I’ve had a great experience with overnight boarding and grooming here for my Wheaten Terrier, Benny, while I’ve been temporarily living in Indy for a travel contract. The groomer Misty is so kind and does a wonderful job. She did the best looking short length hair cut on my dog than he’s ever had. If we weren’t moving again soon I’d use Misty forever!

Great place for grooming and boarding services . They are always courteous and gentle with Sugar, my dog. The call with reminders, which is helpful if you need to update shot records. They keep the reception area clean. I have been to some that smelled like a kennel throughout. I added pics of sugar after her grooming. She is very relaxed and diva-ish afterwards.

A quick and easy nail trim. They did wonderfully with my anxious dog! We will definitely be back!

I can’t emphasize enough: DO NOT BRING YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE. YOUR PETS ARE NOT SAFE. They will repeatedly make mistakes, gas-light you, and then ultimately tell you that your business is no longer welcome there. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and downright rude. I am not even going to dignify this with the details, but trust me it is not a good place and your pets are not safe in their care.

My dog Apollo is pretty anxious since he’s an aussie but I’m anxious just because that me and our groomer was so knowledgeable about his breed, it immediately made me feel comfortable! This was my first visit and I do not love trying new groomers but she said apollo warmed up to her by the end and he look SO good! I’ll be back in 6 weeks for sure! Thank you so much!!

Had to pick up a client's fur baby to take him to an appointment and the staff there was awesome! So nice and respectful, the place was clean and you could tell the fur babies was happy! Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dog Bear to Good Dog for about a year. He is very picky about who he trusts, he loves it here. Everyone is so caring and go above and beyond!! Thank you for caring for my boy.

I have taken my dogs several times to this establishment. They have gotten good care. My dog was there recently and ended up with a horrible infection in his leg. He was fine when he went 4 days later he can't walk. Once I got him his leg was 3 x's it's normal size. I took him to the vet and got him antibiotics. I called the establishment and was not satisfied with our conversation. After having to take him again to the vet, I called and left a message explaining the cost I was incurring. No return call. My dog was so sick. I really thought I would have to put him down. ZERO response from the food dog spa. Very disappointed ! This happened on THEIR watch! I will not go back.

Great place for your dog to play and get grooming. Reasonably price. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We picked up our sweet Great Dane after a 2 night stay and he absolutely traumatized. We had sent him there with our now deceased Saint Bernard 4 years ago and they both came back with Kennel cough. We tried to get a dog sitter due to a death in the family and just couldn’t make it happen. Bottom of the line, if boarding is your only option- DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE with your Furbaby.

This place is awesome!! They take the best care of my dog! He is so happy to go and its hard to make him leave. They do a great job giving baths and provide other really convenient services at affordable prices! Everyone on staff is so friendly too Highly recommend!!!!!!!

My 2 year old Australian Shepherd, Rudy, has been going to daycare here ever since he was a puppy! He is very high energy and the Indy Hound employees know how to wear him out. It is SO nice having a tired pup after a long day of work and school. They also post him on their Instagram story throughout the day, which always makes me feel good seeing him having so much fun in the pool and with the bubble machine! WE LOVE INDY HOUND!

Indy Hound is the best! I don't leave my dog with strangers and I love taking him there because he loves it and everyone working their treats him like family! We love it! He can't wait to go!

I absolutely love Indy Hound! My puppy Frankie is a miniature dachshund who’s barely 9lbs. She started going here at a very young age. They told me during her first evaluation, some concerns they had with her. One being she seemed scared, sat on the side, and just didn’t seem to want to be there. They gave me some tips on how I could work with Frankie to help her gain some confidence and enjoy being at daycare. After some work at home I set up another evaluation and they said Frankie was very playful and seemed to be more comfortable! I now bring Frankie to daycare often and she absolutely loves going! I loved how the staff put Frankie first in this situation, and did what was best for her. I was very hesitant with daycare and had a lot of anxiety leaving her. However, Indyhound eased all of my nerves! I love checking the story and seeing Frankie make friends and play all day. The staff is so friendly and would inform me on how she did that day. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with Frankie, and recommend Indyhound to everyone! Also they have the best seasonal bath scents!!!

My dog bruno loves coming!! The staff is amazing especially Kennedy Marigny! She takes such good care of bruno and is an exceptional woman! She always makes sure to give every dog some love, and is an essential face for indy hound! Everyone who brings their dog here loves and trust her to watch their dog like its her own!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Indy Hound. They’re all so caring of our pups and they know them all by name! They love being there and get so excited to jump out of the car when we arrive and pull me inside to play! I love how much they post to their Instagram during the day so I can always check in to see if they show up on it.

Indy Hound has been a god send for this first-time dog owner who decided to get a very energetic pandemic puppy. We’ve been consistently going for a year now, and my Isley absolutely loves it there! The staff is super friendly and I know I’m leaving Isley in good hands. Also, I love the flexibility they offer for paying as you go (half or full days) or by buying a prepaid package. Super helpful for people like me who have switched from working remotely to going into the office over the past year.

Our dog Sophie loves Indy Hound. Every time I tell her that we’re going to see her friends, she’s all business and excited. The friendly staff remember her name and treat her like their own. When I pick her up, she often smells good too. We’ve been coming here for six months and are very pleased.

My dog, Junie, LOVES going to Indy Hound. Even on days she doesn’t go, she waits by the door just hoping. She gets so excited just going into the building and within a week the employees knew her name. I can tell everyone who works there does enjoy working with the dogs and does a great job! She always come home so tired and it’s the best. She’s a puppy so I drop her off with food and they always make sure she has an opportunity to eat. A fun bonus is they post on their Instagram story constantly and you sometimes get a snippet of your dog’s day!

My dogs have been going here for a couple months and love it! The staff are very kind, friendly and you can tell they’re passionate about pet care. Initially I was unsure about bringing one dog there because he can be very nervous and timid, but the staff ensured he had a safe and fun introduction to help him build confidence in socializing. I’m so thankful the trainer saw his potential because now he seems more comfortable and polite when interacting with both people and other dogs. I love that they offer fun interactive activities throughout the month and added webcam access as this is a feature I enjoyed from our previous doggy daycare center!

Just picked my dog up for his first grooming with Carmen. He looks, smells and feels fantastic. His coat is so shiny and soft, and he literally smells like freshly baked sugar cookies which is a touch I didn’t know I needed in my life. They had availability on short notice before the holidays as well. Can’t wait to bring him back in January for his temperament test to start doggy daycare here as well. The facility was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. As a small business owner myself I just had to give them this compliment. Thank you guys & happy holidays from me & Mr. Henry!

I use Puppy Playground for daycare and for boarding for my two pups. The photo-themed add-ons are also great because it makes it easy for me to get pictures of the two of them together. I have been going there since December 2021. I love the people at Puppy Playground. They genuinely seem to care about the dogs and like working there. My pups LOVE it so much that I can no longer say the words "daycare" or "playground" around them, less they get super excited and run to the door, thinking that we are going. My pups jump out of the car and run in, and are wiped out at the end of each day. It is a win-win for everyone.

Always together having fun at Puppy Playground. They love the staff, their friends and all the fun themed days. We love that they get to play inside and outside and know they will be well taken care of when we leave them for the day or the week. Puppy Playground is the best.

I absolutely love taking my dog to Puppy Playground. Gilligan gets so excited when I ask if he wants to go to “school.” The people who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always doing fun things like photoshoots and special snacks for the dogs. They also do the best job clipping his nails HANDS DOWN. I am amazed every time. We love puppy playground and recommend them to everyone we meet!!!

Pepperoni and family loves it here! Boarding and day care are both great. The events they do about once a month are totally worth it. Adorable pics.

My dog adores Puppy Playground, especially when he gets to play outside in the water. I find that all the people that work there genuinely love dogs and are so kind and patient. I appreciate that they have built my trust and I feel safe leaving my little Bear with them for boarding.

We just moved to Indy from out of state and our one year old pup was having a lot of anxiety with the move. We brought him to Puppy Playground and the staff welcomed our pup with open arms and made him (and us) feel so welcomed and loved!! I am so beyond thankful we found this place and our dog cannot wait to go back and play with his new friends! Cannot recommend this place enough

Our puppy LOVES it here!!! Rory is the anxious type, but they have worked to build her trust, and now she loves playing with all her new friends!! I especially love the "pupdates" you can request (extra cost but worth it to me), they include fun updates about her day, along with pictures/videos of her playing with friends. Every staff member I have interacted with is always friendly, and even recognizes our pup when we walk in!

This is my dog’s Disney world. The staff is so great and attentive. Plus the fun activities they do for the pups (but really for the owners) always brings a smile to my face. I mean… come on. They do school photos for the dogs every year.

First time ever boarding a cat. Everyone I dealt with at Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch was very cheerful and forthcoming with information. They were very accommodating to get my 16 year old Tommy Boi cat in on short notice, going so far as to rearrange some areas for him to be able to stay all 4 days. Would definitely use again.

Our girl had a great experience today, as usual. She had a bath and pedicure. The staff at Sleepy Hollow are always so kind to us and our dog loves them. They really went the extra mile today and had special holiday bandanas and a spot set up for taking a Christmas picture! I recommend them highly, not only are they great, but supporting small business is important if you can.

Sleepy Hollow is the best!! I have a dog that suffers from anxiety, so he can be difficult to handle sometimes- they always take the best care of him and when I pick him up he is always happy, healthy, and worn out lol! I can really tell they love what they do and care about every pet that comes into their facility. I appreciate the end of the day report cards they send out to let me know how my boy is doing. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I was very pleased with Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch. We have a very anxious and fearful (and therefore sometimes aggressive) bulldog. Sleepy Hollow talked with me before Charlie stayed with them, explaining at length how they could accommodate her needs. While she was there, they sent report cards every day to say how she was doing, and we were able to call and check on her as well. The person who answered the phone when I called to check on her went and got the person who was caring for Charlie so I could hear how she was actually doing, instead of just giving me a "canned answer." I felt that her report was honest and not just what she knew I'd want to hear, which was much appreciated. They were able to keep Charlie separated from the other dogs at all times (per my request) and I felt that Charlie was safe there. If we need a kennel again, we would definitely use Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch.

Our usual kennel was booked for a portion of my vacation, so I had to look for a Plan B. I found Sleepy Hollow Pet Ranch. It is an older kennel, so no cameras to monitor your pet, but they took good care of my two dogs. The staff are very friendly. It’s nice they send you a daily report to give you an idea of how your pup is doing from day to day.

The staff at Sleepy Hollow were great! Even when I arrived late for drop off (it was an oversite on my part and I wouldn't recommend taking advantage of the generosity they showed me) they showed great flexibility and welcomed my kitties into their boarding facility. During the stay, I got daily updates on my kitties. I would highly recommend them for your pet boarding needs.

Everyone was very nice and helpful when I arrived. Emily did an amazing job on my cat! Her toenails were trimmed to a safe length, the hair around her face was trimmed nicely, and she said Floof did well with her. Not to mention, Floof was returned to me with a very fashionable necklace. Will definitely be returning there when she needs groomed near the end of the year :) thanks so much!

Always a great experience all around! I have used Sleepy Hollow since I moved to Indianapolis years and years ago, and have never been disappointed by their caring staff, more than fair pricing, and consistent progress reporting on my pet while away from home. Maddy absolutely loves it here! ❤️ We love this place so much that, despite moving to Michigan, I continue to bring her here for longer stays. We were passing through Indy with our dog and needed a place to leave her while we arttended a sporting event. We chose Sleepy Hollow Ranch because of their high rating and we were so pleased with our experience. Theresa was so kind to accept Champ as a last minute boarder. Once we arrived, she found time to squeeze in a bath for our girl and when we picked her up she was clean, happy and even had an adorable handkerchief tied around her neck! We never board our dog and we were nervous about leaving her, even for a few hours. Theresa and her staff went above and beyond and gave Champ a fabulous “spa day”! I would highly recommend Sleepy Hollow Dog Ranch!

I have two Himalayan Furr Babies, brother and sister, who are 18 years old. Cody has special daily medical needs where he requires inhaler treatments, ear and oral medications. Sophie also requires medical treatment via ear. I have a regular sitter but she was unavailable for an upcoming trip. I scoured google and came across Northside Pet Services. Based on the reviews I reached out to secure services. I was extremely impressed with the prompt response and assurance they could take care of my special needs babes. Upon securing their services, Sherri (owner) and Nancy (Pet Caregiver) came to my home for a visit prior to my trip. They spent over an hour getting to know me and my babes and their routine. Much to my surprise, the services also included watering my plants!!!! These are truly genuine people who care for animals and will treat yours as if their own. I really appreciated the daily status text and pictures they sent! If you are in need of pet care, I highly recommend this team!

First class integrity! While searching for pet care for my parents two elderly dogs, one of whom had recently developed a back injury, Northside Pet Services stood out as exuding the trust, integrity, and experience we were looking for, so I called and left a message. The owner promptly returned my call to regretfully inform me that the dogs lived out of her service range, then took the time to provide some information on how and where to refine my search to find qualified sitters. She then went even further and took the time to search her network, later sending me information for a couple contacts who provided service in our area. Through one of those contacts, we were able to find someone who lives close and perfectly fits the dogs' needs. This is obviously someone who puts the health of pets first and foremost! I would have complete confidence in Sherri and her sitters and only wish the dogs lived close enough to utilize them.

Northside Pet Services has been a wonderful care team for our furry family members when we are out of town. As our one dog has progressed in age, it has become too stressful for her to be boarded at traditional facilities, and finding Northside Pet Services to provide care in our home while we are away, has been a dream. It is obvious that the owner and her team care deeply for our pets, and always have our pets' best interest at the top of everything they do. Most recently we were out of town for 21 days and Northside Pets provided top quality care 3 times per day the entire length of our time away, and we did not worry once. They provided frequent check-ins and updates to us and when we returned home, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Not only does Northside care for the dogs, but they also bring in our mail, feed the fish and frog, water our indoor plants, and they kept 25 pots of impatiens flourishing during a period of no rain.... all for no extra charge. I highly recommend Northside Pet Services and look forward to using them in the future.

I am so grateful to find this business. Our first consultation was perfect and helped ease my mind so much. We have a diabetic cat that needs extra tlc which has made getting away difficult for myself and my husband. Nancy was wonderful about communicating and she knew exactly how to handle each of our cats needs. Wow!! Finding Sherri and her team has been the best gift of 2023! Nancy has a way with our "socially selective" Cocker Spaniel - and we love the updates she provides after her visits. It really gives us peace of mind when we are out and about that they are looking in on Chewy!

I have been using Northside Pet services for my dogs since 2014. They are exceptional. My dogs are treated like part of the family and Sherri has become a dear friend. All sitters and walkers are loyal, trustworthy, and caring. I never have a worry when traveling and my dogs are in their care. I highly recommend for your pet sitting and walking needs.

I am really happy that I found Northside Pet Services. We have an older cat who is a bit persnickety and on multiple meds so we have to be a bit pickier about who we get to watch our cat. During our initial meet-up, Sherri proved to be very informed on our cat's course of treatment and even suggested a couple of additional things we could do to help her condition. It is a real comfort to know that she really knows what she's doing and could easily pick up on any worrisome signs while we are away.

I have been a client of Sherri and Northside Pet Services for years and I have nothing but high praise for her professionalism, knowledge, and the phenomenal care she provides. My dogs LOVE this place. My pups feel comfortable around their staff. I've had several of my pets kennel here over the last 6 years and my youngest 2 pups started here about 4 and 2 years ago. I trust this team because my pups trust this team. I've kenneled with them for longer stays and shorter stays and some very graciously on short notice (still gracious). Our boy Kublai went to playschool here for a few years and LOVED it. We were a bit anxious at first because he wasn’t super social and preferred snuggles and snacks to romping around, but he would drag us to the doors in the morning because he was so excited to go! I truly think he learned to relax more and “be a dog” during his adventures there. The staff knew him by name when he walked in - it was clear that they really loved and cared for him while he was there. We really enjoyed the holiday photos that got sent home and they are even more special now that he has crossed the rainbow bridge. A huge THANK YOU to the staff at FPK for all of the love, care, and snuggles that you gave him over the years. You guys rock ❤️

Staff are always nice and attentive. The place seems very well ran and organized. Also seems really safe for animals. My only suggestion to get to the 5 stars is to have a camera or monitor to see and / or talk to the dog while they are in the kennel. I have seen a few places with that technology and I think it is cool. I have also seen a few places where you can dispense a treat to them wirelessly. It would be a nice add-on, but I know it is not necessary for everyone, so maybe try it out in a few stalls first. Once she gets accepted into the playschool for free play, I will give an update as well. I want to reiterate that you can really feel how much the staff cares about the dogs here and how well kept the place is. Despite all of that, I do feel like Lulu was a little mad I took her there for the day. You be the judge if you think I am right about lulus thoughts in the picture give a thumbs up on this post.

This is the second time I'm boarding my dogs here, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I feel so safe leaving my babies here while I'm gone. I'm allowed to call and check up on them, the staff will take pictures and text them to me (see attached), and you can tell everyone who works here is an absolute animal lover. I dropped them off this time, and a couple of the staff remember my dog and had a memory to share from their first visit. Will definitely, definitely be returning. 🩷

My German Shepard (Valkyrie) loves it there. The staff is 1st rate! Friendly & consistent team from drop-off to pickup. Especially when it comes to communication and verifying special instructions are up to date. They've called with updates when something arises & have bailed me out with last-minute scheduling due to my line of work. I drop off food & supplements for Val. They make sure to ask about any diet changes. Or if you dont have a picky eater like my girl, they can supply food or toppers. Fair rates with a variety of different room sizes, additional options for one on one time, and grooming. They also work with a transport service that makes things extremely convenient. I used to juggle a few different kennels & Valkyrie hands down responds the best with Five Points. She would get anxiety going to other kennels & act out. Which are now problems of the past. Five Points has taken great care of our Riley when we've not been able to take him on vacations with us. The staff is friendly, welcomes Riley by name even though he's not there all that often. We can enjoy our vacation knowing that Riley is safe with people who care about him & take good care of him. Staff even goes the extra mile by sending us photos and updates.

By far the best nail clipping any of our dogs have ever had at any vet, kennel or groomer. Truly AMAZING. Also, I just picked up our dog Indy after a week's stay at FPK. She was barely excited to go home, which tells me she enjoyed herself — even with the nail clipping (which is a MASSIVELY HUGE ordeal at home). THANK YOU, FPK!

We just boarded our Boston Terrier for the first time at FPK for 6-nights which is the longest time we've been away from each other. Normally when we have boarded him he comes home totally red eyed & exhausted however, this time he didn't!! Jack was clear eyed & playful happy to see & be active with us again. We have always enjoyed the other kennel we've used but FPK set up is a little different. I think Jack was more relaxed and must have loved his room. I did tour the place prior to making a reservation, and sent him for a 1-day stay to get familiarized with the people and new surroundings. FPK has a beautiful facility and it's not a noisy as most kennels I've seen. Their staff is remarkable and extremely helpful answering all our question & concerns. We will definitely use them again if needed, and I'm sure Jack will guide us into the building!!

We bring our dog here during the week for play school and during trips when we're out of town for boarding. The staff is fantastic with the owners and pets alike. They know our dog by name and greet him when we show up to drop him off. They are great at communicating with us with how our dog is doing and if there are any concerns we should keep an eye on. We have had great experiences with Five Points Kennels.

Good value and easy drop off and pickup. This was our first time ever boarding, and we used the puppy dorm for our 5-month old. The staff was very friendly and it was a simple process!

Comfort Zone has the best sitters! They've been able to take care of both of my dogs and bearded dragon at my home while I'm away with the best care possible! Highly recommend to anyone in need of care for your babies

My husband and I have used Comfort Zone Sitters for just over a year now and we have nothing but positive things to say. Rita has always looked after our two cats and they have grown very fond of her! She’s always been great at giving updates, sending multiple photos, and answering any questions while we are out of town. Even when a sitter is unavailable or something comes up, Comfort Zone Sitters always has highly-qualified sitters to jump in and help. Max, the owner, actually checked in on Remy and Banjo while our sitter was unable to make a few of our scheduled visits. This gives us great peace of mind, which is so important when it comes to having someone watch your beloved pets. They have a wonderful team and we would recommend them to anyone needing a pet sitter in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas! 💕

My worst nightmare was what would I do with my cat if I suddenly ended up in the hospital (I live alone). My family couldn't help because they were with me, neighbors can only do so much, and not many people understand why you can't just leave a cat home alone and have someone come feed her. Would you leave your child alone all night? Well, it happened, my neighbor took the first night until we could get Comfort Zone on board. Charlotte was my sitter and she was really great. An animal lover for sure! She communicated regularly, sent pictures of my cat. It was so reassuring. I wasn't worried about my cat at all, which is quite a statement! I will always request Charlotte if she's available. My home was left in the same condition it was when I left it. You couldn't tell Charlotte had been here. She played with Sybbie a lot...more than I do, so she raised that bar for me!! ANYTHING you may be worried about hiring a pet sitter, if you hire Comfort Zone Sitters, you can put those worries away! Our pets are truly “loved” during visits from Karla! She is responsive and very caring. I first used The Comfort Zone when my regular sitter was on vacation. I will continue to be a repeat customer. The service is awesome. We travel every week during the spring and have 6 animals. One is senior and requires extra love. Knowing that they are in good hands gives us peace of mind! Max and the team (Mica!) are truly a huge savior for us. With five cats, it is so difficult to travel. The Comfort Zone Sitters have been watching the furry children for us for over 2.5yr at this point and we couldn’t be more happy. They are always reliable, prompt, and the cats LOVE them. We have always had amazing sitters and now Mica is our regular and she takes time to play with the cats, give them lots of love, and make sure everything is good with them. Comfort Zone Sitters was absolutely amazing!! The communication and updates were outstanding. I got updates and photos three times a day. Came home to a clean home and most importantly happy pups. I will certainly use them moving forward for any pet sitting needs!

I take my 2 shih tzu to Emily for grooming. She does a fantastic job with them. One is very shy and the other is crazy. She is patient with both of them. She is a great at communication and does what is asked. She is the best. Front desk workers are friendly and professional.

I have been taking my dog there for boarding many, many years. I have moved since, and I am still making the drive even though it's now over an hour roundtrip, because my dog absolutely loves it there and I have never had a single problem. It's a big deal, because my dog is reactive to other dogs and he is very people selective, so he is challenging to deal with. As soon as he walks into the door, he runs up to the front desk to greet everyone. He turns from a dog that growls at most people into the sweetest, social butterfly with the staff (well, he still doesn't like the other dogs). This is truly the only place I trust to handle my difficult dog and I know that he really likes going there. In the 5+ years, we never had an issue giving us a piece of mind that when we are traveling that he is in the absolutely best place. I always laugh because I think he is the King of the Pet Palace over there.

They do a great job grooming my GSD every 6 weeks. All I got to do is mention the groomers, and he gets excited.

Been bringing my dog here for boarding and grooming. Emily does great on my Ella. Will continue to return there.

It been a couple of visits for the bording, and it has been a great experience. The staff loveu dog and take great care during his stay. They are reachable on the phone to know how your pet is doing and at the end they give you report cards on how he did day by day

The folks at Pet Palace are great and so helpful! Large, clean climate controlled facility with indoor and outdoor areas. Daycare is available, as well as boarding and grooming. Grooming appointments book about 4 days out. Boarding appointments can be booked online, over the phone or on site. They usually have coupons available in the ValPak mailers, good for daycare, boarding and grooming! Tours are also available.

Pet Palace is so great with the dogs and cats in their care. They make sure every pet gets what they need and provide daycare, boarding, and grooming services tailored to each individual. It's a clean facility with loving staff!

We've used this Pet Palace exclusively since we moved to Indy and never regret it. Our separation anxiety ridden dog (Squire) is always excited to go there, showing that he has fun and feels cared for and safe even when we sign him up for grooming! The staff have always been wonderful from drop off to pick up no matter how long he stays! We also super love the "report cards" that we get. Very cute touch!

UPDATE: unfortunately I wrote a very long update and it didn’t fit and got cut off and deleted so I’ll write a little bit here and then I was able to take a picture of some of what I wrote before it got deleted so check my pictures below to see the majority of what I wrote for the rest of this update please please read it it’s very important!!!! So the main thing to know is that this is a second date update I picked up my Great Dane yesterday on Sunday today is Monday and I am just leaving the veterinarian and I am in tears because my dog may die!! That’s correct you heard me MY DOG MAY DIE because of the people at Pet Palace apparently are not equipped to take care of my pet, he has a severe case of pneumonia and should have been taken to the vet within the last three days and for some reason was not. If you recall on my original review I remarked that my dog was making a hacking sound that I attributed to being thirsty, yeah not so much that was definitely a case of miss identified pneumonia on my part however after about three more times of that hacking sound I realized quickly, VERY QUICKLY that that was not just being thirsty and I do not work with dogs 24 7!! Today I picked up my Great Dane from a weeks stay at what was his first time at the highly recommended to us Pet Palace and I am shocked by the dog I am picking up! First let me say that I was bumped up to a webcam room which became both a nightmare and perhaps a saving grace of sorts because while I was constantly watching in shock at the treatment of my dog at least I could see it and call and ask for it to be fixed-sadly it never was. Mostly that consisted of him having no pillows or blankets so he was consistently lying on hard concrete which if you have a giant breed dog you know is a no-no also none of his other personal belongings were EVER put with him! I became a bit obsessive watching the stupid camera which wasn’t a great way to spend my vacation but when you see your baby constantly crying and digging at the ground and chewing on metal bars it’s heartbreaking! Now getting to pick up (things you can’t see on a tiny, glitchy webcam) my dog is completely skin and bones, he looks sad and awful! I understand that dogs don’t always eat normally when in the kennel but I wish they would have tried their own food brand to entice him or call me for God’s sake! Another thing, when I picked him up he continually made this hacking noise until we got home and then he straight booked it for the water, dogs may not eat but they typically drink. He also has a rather large cut on his back paw that could not be accounted for, which reminds me that the only one time I ever saw someone interact with him on the webcam he was completely cowered down which isn’t like him at all. One of the most heartbreaking things of all of this though was when I came to pick him up, as soon as he saw me he started crying then howling then shrieking-a sound I’ve never heard any dog make let alone mine and he literally was trying to get into my arms!! I did explain some of my troubles with the staff who offered me a free night stay- NEXT TIME! Are you kidding me? Umm no, we will never be back! I will take Mr Great Dane everywhere with me before I bring him back there!

I was so impressed with the facility but more with the people that worked there! They were so friendly and genuinely loved my puppers! My fur babies enjoyed their stay so much and I know next time I’m on vacation they will be taken care of very well!! My pups are my life!!❤️❤️❤️
