We had him arrive a few days early to show him how everything works in our apartment complex and to introduce him to our city, which I think is useful for all sitters so that things feel more familiar. Our cats took to him immediately (even one of ours who is particularly new-people-shy) and he kept us updated on the cats and their well-being while we were away. House was super clean when we got home and he even printed and framed some pictures of our babies! We loved having Marcus sit and would ask him again.
