We had a great experience with Ally. She treated our home and dogs with such care and consideration, it was like having a trusted friend look after them. Communication was a breeze; she was always just a message away and genuinely interested in understanding our dogs' routines and quirks. In particular, we appreciated Ally’s experience with older dogs. We have an elderly pug who requires special attention, including medication and help with stairs, which she handled with ease. Ally also made sure our active cattle dog was exercised daily. When we returned, our dogs were content, and our house was well cared for. We would love to work with Ally again if the opportunity arises!
Eleni was kind and open, clear in the communication before, during and after the homesitting. Her home was cozy in the middle of the pijp, very central. Fatos and Fistik were lovely cats and I enjoyed their company!
Thank you Penny and Jim for a wonderful sitting experience! Your warmth and hospitality were much appreciated, not to mention the local caught seafood and veggies & berries from your gardens. Brady is such a sweet cat and reminded us of the feral cat we had for almost 20 years. He especially seems to love the under chin rubs! The views of the water, mountains & islands never get old but also appreciate the convenience to Olympic Park trailheads and Sequim amenities literally minutes away. Just a great location for all the recreation and exploring the region offers. We definitely hope to be back!
I've loved my stay in Carol and John's beautiful home! Dash and Coco are the sweetest, most good natured dogs and I'm going to miss them lots. There's a good choice of walks and you're about 15 mins away from an amazing coastal walk that I highly recommend. I was made to feel very welcome before I arrived and when I did get there for a chat prior to Carol and John leaving for the airport. A great experience all round 🙂
We had the best time looking after Oni, Kronk and Ratchet! Firstly, they are absolute sweethearts, so affectionate and gentle. Playtime was hilarious- they all have so much character and constantly made us laugh! Oni is the cutest wrinkly boy, he loved climbing in my jumper for warmth and being held like a big baby. Ratchet was always the first to come up and get cosy with us, she's super sweet and loves when you play with her feather. Kronk, the bread maker of the trio, kept us company while cooking and was just generally so adorable (I am running out of words to describe how lovely they all are!) We were also very lucky to look after Olive this time, a chilled and ball obsessed Frenchie. She warmed to us straight away and we loved spending time in her company. She is a dream on the lead and we really enjoyed letting her off in the field to chase her tennis balls. This housesit was one to remember, not only a lovely clean house and beautiful animals, but it was so nice to message Lara while we were there. We felt very comfortable and found the communication and whole process great! You can tell all the pets are so loved and happy, it was such a pleasure to care for them and we can't wait to see the naked trio again. Thank you so much for having us!
Taking care of Rocky, although he's getting on in years, was an enjoyable and heartwarming experience. Despite needing a bit of extra help now and then, his affectionate nature made everything worthwhile. He is very easygoing but a bit grumpy and stubborn at times, but loves cuddling up to you and spending time together. Rocky might not be up for long walks anymore, but his playful spirit kept us smiling. Jessica’s comfortable apartment has a fantastic view on the Zugspitze (Germany’s highest mountain) and is close to centre of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Stores are close and we had the opportunity to have a good German meal (although ordered a Wiener Schnitzel ;) ) in a one of the many closely restaurants. Wandering around in the centre was a delight with the Christmas markets in the snow. Jessica was great with communication, giving us all the info we needed, which made the whole experience seamless. The first night we had a little catch-up to know Jess, who’s an open and warm person, welcomed us in her home as if we were already friends. All in all, it was a lovable, memorable and rewarding stay!!
Alina and Justin were the perfect hosts. They have a lovely apartment in a nice area of SF. Just a short walk to the dog area in Alamo park with the Painted Ladies. Yingyang is a dream to look after. He is so laid back and easygoing. And loves any food. He is very good off leash in the park and loves playing with the other dogs. I have completely fallen in love with Yingyang and would love to sit for him again

I have boarded my dog at Lazy Dog Crazy Dog West Seattle a few times for about 15 nights total. The staff here has been consistently kind, compassionate, and communicative. It always felt as if someone was happy to see my dog when she arrived and that she was well loved while here. Unfortunately, on my dog's most recent stay here, she sustained some out-of-the-ordinary injuries on both her back paws and needed to be picked up early for a vet visit. The three staff members I spoke to about this incident were empathetic, however the situation could not be explained. Because of this most recent stay, my dog will no longer attend boarding here.
After moving to Seattle, finding a facility that could accommodate Covy’s energetic ways almost seemed impossible until Lazy Dog Crazy Dog entered the picture. The staff has been incredibly kind and patient in learning Covy’s mannerisms. He has the best time there whether it’s daycare or boarding. Can’t recommend them enough! Covy especially loves his weekly bath time as part of the monthly package (and so do we #doublecoatdoglife)!
I would recommend anybody looking for a dog daycare or boarding facility to consider here. They know all the dog breeds and their peculiarities well, with some staff certified in dog first aid/ cpr, and the place has staff around 24/7. I've been dropping my dog off here for the last few months, and it is amazingly helpful. My german shepherd dog is very energetic, and their play area is spacious enough that he can run around and get the exercise he needs while I'm at work. The staff are amazing here as well. Each seems to know every dog by name, their breed, and their personality. Talking with them every day, I get to learn who my dog is friends with and how his day went. Beyond that, they are willing to be flexible with our pickup/ drop-off times given that work schedules aren't always perfect. Lazy Dog Crazy Dog gets a 5/5 from me because without them, my dog would have a much lower quality of life being at home by himself most of the week.
I started going here because I needed a place whereby Boston terrier could interact with other dogs and get used to being boarded so that we can go on vacation someday. He's been very shy being around other dogs loves people. What I really love is because they have treated him so well and had him in the correct area of dogs He's starting to be more social so it's working. They're great people to work with and it was really easy to book appointments and they're very accommodating for any needs that come up regarding your pet. I highly recommend as a loving and safe place. I just hope they have the prep class for the dogs at the West Seattle site.
I take two of my dogs here 3-5 times a week and they're both pretty young. I love this place. My dogs are well cared for and get that energy out. The staff have been nothing but nice, helpful, personable, and excellent. My pooches are always worn out when they get home and are better behaved. Strong recommend
I left my dog Freddie here and they were absolutely wonderful! the best care he's ever gotten from a place like this. Andrew was amazing with Freddie and will definitely be coming back
Someone has always answered the door for our very early morning drop offs. They accommodate our unpredictable work schedules without making us feel bad or giving us hassle. We can expect phone calls with issues good or bad so I know they pay attention. The workers are friendly and make the interactions pleasant.
We love LCDC. The staff is kind and attentive and always has some nice details to tell us about our girl Mona: which other dog she played with or just how happy she was to get pets and scritches. We appreciate the fun add-ons and enrichments they offer. Special shout out to Denise and the whole team who clearly care so much about the dogs.
Love this place. Its clear that the staff here care deeply about the dogs and they take care of them very well. Denise in particular has always been very kind and helpful to me
I boarded my dog for the first time, and when I picked her up, she acted skittish and had abrasions on her belly and a couple of deep/long scratches on her flank. As I've never boarded before, I don't know if this is something to be expected. The people were very nice and seemed to like caring for the dogs, but due to the scratches and her odd behavior on the first day back home, I wasn't thrilled with the experience. 1/9 update: my one year-old dog has been peeing on the back deck and in the house since she got back from boarding. I am guessing it is because this facility does not have an outdoor area for dogs to do their business. If you are boarding your pup, I recommend that you find a place that does have an outdoor area
I have been using Patricia's service for the past 2 years. She is the best! Always flexible and accomodating, even with my irregular work schedule. My mini dachshund adores her, and would probably choose to walk with Patty over me. 100 percent recommed for those who need someone to take care of their loved ones.
I was referred to Ravenna Pets and I highly recommend it! Patty was wonderfully kind and patient with my senior dog Roco during his last few years of life, and has excellent communications. Your pets will be in good hands with her!
We love Patty so much! She is the kindest soul and we trust her implicitly! Takes the very best care of our Pippa and loves her as her own.
We love Mr. Pups Pet Care! The owner and staff are amazing - they are responsive, friendly, and welcoming. They love all kinds of furry friends and we absolutely trust them to take good care of ours. The grooming sessions are short as they only take one dog at a time and do not leave your pup in a cage. Our pup always comes home with the best hair cut, nail trim, ear and teeth cleaning. The groomer is very experienced and produces amazing work, exactly to your liking! Highly recommend!!
What can I say about the most amazing & best pet service and staff around! Our pup, Millie, has been loved and cared for by everyone from Max (owner), to Joey (groomer), to Niko (dog park sitter extraordinaire) to Jessica (overnight boarding) and everyone in between and the consensus is that our golden retriever adores everyone! For that we are so grateful and the communication and updates are top notch! Highly recommend for pretty much all your dog needs ❤️. The Mr. Pups gang is truly family for our Millie 🙏
Max is one of my dog’s top favorite humans of all time. We love Mr Pups so much that it was the #1 heart break when we moved out of their service area. Max has known my dog since she was 9 weeks old. Her experience with Mr Pups was a crucial part of her social development. Can’t say enough great things about Max, Lewis, and the rest of the gang. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Max and his crew are amazing! My dog loves going to daycare/walks with them and she always comes home happy and exhausted. Everyone is so attentive and I really appreciate how much they care about dogs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for daycare/dog walking/grooming services!
We love this place! Joey takes the best care of Wally and sends him home looking so beautiful and smelling so clean. They have always been beyond accommodating which has been really helpful for us. Highly recommend this doggy spa and Joey for your dogs!
Max and his team are not only professional and great with dogs but incredibly good people. I know that when my dog is with them shes having the time of her life, being loved and playing outside - I trust them with my dogs life! If you need any kind of help with your dog - park trips, boarding, or grooming - look no further.
Max and his team are the sweetest and most thoughtful dog walkers and sitters. This team is very professional, great at communication and truly care about the doggies they watch. It is so satisfying seeing how happy Wally gets when Max shows up at the front door for his day of adventure and always comes back well exercised. The new grooming salon is a such a boon to the company as well. It's made it so easy to get him groomed now, we just add it to a day of walking and he comes home all washed and trimmed up looking fancy! We love Mr. Pups!
Me Pups is an amazing doggie daycare, walking and grooming service!!! I highly recommend. Our pup spends time this the pack two times a week.
My 9 year old husky has always had a major problem going to a grooming parlor until she met Joey and the Mr Pups grooming salon! She saunters in ( previously she used to buck and scream to even get her into a salon! ), greets Joey and has a sniff around. She sings while she is bathed … of course! She is a husky !!!! …. But she comes home happy, relaxed and showing no anxiety at all which is VERY different to the last several years. Joey is amazing … calm, gentle, thorough bathing, superb manicure and he is QUICK .. in and out in 90 mins or less. Gold star all round! Can’t recommend him more highly. Thank you, Joey and the Mr Pups Team!
SO happy to of met Max at the dog park to help with our VERY active doberman/shepherd/lab mix. I trust Max and all of his dog walkers with Indy and it feels so nice to have a trusted business to take care of Indy when we are away on vacation. We have utilized in home sitters as well as Indy going to our regular dog walkers home. They provide lots of communication and pictures so I know she is having the best time. It's such a relief to have found excellent dog care. My family highly recommends Mr. Pups Dog Care for all your dog needs. Can't wait to try the new grooming salon!
As owners of a reactive and sometimes rowdy pup I cannot recommend this place enough. We were paired with a walker, Jade, who was experienced with reactive/protective dogs. From the minute she met our dog wr knew she'd be a great fit, she did absolutely everything right and I swear he was better behaved when we got back. Very much worth every penny and we can't wait to work with her again. Thank you Jade and Strut The Pup for a stellar experience!
