We were able to meet with Eileen a few weeks before the sit started so we knew what to expect. She was not there when we arrived, but she made sure we had access to the house. The house is very comfortable and has a great TV room with a big 70-75" TV. The house is easy to find and in a good location. There is a nice park nearby and other walking trails. There is easy access to many shopping areas and it is not far from the freeway. Belle, the cat, was so sweet. She loved to sit on our laps and cuddle. She didn't care if you pet her or not. She just liked to be with you. Often times she would sit on the top of the chair you were sitting in. She ate 3 mini meals a day and she let you know when she was ready to eat. She liked to go in the yard, but we made sure to supervise her as there were other cats in the area who would come into the yard. We enjoyed this sit and would do it again. We recommend it.
This was an amazing sit. Tao the cat is really lovely, she still is a cat and will show clearly what she want's and what not^^ She is really chatty but easy going! The apartment is beautiful with lovely design. The area you are in provides everything, but is a bit more expensive than other districts of Bangkok (just to consider). BTS station and malls are close by. Corrie and her family are welcoming and communication is fast and friendly. We will miss Tao ❤️ We enjoyed it a lot.
What a wonderful stay in a great location. Firstly, Ollie and Crumble, what a delight. Numerous cuddles from Ollie and lots of attention from Crumble, very easy to look after, a couple of "presents" bought in for us. The house was spotless, homely and very comfortable, great communication from Sam and Patrick. The area is lovely, a car a must for exploring the wonderful area. So much beautiful countryside close by, river walks, NT properties. We would love to go back, we will miss the cats, especially the daily cuddles.
Barbara and Carl are warm, welcoming and well-organized pet parents. Communication before and during the sit was excellent! I was their guest the night before they departed, this gave me the opportunity to ask questions, tour the house and property. I appreciated having room in the fridge and in the pantry, the kitchen is a dream to cook in (Barbara is a gourmet chef). The guest room is large and bright with plenty of drawer and closet space for my clothes. The queen bed is super comfy with nice pillows and linens. The home was left clean and tidy for me. It is a well appointed home with panoramic views of Kalamalka lake, the walking trails from the property are extensive and beautiful. The property borders a provincial park that is used for mountain biking and hiking, and if you are lucky enough to be here in the summer, there is a fantastic swimming beach close by. Location is excellent, very private, yet 10 minutes to downtown Vernon. Caring for the chickens was a breeze, as they are set up with food and water stations that needed very little attention from me. I had the benefit of delicious fresh eggs every day! On to the best part....Sammmie! Sammie is super sweet and very well behaved. She loves playtime and carries her "babies" (stuffies) with her everywhere she goes. When I was working during the day she was content to be in the house sleeping, or outside watching over the farm. She doesn't wander, and is a fabulous guard dog. I felt like my comfort and enjoyment were a high priority to Barbara and Carl :) I 100% recommend Barbara and Carl's place to those who want to explore the beautiful North Okanagan with a very sweet and well behaved companion by their side!
Lola and Zoey were incredibly easy to take care of. They were very well behaved on their walks and were lovely to just hang out together with. Tina provided great information and their home was very well organized. We enjoyed the neighborhood and a local hike. We felt very comfortable with the pets and their home and we would be happy to return.
I had a wonderful sit on Amelia Island with great companionship from Joey & Katie! Both dogs were very well behaved and I enjoyed all of the walks we took in the beautiful neighborhood. Sitter accommodations were ideal - comfy bed, crisp linens and good coffee. I enjoyed the pool, ocean, gardens and most of all meeting all of Mary”s family (fur and human!) and friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend - great area to visit and fun dogs to care for.
