Leo and Richelle spent 5 weeks taking care of our house and pets. It was the first time they had stayed with Riley and Oscar and we found them to be absolutely wonderful! Our pets fell in love with Leo and Richelle and we could tell they were so well taken care of....and I think Riley and Oscar really missed them when they left! Riley misses all of the walks and special dietary care they gave him, and Oscar misses grooming and cuddles. We spent a couple of days in between each of our trips staying in our garage guest suite (we went on 3 different trips during this period) and Leo & Richelle were very gracious each time we returned. They also handled well the confusion of our pets as we came and went. During their stay we had a vacation rental next door (since sold) that required interaction with cleaners, doing laundry, assuring the house was properly prepared and maintaining the hot tub. Richelle & Leo stepped up and took care of everything to such a high level that guests gave them rave reviews. They even trimmed plants on our stairs to the beach to assure good access for guests. So considerate!! We completely trust Richelle & Leo; they used our truck without incident to check on our boat, take recycling, and visit parks with Riley. They are excellent communicators, sending us photos of our pets and never hesitating to ask questions. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised that they clearly had read our house guide in advance of their stay and came armed with questions. They coordinated visits of our septic company and our landscaper. When we returned we found the house in immaculate condition and our pets looking happy and well. We found their previous recommendations to be absolutely accurate and we whole-heartedly recommend Richelle and Leo for anyone looking for awesome sitters. We would be thrilled to welcome them back.
