Sitting for Phil and Sarah in Liestel went really well. During our stay we looked after 2 cats (Shibo and Kijo), a snake (Gizmo), and cute-as-pie dog (Summer). Shibo and Kijo are very relaxed and affectionate. Always keen for scratching and tickling, they would often join us on the couch in the evenings. Feeding Gizmo the snake is easy and straight forward. Everything and the process to do so is provided and fool proof. Summer always goes with Phil and Sarah but an exception needed to be made this time. We had a lovely time getting to know Summer and earning her affection. They left us fully stocked for everything the pets and we would need for the time, ordering in by delivery additional cat and dog food too. They were very clear and communicative about the role and their home. Very welcoming when we left and gracious in assisting us concerning our departure. The house is warm, clean, and dry, with a communal laundry service in the building. The area is very safe and right at the foot of hill/mountain where there are plenty of hiking routes. My partner and I spent many hours exploring the surrounding Liestel area in the woods, fields, and slopes. If you are uncertain, ask Phil and Sarah, they really are kind and straightforward folks. I do recommend housesitting for them and looking after their pets. Thanks again for everything Phil, Sarah, it was great.
