What a fantastic sit! Sweet Pea and Mango are sweet cats and they have an easy routine. Sweet Pea is shy but warmed up to me and Mango was very affectionate and loved to lounge on my lap. Vicki has a comfortable home, beautifully appointed, which is in close proximity to a big park, grocery store, and lots of restaurants. For being in a city, the apartment is very quiet and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
What can I say about this sit? It was very clearly my best one yet, not just because of the beautiful home and the serene surroundings, but also because Jill and her family were so great to work with. She expressed her confidence in me to take care of her home from the beginning and I did my best to do that very thing. Jill was very flexible, hospitable, accommodating, and communicative throughout the experience. Highly recommended!
I had a great stay with Ruben and Maisy! I sat for a little over 2 weeks, so we really got used to each other and into a routine. They are both very sweet and love to be outside. They definitely need their exercise, so I'm glad I enjoy walking too! Josh was very welcoming and has strong communication skills. I would gladly sit for them again. 😊
This was a fantastic housesit. Communication prior to the sit was very good. Anita and Andrew were very welcoming and friendly when we visited them at their home a few days beforehand. There was a comprehensive Welcome Pack available. Their beautiful home was modern, spacious and well situated near Truro and the Fal Estuary. Of course the Superstars were Barney and Maddie, our delightful companions. They were very lively, loving and affectionate. They just loved to be with you. Their main ‘play area’ was the nearby, lovely , spacious Trelissick Estate. Here they were great off lead and recall was excellent. They could easily walk 5k. They were also very friendly towards people and dogs. We met several of their doggy friends ! Overall, highly recommended. We’re still missing Barney and Maddie.
We had such a lovely stay at Stephen’s house looking after Monty. The house is great, everything you need to make it comfortable & a pretty garden to sit in. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk from Sainsburys, then just a little further along to a good selection of eateries & boutique shops. Melbourne Hall has 16/17 acres gardens to walk around for £10. Theres a pretty lake (pool) home to ducks, swans & geese. Lots of walks in the surrounding area. The town is so pretty & friendly. Monty is the most gentle dog, such a sweet nature & well behaved indoors & outside with other dogs. He could walk for miles! Absolutely loved looking after him. Stephen was very easy to keep in touch with & kindly showed us around the town & drew out walks for us. Highly recommend this sit🤗🐶🌟
We had a lovely time looking after Rizzo in James and Ryan's home! Rizzo is such a loving and friendly dog who loves a good cuddle and tummy rub. She is well described on her profile- she needs your full attention during walks as she gets hyped up easily by other dogs, skateboards etc. We found their Handbook super helpful, it provided great tips on how to navigate this and what routes to take to make her walks enjoyable for her. James was amazing throughout our house sit, it was really easy to communicate with him and he was very welcoming to us. The home is lovely and the neighbourhood has some great cafes and shops nearby. Thanks for the wonderful house sit, we're missing Rizzo already!
