It's hard to find people you trust to look after your home and pet but this is NOT a worry with Becca. I posted my listing a little last minute for a week long trip I had in December and Becca was able to stay the entire duration and we had a great video chat before hand. Becca sent me daily updates which included photos and videos of my cat who is very shy and does not like to be like alone over night. My cat warmed so quickly to Becca which speaks to her superpower of being an amazing animal sitter. I did not have a single worry about my apartment or cat while I was away. Becca left my place spotless and also left small thoughtful touches that make coming home that much better. Do not hesitate to welcome Becca into your home - you will not regret it!
Sitting for Kim was a total pleasure, Ern and Aggie were the sweetest cats, and the area was really interesting with lots to explore and also easy to get to other interesting london spots and central London should you wish to explore, I really enjoyed exploring the nearby coffee shops etc and the Horniman museum , aquarium and butterfly house . I had hours of fun/cuddles , and the sit was a pleasure as they were both very welcoming and made me feel comfortable in their kitt-home - the front room is a sun trap and the garden is lovely - I also really appreciated the effort to get me some basic groceries ahead of the sit. Such a fab and fun stay, wishing you all the best for future travels! -Beth
I can absolutely recommend sitting Cappy and Leo for Dan and Craig! They are lovely people (the humans as well as the cats), very generous hosts and really a joy to be around! I got to spend some time with Dan and Craig before the sit began and had a wonderful time getting to know both of them and the ins and outs of their absolute dreamboat of a home. They are friendly, fun and real people and they love their cats to bits. I was genuinely sad to be leaving without getting to hang out with them again and had such a wonderful stay with my boyfriend in the very good vibes they've created in their home. The cats are both super sweet and have a lot of character which makes them a really cute and funny bunch to be around and especially in the mornings and evenings they are wonderfully cuddly. Also learned some fantastic recipes from them, so an absolute win all around. Thanks so much Dan and Craig - would come again anytime and hope to stay in touch! Xx
It was a lovely experience to take care of Hikari for Fanny and Luis. ❤️ The communication was perfect and eerie found everything we needed for our stay, also we had lots of info about Hikari's needs so we could handle it easily. Despite of being in a different timezone, it was a smooth communication. Hikari is a lovely and beautiful cat. She loves to be around, play with her toys, explore the balcony and she is open to cuddles. An amazing companion during the day. 🥰 The house was organized and clean and we found everything we needed for our stay including an space to work. Even though the house is located outside Luxemburg city, there's a bus that stops right in front of the house and connects you to the capital in 30 minutes or you can take a train after a short walk to reach anywhere in Luxemburg for free, considering that the train, tram and buses are free in Luxemburg and you can easily visit amazing cafes, historical places and beautiful landscapes. Very enjoyable relaxing housesit. Awesome quiet and beautifully remote location. Great hiking just around the house with with the dogs and cats as hiking partners. This is a good housesit for someone who can handle large dogs and quiet nights. The 2 hens produced eggs for breakfast! We can't wait to come back even just for a visit.
Our time at Karen's place with her two boys couldn't have been more perfect. From the get-go, Karen was responsive, communicative, detailed, generous and thoughtful. She provided thorough written instructions and even took the time to write out pages of things to do, restaurants and bars to check into, and places to go to get the most out of Austin. It shows a lot about an owner when she is concerned about your comfort, repeatedly checks in to make sure you're doing well, and goes the second mile to do thoughtful things for you. Karen had her Christmas decorations up and tree lit with a timer, groceries organized for our arrival, and little gifts and treats set out for us. Her home is hip, cozy and well equipped with plenty of space. The boys, Koda and Juno, are sweet, fun and easy to care for. Each has his own, unique personality and we grew to love both of them over our days spent with them. They are super affectionate and the best snugglers. I highly recommend this sit because of Karen, her two little dogs, her cool house, and all the fun, enjoyable things Austin has to offer. I feel lucky we were chosen to do this sit!
I had a wonderful sit in Holyoke caring for the amazing Dalton! Emily is a lovely person and a great communicator. She went over everything I needed to know, and I felt very comfortable in her place. Dalton is just absolutely wonderful. He loves to be brushed and petted and he definitely likes his food and treats! : ) I felt very lucky that I got to spend time with him.
