Mike was fantastic at communicating with us prior to our sit and made us feel very at ease. Mike was very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed for a great stay including some great recommendations for our time in Richmond. Balu and PhoBo are both very sweet loving animals. Balu is a little bit anxious at first but once she warms up to you she is very happy for cuddles. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house sit to others.
I want to get Corey & Natasha a thousand stars for this sit! They were so sweet and thoughtful with every detail, it really made a big difference. The home is beautiful, the location is incredible, and of course... the PUPS! Oh my god, Meeko and Marvel were such a delight to be around, truly. Their presence has brought so much warmth and healing to my heart. I miss them already. :(
We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week exploring Greg’s old neighbourhood with the lovely Ned. House is in a good location and Anna and Matt were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We didn’t see Daisy very much except at dinner time but she warmed to us by the end of the week.
We had a lovely stay at Vanessa and Mathews. Ruby is a little character with lots of personality, both Coco and Cosmo are easy and got on with their own thing. We were able to meet Ruby and the all the family on a video call and in person before our sit, this allowed us to get to know all the routines of the fur babies and go through all the welcome pack to ensure we had all we needed to be comfortable. We took Ruby on day trips out which she loved, she had lots of fun playing with other dogs. We explored the local dog walks and further adventures around Kent and Sussex, there is plenty to see and lovely walks. We even got speaking to all the local dog owners on the walks, it was hard not as everyone is so lovely around the area. Thanks again all, we will be back if needed. 😉
We had a lovely 3-days sit at Ann's house looking after Alexander. Ann's house is very clean, homey and lovely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is in a very quiet neighborhood, not to far from Mt. Tabor. So it is a nice possibility to explore this area. Which we recommend. Communication was always open wit Ann. Alexander is super cute and easy to look after. Quite happy hanging around in the house or the garden with him. We definitely recommend this Housesit.

My 4 yr old JRT Regi loves coming to stay with Jenny and the crew at Bayside. This is such a relief as she is a little anxious until she acclimatises generally. She always is so happy, is and looks so fit and healthy after being outside and playing with her fur friends all day and eats well on the lovely food Jenny makes herself for them. It is so nice to be able to relax when I’m away knowing she is safe and being well cared for and loved. Thanks Team 🙏🐶
We left our boy Boots here for 3 weeks. Jenny was just amazing organizing for boots, who has had hip displacer, a suitable buddy to team up with him. The other staff were great and kept in contact with photos and report on progress. Highly recommend Bayside Pet Centre, and would not hesitate going back. Sue and Brian Heard.
Love Bayside Pet Centre. The customer service is amazing and everyone is so lovely. Our 2 dogs love it there and are always super happy (and exhausted) whenever we pick them up. I think the concept is awesome when compared to other boarding kennels. Other boarding kennels will charge extra for “extra walk” or “extra cuddles”. But at Bayside, they are outside playing with toys, running around, playing with other dogs and they also match your dogs with others they will get along with. I cannot praise this place enough and it will be the only place we will send our dogs.
It's always difficult leaving your dog for any amount of time, but we were definitely reassured by leaving our dog at this kennel. There was plenty of outdoor space for our dog to run around and play, and they were very supportive of matching certain breed types based on activity levels. The kennels were tidy and the staff were very friendly, even during repeated calls to check up on our dog during out trip. The only drawback is that photos are expensive to request, but appreciative this also takes time for the staff to do. Posting daily photos on social media of all the dogs instead would be really amazing if possible!
Been using their service since 2021. Always easy to book in and no time wasted - just shoot them an email or book through their website, replies within a day. Pet always come home clean and healthy. Highly recommended
We left our chihuahua mix here for 4 days while we went away. We usually leave him with family so I was anxious leaving him at a kennel. Staff were friendly and really reassuring and they offered for us to come and see the premise prior to his stay. They were also accommodating to our needs, given that our dog doesn't really "play" with other dogs, prefers to be with humans or on his own. It wasn't easy getting through on the phone but they responded quickly to all of my emails. Jenny and other staff were great, we'll be back.
My fur baby Jake comes back so excited and has lots to say.Telling me all about his fun day out and his doggy friends hes made..As soon as i put on his orange collar he knows whats about to happen FUN FUN!!! He waits on his bed looking out the window waiting for the gate to open.. Ive find the staff are very friendly and very caring.and have noticed positive changes in Jake. Thankyou too the Bayside Dog Lounge staff .
Please do not send your dog here, we left our dog here for two weeks. She was 22kilos whenever we got her we where in shock at her appearance she was so then and ribs where showing we weighted her and she was 15 kilos and not the same dog. I have called twice and sent two emails and they have ignored all!! We will take further action
Veeru was wonderful taking time to allow my little anxious dog to relax and get comfortable prior to the clean. The results were amazing. We will now take our other dog for a teeth clean and will return for ongoing maintenance. So much better for our dogs (and wallet) than going to the vet.
Reggie, our mini groodle, had his teeth cleaned by Veeru. I was so impressed with the result and particularly, by avoiding an anaesthetic. When I picked him up afterwards he was a very happy boy and giving Veeru lots of kisses. This showed me he was not traumatised at all. I would highly recommend this procedure as the risks are greatly reduced, and the results are amazing. Reggie’s teeth are now dazzling!
Veeru took exceptional care of our two spoodles over a recent long weekend. Our boys had such a great time , we think they missed her on returning home !! Veeru sent photos across the weekend and showed great care and affection for our dogs and others who were staying with her . We highly recommend her services. Thank you Veeru and family !!
I couldn't recommend Veeru more highly! She looked after my Jack Russell Peggy for a long weekend and I don't think Peggy wanted to come back home! Louise is great. Her premises are so safe and comfortable and over the years she has looked after all our fur babies. She sends us daily updates with photos. Our latest girl has now stayed with her twice and each time she has come back happy and healthy. It is great to be able to go overseas knowing she is in such good hands
Louise from Pat’s Pets has looked after my 2 cats many times now most recently for 3 weeks while I was overseas. They are much happier at home with her visits than in a cattery. Louise sends me photos on every visit and keeps me in the loop if needed. My cats know her now which is even better. Our 2 dogs love going on walks with Louise and their doggy friends. They often wait at the door when we say her name and come back happy and well exercised. Best dog minder in Melbourne! Our Boston Terrier loves going to Pats Pets, whether it's for a day or one or more nights. Louise manages the dogs really well and makes their stay so much fun our pup never wants to leave. Lots of outdoor play time. Pats Pets also has services like dog walking and cat sitting. Our Bengal doesn't usually like strangers but was happy for Louise to pop by each day while we were away for Christmas. I can't recommend Pats Pets highly enough.
Couldn't recommend Pats Pets more, Louise is more than a service provider she is like a family member to us and our fur family (two cats and fish). Louise and her service have been part of our regular life for over 15 years, every night, weekend, week away she has been there for our fur children. Louise is very trust worthy, loyal and professional, taking great pride in making sure everything is right and always goes the extra mile to ensure our fur children are happy. She has handle our diabetic cat with ease including administrating his insulin and putting up with his grumpiness at times. Our fur children adore and cherish Louise and what she does for them and so will yours.
Leaving my precious Dog is so much easier when I know he is going to Louise. I can see from the daily communications that he is having the time of his life and being loved and cared for.

I cannot recommend woofs of ball st enough! From the moment I dropped off my rescue girl, Gwen, I felt at ease knowing she was in great hands. The staff took the time to carefully introduce her to the other dogs, ensuring she felt comfortable and safe. It was clear they understood the importance of a gentle and patient approach, especially for a dog with a bit of a shy side. Throughout the day, I received regular updates, which made me feel connected and reassured about her well-being. When Gwen came home, she was not only happy but also completely exhausted from all the fun she had! It’s rare to find a daycare that combines such professionalism with such genuine care. I’ll definitely be bringing Gwen back! 5 stars all the way!
Woofs of Ball Street has been an absolute lifesaver for us and our pups! Liza & Matt's genuine love for dogs shine through in every interaction. Woofs has been the best thing we have done for our furriest love. He absolutely LOVES going, he literally makes the car shake with his wagging tail when we pull into the drive way. There is so much attention to detail and Liza has thought of it all. At his old daycare he would always come home smelling yucky from all the playing but after a day at woofs I swear Daffy comes back smelling better than when we drop him off!! He is also more friendly and less reactive at the park after starting at woofs, so he is obviously building his confidence by attending.
Our puppy has been coming to Woofs of Ball Street for about 7 weeks and Meister is so happy there. He runs in every morning and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day as he has such a great day. He is infatuated with Liza and we can’t say enough about the wonderful care and attention he gets when he is there. We would highly recommend Woofs of Ball Street for your best friend.
Hands down the best doggy day care ever! Liza is so lovely and we feel comfortable knowing our pup is in great hands. His tail wags so excitedly as soon as he sees where he’s to every single week so we know his a happy little pup when he’s there. We love seeing the photos from our pups day with his mates!
This place is my saviour and Charlie’s favourite day of the week. The care, love and attention to detail is outstanding. Liza is our little local dog whisperer and Charlie love her. I get updates all day so I am never left wondering how he is and if he is even a little off Liza knows right away 🐶♥️ love this place so much ♥️🐶 Ps….. The Woofs of Ball Street is Heaven on earth for my Two Fur babies. The service Liza and the team provide is second to none! Hands down the best in the business! Liza cannot be flawed from the Smile greeting you at the gates, the best snaps whilst at work and the fur babies living the dream with her at daycare and never wanting to come home. Cannot recommend the Wolfs of Ball Street enough if you are wanting a daycare for your fur baby. Your only regret is you wished you found Liza and the team earlier.

I rescued my beautiful boy not too long ago and as I’m still studying I was super nervous about who would care for him the way he deserved after his rough start to life. The Woof of Ball St is everything and more! Constant updates on their social pages and reviews left at the end of the day on how well he went is everything I need to know he’s in the best hands ever. I tell everyone I know how happy I am to know my boy is in the best hands and I can go about my day with no stress. Being such a big boy as well has been no issue and he’s found so many friends of all different breeds which I love. I will continue to recommend and take my boy ever week.
Bodie absolutely loves it at Woofs. I only really see him get REALLY excited over two things, my partner coming home and, in particular, getting dropped off for day care with Liza & the team. They’re super accommodating with my hectic calendar & ever-changing times and absolutely brilliant with Bodes. If I could give it more than 5 stars I absolutely would! If you’re in search of a day care for your pooch then look no further!
Thank you to 4 Paws for taking care of our Luna whilst we were away on holidays. Our rescue pup usually avoids people at all costs, but instantly warmed up and felt at home at 4 Paws. Wouldn’t take her anywhere else.
Fee and Paul are absolutely awesome when looking after my old Pomeranian, Tiny. While she misses me she always gets so excited to when she goes to 4 Paws. I couldn't recommend them enough!
We were worried about Prince doing daycare, as the last time he did at another place, he got super stressed and had to be picked up early. This place was incredible! We did the daycare/training. They said Prince did great and they used treats to reward him being calm. We'll be coming here for every boarding. We got a video and report card for Prince as well!
We booked our 3 year old Mini Dachshund in for a 3 week train and stay experience and I couldn’t recommend KIP more. He has some complex issues and behaviours but nothing felt like too much for any of the team to handle. We were assigned Megan as our trainer and she is greatly educated in how she trains both the dogs and us as the owners. We could really see she has a passion for her work and an immense care for our boys needs. He came home with more confidence and a much more relaxed demeanour and we now have the skills shown by Megan to carry on his training at home.
Our dogs, Leni and Bobbi, absolutely love their time at Kip! It gives us peace of mind knowing that while we're on holiday, our fur babies are not only safe and well cared for, but they’re also enjoying a little getaway of their own.
Recently had our senior 9 year old Samoyed Meeko at Kips for 2 and a half weeks with trainer Megan. We were provided almost daily updates of her progress as well as a comprehensive handover after picking her up. Her behaviour has improved dramatically and Megan has steered us in the right direction. The training is worth every penny and I highly encourage anyone give it a go if your furry one isn’t the most obedient.
I sent my seventeen month Golden Retriever to Kip as he was reacting to other dogs and pulling on leash. I have noticed a big change when i picked him up. The trainers are fantastic, they send videos and photos every day, and give a lesson when you pick them up. I highly recommend Kip. Special thanks to Alex.
I can not fault Kip south east from the enquiry process to the handover. I was skeptical to put my 14 month old German Shepherd in for a long stay. After the inquiry process, the head trainer contacted me for a lengthy conversation to suggest the best program based around my needs and expectations. We committed to the three weeks Board and train and The process has exceeded my expectations. As a first time puppy owner of a large breeder, especially, I probably needed more training than my dog. Through this service kip covers all bases to ensure success. Shout out to all the team working so hard. Thank you.
Our 11 month old German Shepherd absolutely loves attending the Daycare & Train. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming . He has thrived on the training, as he is very energetic it's been a godsend to discover this place. Highly recommend!
I have had my boys stay in Kip Melbourne South East a couple of time in the last 4 months and cannot fault their service. I receive daily updates with photos and videos of them playing with the carers and other dogs and they always look like they are having a blast. They are always so happy to go back again that they pull me through the door. It’s very reassuring to know that they are being well taken care of when I am away.
We had both our dogs stay here whilst we were on holidays for three weeks and they both had a great time. One dog was in for boarding, and our energetic Border Collie for board and train. Megan was AMAZING with her and they formed such an amazing bond. The daily updates were so great and made us feel comfortable they were happy and not missing us too much. And their follow up with the training has been so helpful and appreciated. Both came home happy, healthy and well cared for. Thank you team!
This was our first time using Kip Kennels, and wow, what an amazing experience! Our dogs usually experience kennel stress for at least three days after returning from other kennels, but not this time. Kip Kennels provided daily photos and playtime, which were absolute winners. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our dogs received. Highly recommend!
Our little Dachshunds love spending time with Ray, Michael, Maddie and all their doggy friends. They always come back happy and tired after a day of playing. Boarding is also an option! Michael took great care Franklin and Piper when we were away for the weekend.
Highly recommend All Day Dogs. Both our German Shepherd and Labrador attend doggy day care and love their time there, added bonus they come home tired and chilled. Our German Shepherd is involved with the training program and we look forward to seeing his continued progression. You will not find a better team to care for your fur babies than these guys 🐶🐶
We took our puppy Dalmatian there for around 6 months and he absolutely loved it! He would get excited when we pull up because he knew exactly where he was and would sleep extra the next day. The only reason we’ve stopped going was because we moved out of the area 😢 we were bummed to be honest. My partner doesn’t often have outward opinions but every time he would drop off/pick up Dwight he would comment on how nice everyone is there. 10/10 would recommend!
They are such a great and well knit unit and take great care of our dogs. When our last dog passed away they even sent us a condolences package.
We love All Day Dogs. We have been sending our Lab since she was a few months old and Cannot recommend highly enough, staff are highly qualified trainers with so much knowledge to help and support owners, going above and beyond to provide care for all their clients.
A very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated team of dog trainers that provide dog day care and tailored one on one consultation and dog training as well as group training classes targeted at different issues (like reactivity, separation anxiety, etc). Coco goes to day care 3 days a week since 6 months old. Every time we drop her off at All Day Dogs, she is always very excited to see Maddie, Ray and Michael and can’t wait to give them kisses. In the evening she comes home happy and tired, giving us a relaxed and peaceful night. She has grown from a shy and timid little girl into a much more confident and much better socialized young lady largely thanks to attending the day care. For regular clients, they also provide lots of other value adding services and advice, such as nutrition and diet, nail trimming, health and supplements, dog sports and competition. They even do birthday and Christmas photos! The most important thing is they genuinely love and care about your dogs. We are so lucky that we have found them for taking care of my baby girl.
My Labrador loves going to All Day Dogs. She is always excited when she's going to day care, and is happy and tired coming home after a long day of play and safe dog interaction. The team at All Day Dogs are passionate about what they do which shows in their genuine care of the dogs in their care. I wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else!
I started bringing my puppy here since he was 4 months old and he has been thriving and building his confidence. He has made lots of friends and he is in great care. When I pick him up he is normally fast asleep in the car (which is great for me!! A tired dog is always a happy dog!) When I go to drop him off he is usually running happily to the door and trying to barge him. I’ve watched him grow up and become a balanced dog and give me the biggest smile and cuddle when I go to pick him up. Thanks Ray, Maddie & Michael! ☺️☺️
amazing team at All day dogs! our boxer has been attending daycare for almost 2 years and we absolutely love it he comes home so happy and also so tired which gives us pawrents a break. Maddie, Ray and Michael are so passionate about their jobs which shows their genuine care about each dog and there saftey. he has learned such great manners and social skills! could not be any more happier with what they do for us. wouldnt send our boy anywhere esle 🩷
My 12 week old puppy Zippy (Chihuahua) loves coming to All Day Dogs. He has made lots of new friends whilst also gaining important socialisation skills. The staff are amazing and helpful and genuinely care about the welfare of every dog.
My worried whippet Albie has been attending Bayside Dog Lounge for almost 2 years now. We have seen it change hands and have loved both old owner Mark and now new owners from Woofers World. Initially I was worried what change may bring but we have been so happy with the level of care Albie has continued to receive and love the changes they have made to the place. Hand overs are always personalized and Albie (who has separation anxiety) cant wait to join his mates every time we go ( I don't get a second look back). Josh and Ashlie, who we see the most, have been just the loveliest humans and there is a lot of thought put into special days such as holidays and dress ups for Halloween. It is very cute. Loving the glimpses of their day on instagram as well. We love BDL and Albie definitely sees it as a safe second home. Thanks everyone :)
My partner and I can’t speak more highly of the staff and experience that our beautiful puppy gets at Bayside Dog lounge. She suffers with separation anxiety and was previously going to a different daycare centre nearby however it just didn’t seem like the right fit. As soon as we walked into Bayside Dog lounge, she was so happy to be there and now gets so excited and runs inside when she gets dropped off (which is a very different experience then the previous place we had at). A big thank you especially to Ash and Josh who have been absolutely fantastic in helping Alaska transition into the daycare. It’s taken a really big weight off my partner and I shoulder knowing that she is getting all of the love and attention her little heart desires at this daycare facility when we’re at work. We’ve also noticed a lot of improvement in her behaviour and training since she has been going here. Can’t recommend this facility enough!
Mark is an outstanding doggie babysitter, dog trainer and behaviourist. He's been looking after our 3 boys since 2013 and still does despite us moving all the way to Frankston! I'm an overly anxious doggie mummy with separation anxiety and I know I can leave my kids with him and go away with peace of mind! Trust me, I have looked into the very best kennels but I worry because one of our kids is a poo eater and at least I know Mark and his team are with the kids 24/7. It would of course be our labrador husky Boomboom who was very destructive when we first adopted him! Mark helped us considerably to get him settled with day outings and routine. More importantly, he taught us how to slowly integrate him in with other dogs because he is not fond of socialising with dogs! and still isn't, but at least we know now how to do it when the occasion rises. We inadvertently also adopted a husky whilst fostering him, and Momo has also been a flower slow to bloom, but by golly he is now so much more confident with humans with Mark's experience with the breed and how to manage nervous dogs. We're very thankful to have Mark and our boys are in the best hands with his knowledge and experience.

Our boy has been going with Mark for about 7 years and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Mark and his team are just brilliant and have him mixing with dogs there that he’s usually anxious around. He leaves happy and comes home happy every single time. We use Mark weekly, as well as whenever we travel. I have complete and utter trust in how Mark and his team manage my dog, and in their understanding and control of the different dogs and how they interact while in their care. Thanks Mark!

Our puppy has visited Mark twice a week since she was 2 months old. Mark and his team were very aware of her needs as a puppy and her integration into the main group. She’s really happy to see Mark and the team on arrival and just loves hanging out with the pack! The team did a great job of looking after her while we were on holidays too. Neo has been attending Bayside Dog Lounge since COVID lockdowns were lifted around Oct 2020. We had tried so many different places but each time, he'd come home really anxious. Neo absolutely loves Mark and the team! He's happy to get dropped off & comes home a very happy boy. Mark took us on as clients even though his clientele list was full, explaining he only books X amount of dogs a day so that each pooch gets the attention & care they deserve. Mark and his team are the best in the business. Always going above and beyond to make sure all the dogs are enjoying their stay. I have trusted Mark with my dogs for 12 years and I don't trust very many people to look after them but I can relax when they are at Bayside dog lounge knowing that they are in professional and caring hands.
