Phillipa and David were wonderful, loving and caring with our 6 fur babies. They all looked happy and healthy on our return. Communication was brilliant, we felt we could message any time for an update and we were kept well informed. When we got home Phillipa had a delicious vegan stew ready for us, which we were very grateful for 🙏 Our home was kept clean and tidy and David even did some gardening, keeping our garden looking beautiful. Thank you both so much, hopefully you will be seeing you again next time.

Val and Ornella were great, they kept us updated on the cats and left the house very clean and tidy. The cats were indifferent to us getting back which is always a great sign that they've had loads of attention! We'd invite Val and Ornella to sit again without hesitation

Mary looked after Shiva and Kali for a week and was everything we hoped for; plus, the cats loved her! She was helpful before she came, communicative while we were away and left the house (and cats) spotless for our return. Our two Burmese are demanding customers and report that they would love to see Mary again. Just purrfect; thank you Mary.

Sophie was bloody brilliant from start to finish. Great communication. Sophie provided regular updates about our pup and was very self sufficient. Left our place in the exact same condition that we left it and we can’t recommend her enough. Thanks again Sophie

Loni and Will were amazing! We have a rescue who is nervous of visitors in our home so they came twice to take her for a walk with us to help her feel more at ease with them before the house sit. They just seem to understand dogs and my two seemed to settle with them very quickly. They sent lots of videos and updates which was very reassuring and also dealt with a couple of unexpected housing problems without a fuss or any issues. The house was left clean and tidy and we would have no hesitation in recommending them or leaving our dogs and house in their care again. Thank you Loni and Will!

Jas took care of my cat, Jamesy, while I was in San Francisco. She did a great job, providing James with the special food and playtime he needs. Jas sent me multiple pictures and videos of James each day, which really put me at ease. I was super happy to see how well she followed my instructions and took great care of James. I did face a couple of challenges during the sit. Jas mentioned that my apartment was messy and suggested I either have it cleaned or find someone else to take care of James. Given this really short notice, this was quite stressful for me since I was in a different continent and timezone, making it difficult to find a replacement quickly. However, we quickly found a solution, hired a cleaning crew and moved forward. Additionally, I noticed that some of my things were kept in different places from where I usually keep them. While this is a minor issue, it was a bit annoying to find things out of place. Despite these hiccups, I appreciate the care Jas provided to Jamesy and would recommend her as a sitter for your pets with the consideration of these small adjustments.

It was a pleasure to have Neil & Anne taking care of the cats and the home. Both cats immediately accepted their masters for the week :D What I really appreciated was even to share some golden secrets for best coffee and cake for someone who appreciate a real treat! :D As preferred, I received daily pictures of my furry friends, and came home to a clean home. Thanks for your stay and welcome back!

I’d happily recommend Denise as a pet sitter, very easy to communicate with, sent daily updates (despite me having limited coverage to be able to respond) and left the house clean and tidy.

We were so impressed by Vanessa, she's fantastic! From our first meeting, she was very organized, thoughtful and asked smart questions. You can tell that she has a wealth of experience with animals and enjoys giving each pet the personalized attention and care they need. Our 2 cats needed a lot of very specific care and Vanessa absolutely nailed it, remembering important details and making fast friends with normally very shy cat Miko. Each morning, she sent us updates about the cats and some adorable pictures. When one of our cats started throwing up, she expertly relayed the information, proactively telling us what she was doing to help - this really put our minds at ease. Vanessa is also an incredibly thoughtful person. She left our apartment spotless, even going above and beyond to purchase a laundry card and clean her own sheets before leaving. We appreciate her incredible kindness and generosity and would happily host her again!

Colette and Jonathan returned to us for their third stay and as previously they did a wonderful job! Everything was left exceptionally clean and tidy and all the animals were very happy and relaxed. They kept us updated with messages and photos and we knew that everything was in good hands. Highly recommended.

Can’t imagine better pet/house sitters than Natalie and Joe. Really lovely, friendly reliable people. The house was beautifully looked after, and my pets have never been happier. I could totally relax while away knowing everything was being taken care of. Can’t recommend them enough

Ally was a fantastic cat sitter....she was super friendly, very conscientious, attentive to detail and what needed to be done. She kept us up to date with photos of Leon and looked after him really well. the house was also very clean and tidy on our return. Really reliable and fully trustworthy. We'd fully recommend her as we were delighted.

Sally came and sat for us at very short notice and she was a perfect pet sitter. Such a lovely lady, Sally was well organised, she kept in contact daily with us regarding what Freddie our cat was up to, sending photos as well. Sally left the house lovely and clean and tidy and all in all was just what you would wish for in a sitter. Highly recommend.

Thank you Sheila, Neil and Evan for looking after our home and our precious boy Milo so well. We arrived home to a very happy dog, a sparkling clean and tidy house, beds stripped/washed and some wonderful, thoughtful gifts on the table. From the moment we first spoke to Sheila we knew we were in very safe hands. As a family, they are very experienced sitters, and clearly focus on meeting the needs of the pet(s) they look after before anything else, which we found very reassuring. They came prepared (having read the guide) and were ready to hit the ground running. Sheila sent us daily updates with photos, which was much appreciated as we love to see how our boy is doing. A really lovely, warm family that we would have no hesitation in recommending. We would love to welcome them back in the future.

Leo and Miri came to look after our two dogs, two cats and nine chickens for five weeks. I honestly couldn't fault them. We felt so lucky to have them holding the fort while we were away. They were completely wonderful from start to finish. Great communication and they appeared really responsible and attentive right from our very first zoom call where Leo impressively took notes for the entire conversation. They were so loving, caring and nurturing towards our animals, sending photos and updates regularly, we really felt that they were in the best hands. Various things needed attending at our house while we were gone (that we hadn't anticipated) and they dealt with them brilliantly, and efficiently. We were so grateful for their help, patience and understanding. They left our home immaculate (I think actually cleaner and tidier than we left it) and they clearly took pride in looking after our home as if it was their own. I really hope they will come back in the future and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Leo and Miri!

Shelley and Steve sat for us to care for Fred our cat. They were a lovely couple that were just perfect. They communicated well with us, sent us photos of Fred whilst we were away and even stripped and washed their bedding before we came home to a lovely tidy house.

There are not enough kind words to say about Amanda. Not only did she travel all the way from the UK to sit for my trio of fluff in Seattle, she brought light and happiness energy with her. I received daily greetings of well adjusted and content kitties from her (they especially loved spending movie night with her) which made me feel at ease as I was across the country away on holiday. I came home to a magnificently tidy and pristinely clean house and the happiest of kitties as well - they all miss Amanda now that she has left. Thank you again for everything!!
