This was our first experience with Zeewoi so were a little apprehensive about what to expect. From the moment Stephen and Jean replied to our listing until the day the keys were handed back to us at the end of our trip, we (in particular Juno) could not have been in better hands. They both bring a level of professionalism we were so impressed with. We received daily updates on how and what Juno was doing and most of the time it looked like she was having a better holiday than we were! The house was cleaner when we got back than when we left, the grass was cut and there was a beautiful homemade dinner waiting for us. Stephen and Jean are wonderful people, we honestly could not recommend them enough to look after your house and pet like they are their own.
Alina and Marta were brilliant. We loved that their greatest concern was about Monty and what made him happy. They kept us updated throughout their stay and when we returned home it was clear that he was a relaxed happy boy. In doing so we were able to relax that Monty was in great care. When we got home, everything was immaculate, and all bedding had been washed. We even had some lovely flowers waiting for us. I would 100% recommend them to look after your home and your furry friends.
Helen was an excellent sitter and we have no hesitation in recommending her and would ask her to sit again. She is particularly good with cats, understanding their quirks, and our two slightly nervous girls took to her and were calm and happy throughout the 10-day sit. The house was clean and tidy when we got back and she also managed to deal with a broken cat flap. Thank you Helen.
