The sitt was great. Graham and Juno are the most cutest dogs. Our kids loved them. It was a pleasure to spend time with them. The house was very comfortable in a nice quiet neighbourhood perfect located. Jen and Josh were very nice and communicative from the first moment. Definitely recommend!
Adam is a very kind and empathetic human being, it’s no surprise he’s the dad to two of the most loving and affectionate puppies. Bibi and Mushroom are truly love in doggy form! Filling my days with joy and excitement, Adam’s precious pair made my heart feel joyful and at peace. There’s nothing sweeter than looking down and seeing two precious little faces awaiting to love and be loved! There’s so much I can say, but I want to thank Adam for allowing me to be a part of Bibi and Mushrooms lives during the wonderful week we spent together. I truly hope our paths align once again, and I’m able to partake on more adventures with the tiny but mighty, and oh so loving Ms Bibi and Mr Mushroom <3
Nala was the sweetest pup! She’s so snuggly and loves to hang out. It was easy to fall in love with that face :) As snuggly as she is, she’s also a big ball of energy. Nala liked running around the backyard and always wanted to go fast during our walks. I loved hanging out with her. Mark and his wife were both also lovely and kind.
Taking care of Frankie was a dream: she is the most loving, inquisitive and adventurous soul. She is a rescue pup so make sure to be gentle when you first meet her, she warms up to you slowly with treats but once you have gained her trust she will not leave your side! Katherine and her partner made me feel right at home during my stay, I was given plenty of information and they were both really friendly, communicative and kind. Cremorne is also a brilliant area to explore: lots of local nature parks to walk Frankie and some amazing brunch cafes too. Would not hesitate to recommend!
Amanda was wonderful. The whole process start to finish was easy and enjoyable. Her animals are a joy! I'd love to sit for her again.
Jef and Chel are really lovely people and their unique apartment is comfortable and has great chill vibes. Good luck getting up off their comfy couch, it is too cozy!! They were easy to communicate with even though they were in a different time zone, and they left detailed instructions for the house. The neighborhood is safe and close to excellent restaurants and the iconic Haight St. The real stars of the show are of course Azzy and Linguini though! Azzy is such a loving ball of fluff and we became friends very quickly. He loves to be pet on his head but not on his tummy, even though he displays it for you regularly! He is independent and caring for him is easy. Linguini is such a cool and entertaining creature. I could sit next to his terrarium and watch him just roam around for hours! He eats a few bugs every few days so if bugs gross you out then you may want to reconsider this listing, but I thought it was so neat to watch him catch them with his long sticky tongue. I would gladly sit for Jef and Chel again!

We had our toy cockapoo, Lady groomed here today. The staff was both friendly and helpful, and it was obvious that they treat your babies like their own. They did a wonderful job grooming Lady. I dropped her off at 10:30 and they had her done right after 12! So happy with our service and would recommend her to anyone! Also super affordable!

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin?! I am so thankful to have found Best Buddies Pet Care and am SUPER excited for their recently opened daycare/boarding facility. After the owner of Olive's previous daycare facility sold the business, we found that service with the new owner was less than desirable. So, on the hunt we went for a new daycare for Miss Olive and we came across Best Buddies Pet Care (B&B) and I sent an email inquiring about tours. Kimie was beyond pleasant and very helpful in answering my MANY questions. We went ahead and scheduled Olive for a complimentary assessment and a tour of the facility. The day of our appointment arrived and upon entering the lobby door, Kimie was right there to greet us and Olive loved her! The facility is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and modern. It is comprised of a lobby, a grooming area, the main daycare/boarding room (cage-free with a television, an electric fireplace for ambiance, a trundle bed along with small cots for puppers, and a state of the art artificial turf potty area), and a back room that has seperate, gated off "mini rooms" (used for feed times and if a pupper needs some alone time). The entire place felt homey (not overwhelmingly large) and I love that their focus is more about quality than quantity. Kimie, thank you so much for taking the time and giving us a tour and answering all our questions. This discerning dog momma is so happy to have found you & Olive is looking forward to playtime and boarding with you again!

I LOVED my experience. My pup was taken care of so great, I had to leave town for an overnight and they were able to help me last minute. I felt so safe and comfortable after meeting them and seeing the extraordinary facility they have set up for the dogs to play all day. Not only this but I got text updates of how he was doing along with some update photos to see my boy having the best time with his new friends! This is a wonderful place and highly recommend if you want more one on one care for your pup and to know they’re being loved and cared for.💜
We rarely have to board our dogs, but we decided to travel just before Christmas and I was so happy to find London Ridge Pet Resort! Adriana is so friendly and very obviously loves sharing their home with their doggie guests. Our dogs were so well taken care of and happy while we were gone, and we loved the daily photos we received. I loved that they would have lots of room all day to roam freely and not be confined to a small kennel or crate for any amount of time. I’ll never take them anywhere else. My dog Charlie and I had a meet in greet with Adriana and her family. It's apparent how much pets are loved and treated like family.This place is great. Charlie felt comfortable and at home. The grounds are gorgeous very clean. Charlie is excited to come back soon
This was our first time leaving our dog at this resort and we were so pleased we did. Luca was welcomed with open arms, the playground is perfect for dog socializing, exercising and resting. Adriana was very helpful and kept us informed of Luca’s status. So thankful we found it, affordable too.
If you are looking for a place that feels like home for your pups London Ridge is the place. Our Goldendoodle loves coming here and playing with his friends. We have left him twice up to six days and feel very comfortable, knowing that he is well taken care of and gets the attention that he needs. Adriana is amazing and our pup Bentley gets so excited when he sees her. The backyard space is a resort for your pups. It is spacious, clean and they even have their own cabana if they want to hang out. I give this place five stars, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We needed a place for our lab to stay since our usual pet resort was booked. I contacted London Ridge Resort, Adriana was quick to respond, and luckily had availability. Our lab loved his stay because of the home away from home environment. We are so grateful we finally found a place that is close to our home and treats our lab like family.

My fur baby had such a a good time and was so well taken care of. This was the first time I had been away from her overnight and her stay was four nights. I was sent pictures while I was out of town showing how much fun she was having. They take such good care of your dogs and make them part of their family so I don't think my fur baby missed me at all. I'm going to start using them for daycare as well as when I go on vacation. We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

I reached out to them and Kylie immediately responded to my request/inquiry. Kylie helped to schedule a consultant to meet our dog and to go through his routine while we were on vacation. Kylie and Steph came to the consultation and they took thorough notes along with playing with our dog and making him comfortable with him. While we were on vacation, Kylie sent me the cutest and the best photos of our dog. The photos made us miss him even more than we already did. On top of the photos Kylie sent us a recap of the day with our dog. It was so thorough and detailed about the day. My girls really enjoyed staying there for the first time. They stayed a week and were very timid at first but eventually calmed and relaxed. It definitely helped seeing posts of my girls on Instagram periodically and see how they enjoyed the pool and their stay. I’m definitely boarding them again in the near future. These pictures are adorable of my baby girls.
I have used Heavenly Pet Resort many times and left with the feeling my dog was in good hands.The reactions I saw in my dog after picking her up, could have been just the newness of being back home. She was very thirsty when she did get home. But like that old saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink", I think this fits my dogs reaction to being home. Plus she finally settled down after 4 hours of us reconnecting, took a breather and a nap. But, all being said and done, this is a caring and friendly place for furbabies.
This place took great care of my pups while I was gone on vacation. My 2 pit bulls looked good at pick up after they got their bath. They boy had a cute fall bandana on and my girl had a cute flower attached to her collar. They both seemed happy. Thank you for taking good care of my pups while I was away. I was in need of a last minute place to keep my puppy at while we had renovations done to my home and remembered this place was right down the street from where I live. They got my little puppy Ozzy in and picked him back up 2 days later. The front desk staff not sure of their names but the girl with the black hair thank you for being kind and helping me with checking ozzy out and also to the other front desk worker thank you for booking ozzy in for his stay. I'll Definitely be going back to you guys soon .
Poor customer service skills over the phone. I was looking to bring my Dogo because I saw a wonderful video of a Dogo swimming at their facility. I call them up and I was told they don’t take his breed. I tried explaining to them what I had saw on their social media and google. The person at the desk tried to tell me it was a Great Pyrenese I saw. Thats when I realized this place isn’t the right fit if I want my dog well taken care of especially if they can’t tell the difference between a Dogo and Great Pyranese. The facility looks enjoyable but I won’t be recommending any of my new pet parents/clients to board their dogs here due to the lack of professionalism over the phone.
Super kind and friendly, Elizabeth was A1 fantastic. The tour was great. Super clean, several return borders were there. Lots of happy pets. A huge facility. Very nice pet resort. Prices and pet safety rules are great. Come prepared with your vaccination records and your deposit! You will book!

Great place. A little nervous leaving Coco for the first time. But she was clean and happy when we picked her up. She even gained a couple of pounds (that she needed). Overall great experience.

Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.
I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. We were lucky enough to find Zenia and Barkhaus just before a trip and the reviews and recommendations don't begin to do her justice. She took care of both dogs and was very detailed in their care and handling all their special requirements. Great communication and frequent pictures helped us enjoy our trip. Great experience. Gray stayed over for the long weekend and took care of my 2 dogs, one of them which requires medication daily multiple times. I received daily updates with videos and pictures. Gray took great care of my dogs and the house as well. Would use again for the next trip !
I am so happy I found these wonderful people! I was nervous leaving my two dogs while I journeyed far from home (they can be a handful), but after the meet and greet with Helen and Z, I instantly felt better. They were kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and loving towards my two large dogs. I received several updates from them during their visits and it was nice to see my dogs happy and comfortable. Their background in vet med/pet care and skills for animal handling is also a huge plus. My daughter found barkhaus pet sitters to watch her dog at our house while we went on a week vacation. I have a stray cat I feed and 5 tortoises. Z , Helen and Alyssa came over to our house for a meet and greet and it couldn’t have gone better. They are very organized and took down lots of notes. They stayed at my house for the entire week, taking care and feeding the cat and tortoises. Also taking wonderful care of my granddoger . We got videos, pictures and updates everyday it was very comforting! They also watered all my plants (which is a lot). I felt very comfortable with them staying at my house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a pet sitter, look no further! Helen and Z from Barkhaus were amazing and took great care of our fur baby Turbo! My husband and I just moved to the area and were looking for a new pet sitter that we could trust taking care of our cat and coming to our home. Barkhaus Petsitters were the one!!! From our initial conversation through our entire trip, these ladies were so professional, organized and great with communication! They sent us lots of photos and videos and always updated us each visit. They helped refresh water and food, cleaned the litter boxes and even swept the area around the litter box to keep it clean. Our cat also had so much fun during playtime with them with his favorite games…. They even made new ones up for him! So glad we found Barkhaus! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!
Helen and Z are the kindest, most professional, and most knowledgeable pet care workers I have ever met. They have now looked after my two Maltese dogs and my cat. When we initially met, they were organized and thorough, even offering background checks! Each time they visit, they send pictures of my pets and let me know if anything has changed with the animals. They are both trained as vet techs, which is extremely comforting. I am confident they would know even better then I would how to react in an animal health emergency! In fact, when my cat had recent health issues, Helen and Z were the first people I consulted. They are incredibly responsive via text message/phone call, so I always know I can get ahold of them quickly. Finally, their prices are EXCELLENT - they truly offer the BEST care available for the most affordable prices. They view every animal as one of their own, so you will know that your pets are in capable, loving hands without breaking your budget. I cannot recommend them more strongly!!
Helen and Z with Barkhaus are the best!!! At the last minute before our trip, we decided to contact Barkhaus instead of boarding our dogs due to the excessive heat. Z sounded very knowledgeable over the phone and even squeezed in a last minute meet and greet. When she got to our house and interacted with our dogs Rusty and UB, I knew I could trust her with our babies. She was very thorough and professional. Z and Helen treated our dogs as if they were their own. They sent us daily pictures and videos of our happy dogs. They even cared for our bearded dragon. They provided us with wonderful service and gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. I completely trust Z and Helen and will be calling them again to care for our pups.
Z and Helen are spectacular!! They treated our cats like they were their own pets. They offered to send videos and photos if we wanted them (we did) and each text made our day brighter. They clearly love animals and you will not be disappointed with this incredible service. And, they do not just show up and get out as soon as possible. They spend time with your pets. Helen is just the best! I reached out to her after having a difficult experience at a very large daycare with our puppy. She was super responsive, extremely helpful and most of all she really cared. I can't say enough about Nathalie, she truly has a heart of gold. I am happy to be new customer and won't be going anywhere else!
