Dan is a great host and made us feel very welcome. He showed us around and gave us great tips in his welcome guide. Ziggy is a great dog who loves to play football if you can believe it. He and Sophie played the entire time together and clearly enjoyed themselves. Ziggy is very well behaved in the parks, in cafés and restaurants. He is bit a afraid of loud motorbikes and you really have to hold on tight but that is quite understandable. We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place very much and hope to come back soon 😃
We had a lovely stay with Louie & Stella. They are so much fun and sweet cats. They are both very low maintenance and are very content cats. Sunshine, play and attention goes a long way. They kept us company while working and when we relaxed at night watching television. They also liked to follow us around and Stella does a lovely acrobatic act on the amazing stairwell. The house was in a great location, clean and tidy. We went for nightly walks and had lots of furry and feathered visitors like deer, raccoons, a groundhog (named Stanley by Paige), chipmunks etc. Paige was great in her communication, very friendly and she showed me around before we started the petsit. We can recommended spending your time with Louie and Stella.
This is a wonderful house it! Cynthia is such a gentle, tender soul and she loves company. If you are sitting on the couch she will make her way over to you and nestle up beside you. She will also follow you around as you move room to room. She is truly a sweetheart. Isabelle was wonderful as well! She was great at communicating, left me detailed video instructions, and truly made me feel at home in her beautiful apartment! Thank you for such a lovely time!
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Lindsay and Ben’s cozy home. We enjoyed a movie on the projector, had delicious nespresso in the morning, and adored hanging out with Benjamin! It was a great location to check out the city and try new restaurants. A few cool things about the home: the kitchen floor is heated and so is the toilet! Benjamin was such a sweet cat! He warmed up to me really fast after offering his churu treat. We enjoyed lots of cuddles and he even slept in the bed with me! He layed on my lap while I enjoyed my coffee each morning. Giving him his medication was no problem with the instructions Lindsay provided. Linsday left a very detailed guide on everything in the home (each room has a label), including how to pill Benjamin. He’s a smart cat, so don’t be dismayed if he spits the pill out at first (especially with new people). He took it well crushed up in his churu treat the first time and cut in half the next day! I would love to stay and sit for Lindsay and Ben again. They are a text or phone call away if you ever have a question and super kind awesome people! 😊
I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of Elsa and Clarence! Such gentle doggie souls who just love to cuddle up & offer you one of their teddies. And Clarence took me on guided tours around the town - each day he would take me on a new route so I got to see some sights I would definitely have missed out on had he not pointed them out! Kay was super helpful in all ways. Making sure I was comfortable in her lovely home and let me know the good eateries to go explore over the course of my stay. We got on well from the get go & I would love to come and sit again in the future. I'm missing Clarence & Elsa already, as we became fast friends by the end of my stay. And Dunmore East itself is a lovely seaside town, with great views and kind people.
We thoroughly enjoyed caring for Shirley’s home and the very playful Josie! Shirley was concerned about our comfort and was well prepared for our visit. It would be hard to find a dog that is easier to look after than Josie! She loves her walks and chasing after toys in the fenced yard. When playtime is over she curls up in her bed or sits quietly beside you. I’m smiling now when I think about her! We highly recommend a housesit for Shirley. You won’t want to miss the opportunity!
