Dog Sitters in Weddington, NC

Mary is very reliable and on the ball. She takes care of things. My dog Iko, loved her and was following her around ( a good sign of attachment !!) I really like talking to Mary; she is intelligent and interesting.

Alison was an amazing sitter for Norman. She was kind, calm and warm in her interactions. I could tell when I left that Norman would warm up to her and I was right! She left the house in tip top condition including washing the sheets and making the bed. She is an excellent sitter and an amazing human. I'd love to have her back.

Shannon and her friend did a good job with Deegan. The house was spotless when I return. They had even made me a pie! They handle the snow and power outage just fine. A little more communication and pictures of their contact with Deegan would have been helpful. He loves to be petted.

Well first of all, sadly our originally sitters cancelled on us a week before Memorial Day weekend. We were unsure who we would find on such short notice but then we got a message from Blake (goes by Blake - real name Matthew). Holy Cow we were ever so lucky!! After some communication, easily able to FaceTime then he booked his flight. Blake came a couple days before the sit and it was fabulous hosting & getting to know him. Then we left for the long weekend and the house & our dog Bruce was taken care of with 110% effort. Awesome updates letting us know how everything was doing . Our dog Bruce isn’t the “cutest or easiest” dog to take care of due to his sassy behavior with his barking but Blake was an absolute awesome sitter who took care of all of Bruce’s quirky personality traits. We came home to a great looking house with a happy dog. Blake will always have a place to stay or dogsit wherever the Barneys go. Hope our paths meet again 

Taylor was a fantastic pet sitter and took good care of Yuki and our home while we were away for 10 days. She communicated very well and was very responsive to messages before and during the sit. She took Yuki on walks and to the dog park and also organized a play date with her friend's dog. She sent a picture and video of Yuki, which was really nice. She left the house very neat and tidy when we got home (trash was taken out, dishwasher was emptied, sheets were taken off the bed, laundry was already done, etc.). She also took care of our plants and they are thriving! We would love to have Taylor back to pet sit for us again!

Rachel was wonderful with our dog Luna and we enjoyed chatting with her before we left on our trip. She sent numerous updates, helped keep our pipes from freezing during a cold spell, and left the house looking great. We'd gladly have her come stay again!

Emily took great care of our parrots for an entire month. She sent us updates and videos regularly and left the house super clean. Her dog stayed too, and we all learned he doesn’t like thunder storms when he did some anxiety chewing. Emily immediately let us know and offered to pay for the damaged shoe. Things happen, right? I highly recommend Emily as a sitter!

This was our second time inviting Jade to house/pet sit for our 2 dogs and 2 cats. Jade is communicative and caring - I can feel how loving she is to our pets and respectful to our home. We are already hoping she can sit for us again soon!

Pate was a fine pet/house sitter. Her communication about arrival/departure and about taking care of Lucy was excellent. Lucy and Pate seemed to have a good time together and the house was in great shape when I got home. I would recommend Pate for a sit.

Theresa and Kevin were absolutely amazing. They took amazing care of our Twizzy, always communicated quickly, sent pictures, and left our house extremely clean. They even washed all the sheets and towels when we told them they didn't need to and left us sweet treats. I would 100% recommend them and would welcome them back anytime!

Jenelle was a fantastic house sitter and had an incredible bond with our dog Figgy! She left our home tidy and clean with plants watered and happy. We will definitely reach out to her for future home and dog sitting.

Shay was a great sitter for Kobe. He is a large, high energy puppy and she had no problems with him at all. Shay was very responsive, sending me pictures and updates. The house was very neat and clean when I arrivied home. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend Shay as a sitter.
