Denise. And she left a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome me home! I really appreciated her being here so I could have a much needed break.

Maria and Jasmin were fantastic house and pet sitters. They looked after Dexter very well and the house was impeccable when we returned. Nothing was a problem nor too much to ask. I would highly recommend them.

Peter and Helen are a warm, friendly and capable couple who were excellent sitters from the minute they walked through the door. We had arranged for them to arrive the night before we left and their calm presence reassured us that the 'boys' were all in good hands. While we were away we got regular photos and updates and we could see that everyone was very happy and well looked after. Sadly, on our return, timings meant we couldn't see Helen and Peter again so I hope they realised that our 'thank you' messages were heartfelt. The house was spotless, the sheets laundered and the animals in top condition. We absolutely recommend this lovely couple and hope that we will see them again one day.

Lani and James were absolutely great! Super easy to communicate with before and during their stay. They took amazing care of the cats. The cats warmed up to them straight away and were really relaxed and well cared for when we got back. They left the flat really tidy and the cats super happy - thank you!

Ayliffe took great care of Lola and Snowy plus the fish. The house was very tidy and spotless upon our return. She had even washed and dried all the towels, and bedding. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Such a very nice lady. Safe travels back to new Zealand xx

Eva was great with my two dogs. She came early so I was able to show her around our place. Eva left our place clean and tidy and the dogs were very happy

Ellie made contact with us prior to the sit and visited to get to know the area, the house and pets. She walked with us on more than one occasion to familiarise herself with the dogs and their particular needs and issues. Ellie coped well with our older dog's unpredictable toileting issues and on our return both dogs were settled and happy, the house was in good order and there was a meal and flowers waiting for us. Ellie had also washed the bedding which was very helpful as we returned home quite late in the day. Ellie had not been sure whether she should interrupt our holiday with messages about the dogs. Happily, she did respond to our enquiry as to how things were going but we would have been happy to receive more updates just to re-assure us that everything was fine! It's a fine balance to achieve and for sure some people would not want to receive queries and unnecessary communications. We were very happy with Ellie's sit and both we and our dogs would welcome her to a return visit at any time!

Lucila and Claudio were a delight to have in our house and looking after our dogs. They arrived on time and asked all the right questions. We received plenty of photos of the dogs at the beach. And when we got home what a lovely surprise of freshly baked bread, ham and cheese for our lunch! The house was spotless, dogs were at ease and my linen cupboard has the most beautifully folded towels i have ever seen. We wish we could hire them to work for us as they did such a great job looking after everything while we were away. Couldn't recommend them enough
