Maria is such a wonderful host, we loved meeting her and looking after her lovely home and boys. Communication was super easy beforehand as well as during the stay. It was great getting to stay over the night before to walk Drago and Buddy with Maria. The boys are a joy, we loved watching them. There are walks within minutes of the home with great sightings of hare and deer. The boys are good at recall although if Buddy catches sight of an animal or bird or other dog he loves to chase them! Maria’s home is extremely well organised. She ensured there were plenty of supplies - feed, poop bags, treats, etc as well as home essentials. The outside is perfectly set up to clean the dogs after a mucky walk and having the mud room makes it super simple. The house is lovely to be in, it’s cosy and warm and has everything for a comfortable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Drago and Buddy are wonderful with children, so calm and Buddy loves a cuddle. Thanks for everything Maria.
What a lovely sit! Binky and Billy the rabbits were so sweet and cute! They were easy to care for and enjoy being pet and when you sit on the floor with them. The home was a beautiful penthouse in a great part of town. Very quiet and safe within a few blocks from Fillmore St, which is for great shopping and dining
There aren’t words to express how amazing this house sit was. Donna and Jerry were so welcoming to their unbelievable home nestled in the hills. This vineyard was absolutely magical. A perfect location, a gorgeous home, and beautiful views. But more importantly, their two pups, Mia and Winnie completely stole our hearts. Their personalities were so funny and sweet, they were a joy to spend the days with and very well behaved and loving. We fell in love with them both!! We can’t recommend this sit enough and really enjoyed our time there. Thank you Donna and Jerry for having us!!
We had an amazing time housesitting for Heather and Adam. The instructions were crystal clear and there was plenty of local help on hand if we had any concerns. The communication was spot on and Heather was on hand via WhatsApp very easily. She even came to the rescue from miles away when we thought we'd got locked into a car park! The animals were easy to take care of and we learnt so much about homesteading from this experience. The house is beautiful and the area is splendid. I would highly recommend this homesit ( though I'll be keeping an eye out when they need housesitters again as I want to go back!) Thank you for having us and for being such amazing people.
