Moose and Maya are two gorgeous ladies very easy to take care of. They love human contact and we really enjoyed our time with them. Communication with Jane was easy going and she kindly left Tim Tam for us (yummy!). The apartment has an amazing location right in front of the train station (Carnegie) and around the corner from Woolies.
There's not much that I can say that hasn't already been said, except to reiterate that this is was a wonderful assignment in every respect. I would not hesitate to care for this home and its pets again and I highly recommend it to future sitters. Thank you Lesya and Bo! Wishing you all the best, always.
Clover was great. She had everything we needed to take care of Jimmy ready for us. All the info we needed was readily available. She was super easy to communicate with. Jimmy is a bit timid, but very sweet. He was pretty aloof during the day but loved being in bed with us at night. In the morning he was a super snuggler. He was easy to walk on a leash, so we took a lot of walks and soaked in the beautiful SoCal weather. 10 minutes to the beach on foot and even faster by car, the house is in an amazing location. The house was tidy and well-appointed. This is a 5-star sit for me, could not have been better!
Kelli was great about helping me with any questions I had. She called to walk me through some tech questions around the place and checked up on me to see how I was doing during my stay. Beautiful place, and her cats were wonderful. There are 6 cats, but it was very easy to take care of them because of the kitty litter spinning machine that all of the cats use, and the fact that all could be fed at the same time, since they all get along well enough. Definitely would do it all again.
Annie and Eric were absolutely delightful, the very best hosts. I adored all the cats, they are very easy and good companions. They enjoy sniffing out a new person and love getting their food. The home is absolutely lovely. I spent some time birdwatching in the back garden. One of the cats sits on the wall in the morning and bird watches with me. 😂 There’s a lovely pub just up the street, very friendly with excellent food. A walk into nearby Braunton is very easy and fun, and I recommend Heartbreak Hotel (a café and bakery actually). if you’re using public transportation to get around, there’s a bus stop across the street and one just around the corner. Very ideal! Again, Annie and Eric are ideal hosts, great conversationalists, and are leading very rich and interesting lives. You will enjoy them just like I did!
I had a wonderful time with Dawson while Julia had to be away from her sweet boy. She was an excellent and communicative host, her apartment was absolutely adorable, and she is in a perfect walkable area where visitors love to tour Boston. I was sad to have to leave Mr Dawson by the end of my sit, he was the best boy, so well behaved and so cute, plus he loves to cuddle with you in bed. What is not to love about this stay!
