George and family were amazing to work with leading up to our travel dates. They maintained great communication and we were even able to arrange for them to meet Lily prior to our departure. While we were away they sent us daily updates and pictures about how Lily was doing. When we came back, the house was clean and all the bedding washed and folded. Things went so well that they will be caring for Lily while we are away for the Christmas holidays as well. Highly recommend this family!
This was a fantastic housesit! Zach and Krista are so nice, generous and welcoming! They were communicative and provided clear instructions for the care of their pets and home. They have a beautiful, comfortable, tidy and clean home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were on a true vacation with the added bonus of two lovely cats to hang out with! Their cats, Britain and Jake are the best! We had so much fun with them! They loved spending time in their catio, watching the birds outside, playing with their toys and being pet (especially Jake!). We would love to return and would highly recommend this sit!
I don’t think I have ever met a sweeter more cuddly, more full of personality cat than Zorro. My first day, he immediately came in when I opened the door. Then sprawled around on the sidewalk outside later, letting me pet him. Then came in my room at night and cuddled in my arms for 20 minutes heavily purring. This is when I just met him. And it’s real he is just the best cat ever. I am envious of anyone who gets to spend large amounts of time with him sprawled on your chest, his tail curled around your arm. And he is very thoughtful and easy to be around. The house is large and spacious, and the backyard is lovely.
We had a great stay in Bend looking after Ollie, a beautiful, gentle Swiss Mountain dog. We arrived the evening before the sit to meet Ollie and his family. The family were very friendly and welcoming and we had good communication with them during our sit. They have a very comfortable home, situated at the edge of Bend. There were lots of places to walk Ollie in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed exploring Tumala Falls, Shevlin Park, Smith's Rock and the city of Bend itself, all within a short diriving distance from the family's home. We woud highly recommend this pet sit. We loved Ollie and enjoyed staying in this lovely home.
Sitting for Georgie was so rewarding. Lexi is a sweetheart, full of energy and such a good listener. She's in the training stage of pupancey so teaching new tricks and reinforcing old ones during playtime was really fun. Georgie welcomed me into her beautiful home and made sure I had everything I needed. She left clear instructions on the required care for Lexi and responded almost immediately to any and all concerns I had during the sit. I had an absolute blast with Lexi.
Haddie is an absolutely lovely dog. He's well behaved, affectionate and really enjoys his walks. Atty and Louise made me feel extremely welcome to their fascinating home, which is in a beautiful location, with great footpaths to explore the area alongside Haddie.
Nikki and Cate are both absolutely lovely, and showed me everything I'd need to know when I arrived, and I felt very welcomed and at home in their beautiful and very comfortable house. Their two dogs, Finn and Jasmine, are so friendly and affectionate, easy to walk, very chill around other dogs, and well trained. The bedroom I stayed in was extremely comfortable, very clean, and Nikki and Cate had clearly put the effort in - little details like making the bed and leaving some washed and folded towels for me to use that you appreciate when you're doing this sort of thing. Highly recommended - I'll definitely be more than happy to look after Finn and Jasmine here again in the future :)
