Frances and Bertie made us very welcome. We went through everything before they left . Puzzle and Purdy were lovely and enjoyed their walks. We miss them. Lovely fresh eggs every day. It was a really lovely sit and we wouldn’t hesitate to sit again.
Highly recommend Eddie & Loki. Home is clean and in a safe neighborhood. Near to public transportation, a grocery store, and some restaurants. Loki is friendly and energetic - you’ll get tired before Loki does! Eddie was clear with guidelines and available in case anything were to come up while he was away. Can’t wait to see them again! I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Lorraine and Steve’s beautiful home and caring for Mr Wonderful - Benny. The home is spotless, beautiful decorated, well appointed, and cozy comfortable. Their home is nestled in the woods, but close to everything. Sure there were a few water issues, what homeowner doesn’t have maintenance problems. Lorraine and Steve were in constant communication, had their most-capable repair person on it immediately. The issues were resolved expeditiously. I was offered to stay in a hotel and use off their health club until everything was fixed. I was even reimbursed for some clothing that were ruined. Most generous and gracious hosts. Caring for Benny - well there was nothing to it. Mr Wonderful was friendly, well behaved, and fun to be around. His eating was well scheduled and his business well trained. I was made to feel welcomed and at home from our first meeting and all through my stay. What a pleasure!
I was received very warmly. Everything was shown and explained to me in detail. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 25 to the airport. A great apartment, nicely furnished and you have your own room I had an incredibly wonderful time with the two. Benjamin and Lola are two very uncomplicated dogs and absolutely adorable. I have taken them very much to heart and drove from a laughing and crying eye. Many thanks to Christian and Yolandi, for the confidence shown. I would be very happy to come again. Absolutely recommendable. Thanks for everything!
We had an enjoyable few days house and pet sitting for Elizabeth and Ben in their gorgeous modern house just a minute's walk from the beach. They are a lovely family that welcomed us into their home. Our bedroom was gorgeous, overlooking the beach. Leo was no trouble at all. Well behaved and generally looked after himself. We would highly recommend this housesit to anyone considering visiting this area.
This was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I had the pleasure of connecting with Marilee prior to the handover, who was thorough with instructions and things i might look out for. The animals are all very sweet and well-mannered. I was definitely in good company. The home was clean and cozy. I enjoyed building fires to keep the chill off. The area is full of natural beauty and seemingly endless paths to walk. I recommend this stay to anyone who is attentive and comfortable in a more remote setting. It truly was ideal for me and i'd love to return someday!
