We thoroughly enjoyed this housesit, if you're lucky enough to be invited you're in for a treat! Sandra picked us up from the airport, and Hans dropped us back at the airport. They are such a lovely, friendly and generous couple. Sandra had prepared a delicious dinner the evening we arrived, and we went out for dinner the evening they returned. They really are great company. Their home is a beautiful large country house, with stunning views of the sunset and sun rise. Max & Henry😍 oh we are missing them already! Both are an absolute pleasure to care for, well trained, and love a good walk. We were doing a long early walk and a shorter evening walk, and their enthusiasm never dimmed. There are some great walks straight from the house, and we also took them to the beach. Max loves the water, both the sea and the swimming pool. They were great in the car. While at home, Max & Henry are perfect company. They love a cuddle and will follow you around, not wanting to miss out on any treat that may appear! Max loves playing in the garden with his ball, while Henry checks out the garden and lets everyone know hes on guard :) They get on extremely well together. We had such a lovely time, saw some stunning scenery on our walks, and enjoyed all the cuddles with Max & Henry. Thank you for all your kindness Sandra & Hans. It was a pleasure meeting you, we'll look forward to seeing you all again.
This was our first sit and Kaethe made it a great experience. We had all the information we needed and she was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her wonderful home had everything we needed to feel more than comfortable. Her "boys" Finan and Rhys were very enjoyable and easy to care for. Though not lap sittters, they did enjoy playtime and head scratches for Rhys and petting for Finan. Though we have been to Seattle many times before, living like a local in the Freemont neighborhood was much more fun. Lots to explore on foot and by bike.
