This was our first time using zeewoi so we were a little tentative about having strangers in our home with our babies. However, after we agreed to accept Matt and Amber as our sitters and then skyped with them, all our concerns totally faded away. Before the sit, they regularly checked in to make sure all was well and whether there were any changes. On their start day, they even notified us when they were leaving their current location with updates as to their arrival time. After actually meeting Matt and Amber and getting to know them, they immediately felt like family. This re-affirmed how completely comfortable we felt entrusting them with the doggies and house. And most importantly, our "babies" liked them right away. Matt and Amber were in constant communication with us during our 30+ day trip with photos and updates and even took one of our dogs to the vet with a paw issue. The house was left very clean and tidy (they actually sent us a list of all the things they would do before leaving) and going so far as sorting all our mail! Bottom line, we couldn't have asked for 2 better sitters. They were AMAZING and would have them back again in a heartbeat! You can't go wrong having these two lovely people as your sitters. Thank you Matt and Amber for the great care and love you gave our babies. We miss you!
We were extremely lucky to be offered this housesit as their usual housesitter was unavailable. Alex & Charlie are very approachable and friendly. It was really lovely to meet them prior to the sit as it was local to us. The house is in a country location, rural and peaceful. We had a double ensuite room. The house is a conversion and was very comfortable. We pretty much only used the kitchen and tv/playroom lounge. There is a big garden, and ample land including a small lake, for Baloo to roam freely off his lead when taken for walks. The scenery is stunning. Baloo knows the rules and is very easy to look after. He is very friendly and loves attention.He would lick you constantly if he could and be as close to you as possible. At the time of our sit Simba was a kitten and stayed inside. Typical kitten,cute & very playful. Alex made arrangements for someone else to give the majority of care for the horses as we weren’t experienced but she kindly made up their feed for the morning for us to give them. It was an awesome feeling, calling their names and they come trotting up to you. The sheep came running for feed in the mornings, and the chickens were self contained and just needed a check and egg collected. We enjoyed giving them all attention and would love to sit again if we were invited and if the dates are right
We really enjoyed our house sit at Wesley's beautiful penthouse. Molly was so easy to look after and affectionate, she knows to go toilet at upstair balcony grass area herself and a great companion while watching netflix. You get a very nice view of DTLA and location is just superb for foodies. Wesley was very responsive and easy going guy, we had some good chat and laugh, what an honor to stay at this beautiful penthouse.
Blanca & Billie are quite possibly the sweetest dogs we've ever encountered. So calm & companionable. And Ben's home & hospitality were simply amazing.
We had the best time pet sitting for Lotte! Lotte was very kind and showed us everything we needed to know before the sit. Hulk and Millie were the best! They're both so sweet and we are really going to miss them! We can't recommend Lotte, Hulk and Millie enough!
Caring for Crumble and Kathrin and Konrad's home was an absolute pleasure. Crumble was shy at first, however within a day or two was letting me know her needs and checking in for a good petting. The beautiful home is immaculate and secure. Two pluses were an incredible surround sound experience watching movies and a comfortable bed. Located so close to downtown Boston, Arlington allowed for inexpensive nearby parking to take the train in for a day. However, walking paths along the lake and conservation land were near by too. Best of all Kathrin and Konrad were personable, inviting, and accessible. This is definitely a wonderful opportunity.
I enjoyed my stay at Hailey’s charming cottage which was clean and comfortable with an easy home security system for additional safety. Hailey arranged a video call showing me around her home and providing lots of information, as well as a thorough welcome guide when I arrived. She was gracious and easy to communicate with via text messages. Her kitties were sweet and fun - Oscar being the friendly, outgoing one who slept respectfully at the foot of the bed, while adorable Evie was petite, shy and finally slept with us on my last night! They kept each other company when I was out and about and then were happy to play or nap when I hung out at the house. Lots to do and see in Tulsa, too! Thanks, Hailey!
