Cheryl and Chris were friendly welcoming hosts. They had ample guides and instructions to hand for any issues that might have arisen, though none did. What appeared as a full on feeding and caring regime for Gracie, Mars and Mabel infact was quite simple with the instructions and meal/medication preparation Cheryl had done prior to our arrival. All dogs were walked by J, the local dog walker, Monday to Friday plus Mars and Mabel have doggy day care twice a week, so the caring was shared. We also gave them extra walks each day along the nature walks near us. The pooches loved snuggling up any opportunity they got and were very happy just to sit with us.
Lovely Black Panther Miisu that's quite independent with the most cutest and unique Miau I've ever heard. Great communication and prep of the flat. Very cool and cosy object close to Zurich - top spot and super well equipped. A definate recommendation to have Miisu and very sympatic, supporting, well organized and super friendly pat parents Iulia and Elrich. Very happy they were having me - Big Thanks!
We had a lovely sit at Briony’s. They were organised and welcoming, giving us all the info we needed ahead of time and the handover was extremely smooth. It was a lovely clean house and perfect location. Tinkerbell and Pippin were so gorgeous!! They were playful and sweet and loved a cuddle here and there. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again guys! 😊

We can not say enough positive praise for Hound and Country Pet Care. We have used them for dog and cat care for over 8 years with 4 different dogs and 2 cats. From senior dogs who required special senior dog care to young rescue dogs, 6 months old, requiring special training. Their care and dogs walks enabled business travel and working outside the house. They are smart and well educated about pet care and we have benefited from both their care and advice. This continues to provide us with peace of mind when we are not able to be at home. We are so grateful and highly recommend them based on our experiences.

Dingos is the best doggy daycare, boarding, walking, and training! Scooby started attending last fall, and during that time, we have utilized all the services offered. The owner and staff are very in tune with dogs and their needs, cornerstoned on animal and human safety! The portal to sign up for services is easy to use, and the staff is great if you need any help! They are active on social media, so sometimes you will get a nice look into the day your pup is having. Shout out to Nancy, the owner, for her care and concern and excellent communication. Marylin, one of the bus drivers and Scooby's walker, is terrific with my dog and a pleasure to chat with during drop-offs/pick-ups. Fae was outstanding for a short little overnight boarding we needed last month. Lastly, Chelsey, their resident expert behavioral dog trainer, has been essential for our success by helping Scooby not only learn some much-needed basics but also helping us through some challenging situations. Another plus is that they offer fun "experience" add-ons for the daycare. Such as puzzle time, glam photo sessions, mini walks, and even some one-on-one fetch time!
Dingo's has been a godsend after getting our rescue pup earlier this year. The staff is truly genuine in their love for dogs, and they go above and beyond in trying to accommodate and build an environment that is safe and fun for these pups. Not only does our dog have fun, but she comes home exhausted and that gives us a much needed break from the puppy madness - double win! Owner Nancy was also super helpful in finding a unique solution for me to find a place for my pup to stay when my entire family needed to attend an out of state funeral. Dingos is the best! The staff will love and care for your dog as if it is one of their own. When I first brought my dog to them, she was very nervous and frightful. They were patient and gave her extra love to make sure she felt comfortable. Now my dog cannot wait to run into the yard and play. They are always accommodating, and will even send you photos of your pup having fun throughout the day. I wouldn’t send my girl anywhere else! Penny and Nala absolutely LOVE Dingos. The staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming with our new pup. Everytime we mention “dingos” both their ears go up and they get so excited to go. Our dog Ralph has been going to Dingos for almost a year and I could not have more great things to say about them. Dingo's has been a wonderful experience for our dog Raz! Each and every staff we have ever interacted with has been extremely kind and professional. Raz is very timid and anxious, but she has slowly been getting more comfortable in going each week. The administrative staff is also excellent in answering questions around their services and billing. Joe has been taking care of our lab boy, Beethoven, since he was merely a puppy, less than a year old. We made a switch to Boneanza after not liking our previous daycare, and there has never been one bad day with Joe since the day we brought our boy there. Beethoven has left every day wagging his tail and is always excited to go to “camp” as we like to call it. We love Joe and all of Boneanza. They also walk the dogs multiple times a day without question where other places charge you to do anything beyond the bare minimum with your dog. Joe also makes sure the pups are always in a safe and secure environment. Joe even helped teach us some Training tactics and continues to do so as we raise our boy. I write this because we care so much about who we leave our boy with, who he grows up with, and Joe and Boneanza was for sure the right choice.
Joe is our hero. Seven years now with him and he’s become family to our pup. He treats all dogs as if they’re his own, but he’s also an expert in their safety and is able to calmly bring a group of mixed sized dogs all together to play safely. We’ve used many facilities in the past and there would always be some incidents with other dogs - not with Joe! Oh, and he’s also a decent and funny guy too.
We used this service for a month for our elderly dog and Joe was flexible, reliable, professional and above all kind. He was more than willing to work with us in terms of schedule and Gerry developed a strong bond with him! I'd recommend him any day and will use his services in the future for any boarding we will need in the north shore. Joe is the best!

We've been customers of Boneanza for over 13 years and have had three different dogs there. It's a fantastic place for our dogs to hang out while we're at work. Our dogs have always been excited to arrive in the morning and tired but happy when we pick them up. Owner Joe is truly the "alpha dog" and has a special connection with the dogs, keeping everyone happy, engaged and getting along. In addition to multiple walks during the day, Joe and his employees play with the dogs during the day, keeping them busy chasing tennis balls, Kong toys, et cetera. Also, for train commuters Boneanza is just a five minute walk from Beverly Depot.

I recently moved to MA with a Vizsla puppy. The staff at Wags has been exceptional - great communication, caring, empathetic and knowledgable and friendly. I feel great about leaving my young dog in their care. I also receive training there - I love the location, the facility and I think the positive reinforcement training is professional and well delivered. They teach owners how to train and it's so much more than other places I explored. HIGHLY recommend!
We've been shopping around for a good trainer for the past several years and landed at Wags several months ago. We were impressed on day one! The positive reinforcement training is as much behavior training as it is obedience training, far more than the standard basic dog training methods of the past. Carol Watkins has amazing insight to animal behavior and a dog's ability to digest a process as opposed to trainers who teach obedience commands. Most training establishments offer education for their clients' dog's; whereas, Wags trains the owners, who train their dogs. Her application of behavior analysis step-by-step approach of owner training includes body posture, eye contact, tone of voice, how the dog perceives the owner and breaks down techniques to improve the owner's communication with their dogs. Each command is broken down in multiple physical phases before introducing the verbal and visual command, making it easier for the dogs to digest and learn each desired action. Carol also encourages the owners to ignore bad behavior by redirecting the attention to a positive action. Consequences such as scolding / punishing to modify behavior (a taboo at Wags) are replaced by positive reinforcement to achieve specific results. She taught us to use the dog's natural instincts for certain behavior, giving the dog time to process the request vs. the desire initially to achieve immediate results. This added patience encouraged us to get to know our dog's characteristics and personality, resulting in better communication to achieve our desired actions without consequences, encouraging the dog's to make the right choice, influenced by the reward of the clicker followed by a treat (or "super" treat if earned)! Carol's energy and positive attitude is infectious and made learning fun! The positive motivational training works!! I've learned more in the past few months from Carol Watkins and Sydney Bates than I have in 30 years of dog classes! Wags has a unique and amazing staff!!! They deserve more stars than the rating offers!!!!
Carol is an AMAZING trainer. I called her for an in-home consult after a move that was affecting my dogs. She takes her job very seriously and gave me a workable plan. We then enrolled in the Wags Basic Manners Class with our two girls and they improved GREATLY. We will be back for Level 2!

I have used Tina's pet services several times to care for my cats when I was away, She goes above and beyond, She left notes of what the cats did each day, brought toys for them to play with while she was there. She doesn't just feed and empty litter box, she actually spends time with them. She is the best.

We always recommend them to all our fellow dog parents; I really can’t say enough about how wonderful Kathy and the rest of the staff are. After having several bad experiences at other kennels, this is amazing. Our pup is nervous of new people and places, but after his first stay we knew he loved it and didn’t want to leave. We’ve unfortunately had some last minute family emergencies and they have been nothing but accommodating. Having K9 Edge has been such a relief to us because we don’t have to worry at all when we travel without our fuzzball. They let us call as often as we needed to check on him and get updates. Very reasonable pricing especially for 24/7 care and services offered. Ample parking. Other services offered aside from boarding. Check out the vaccines and other required paperwork on their website. Just give them a call for any questions, they are patient and understanding.

We brought our dog here for its first visit. The staff here are very friendly, training oriented, and certainly regimented. We found K9 edge after being recommended by a friend and it’s no secret way. The trainers here love dogs and know what they are doing. Know that your dog would be cared for here. I have been taking my dog Drago for roughly 4 months. I utilized the daycare training program initially and could not have been more pleased. I saw immediate results even after day 1. I continue to bring him for daycare based on how much he enjoys going there. I think he is happier to see Cathy than he is to see me on most days. I took my 2 sister kittens a few weekends ago and it was a wonderful experience. Brianna greeted us with a huge smile and was so incredibly sweet to my kittens. I have to say that Brianna was probably one the nicest people I have ever met and I trust her completely with my fur babies. The next time I have to board my pets I will back to see Brianna as she is just an angel. 😍
This all truth and fact ! I inquired my first time to board my fur baby in August of 2023' I was concerned for Staff and my dog because he is over protected of me. I have been going to Muddy Creek for years they are the best ! However I wanted to try a place a little closer to my home and have back up just in case. No one ever called me about my concerns today 11/1/2033 they called me to confirm my reservation for Possibly 2/2024' still never taking a moment to address my concern. Now today they respond they are too Busy to reply to Everyone Never have I ever heard that. Why would I bring my beloved Fur baby when I know nothing about them I still cannot wrap my head around their response. I was fooled by their Pretty exterior online. I care about my fur baby as much as my own children. !
We boarded our 2 Portuguese Water dogs while we spent 2 days in the Salem area. We had several conversations with the owner before coming and read other reviews. We felt this was the place for our dogs. The staff greeted us, took additional information and met our dogs. We picked them up two days later, they were happy boys and we got a good report on their experience with the other dogs.
I have been boarding my toy poodles here for about 8 years and recently have become happier than ever. Yes, there were a few months under a previous owner that left me dissatisfied, but with the new ownership (1/18) under Dr. Miles Borash, the place is back to a high standard of care combined with a healthy dose of heart & hugs. The staff is efficient with intake, dismissal, and personal attention to each dog and I find them extremely reliable in every category. You can tell a lot by how your dogs react when walking in the door; my dogs happily bound through the doorway and receive a warm welcome from the staff each time. Brianna is very thorough and very careful to note the personal needs of your dog, including medications, feeding, etc., and Doug lends a personal touch in his care that allows my ultra sensitive poodle to relax enough that he can even pick him up - something he doesn't let anyone besides me do! I'm very happy that Dr. Borash and his crew are at the helm now and I can leave the dogs here with not a worry in the world.
This pet resort is under new management....we have been bringing out cat here for 10 yrs. and have noticed a difference. Mainly, she is an outdoor cat and has the opportunity here to sit out on her private porch. She has her own room with a climbing perch. She is very well cared for and Dr. Borash noticed a problem with her teeth which I wouldn't have detected and did a great job fixing it. I would definitely recommend this place to board your cat or dog if you're going away on vacation. I also feel really comfortable having a vet on the premises.....just in case.
Extremely unprofessional staff and dirty premises. I had made a reservation in person, filled out all paper work and called a few times to make sure everything was in order. When I called to ask what would be latest time to drop off my dogs, they had lost all my paperwork and had no idea I had a reservation. The manager kept saying I had never gone to make the reservation and I did. I still had to leave my dogs for 5 nights and they didn't send pictures unless I called and asked for them. They promise complimentary showers and more walks for the dogs which did not happen. I did not get back all of the blankets I had dropped off because they mix them with other dog's. The staff had a horrible attitude and didn't get along. Do yourself a favor and don't leave your dogs in that awful place.
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE, horrible customer service and a nasty manager Bree, horrible communication. I would give them a zero if I could, which is a shame because Dr Borash is the best. He needs to get rid of these money scammers

I love this pet resort I was so worried about leaving my little guy anywhere, but they are all so nice, and there is a vet right in the same parking lot that owns the resort so if anything were to happen they would take him to the vet right there, I am so happy I found this place it’s the best.
Great people who love dogs as much as I do. My girl has a great time, everytime! The new building for the dogs is a game changer!
Have left my dog(s) here 2 times. First time I brought one of our dogs for a 2 night stay, along with a bed which when I came to pick him up was in the office area unused because “it wasn’t needed”. Not a huge deal, but important later. Second time I brought both our dogs for a 7 night stay. Did not bring any beds. Dogs slept in a shared hard plastic crate and both came out with BOTH elbows raw and scabbed (see pictures). In addition, one of my dogs started scooting the night we picked him up, which I’ve never seen him do before in the 3 years I’ve had him. Finally, there aren’t ever any photo updates of the dogs. I am forced to wonder if this is because the situation is too sad to document.
The staff at PAWSWITHINN is amazing. Our dog SIMBA is our child and we feel 100% confident leaving our baby with the caring Team at Paws! I was terrified to leave him for a 2-Night stay when I had to work out of state... Patrick, Amy and Team made this stress-free and really took the BEST care of my Best Friend! They sent periodic updates, pics upon request and even a short video when I called over missing "The Baby!" They are attentive to our requests (special food and treats) and ensure that each and every dog plays safe!
JANIECE! First of all, my appointment was at 9 and she was SO kind enough to LAST MINUTE allow me to bring my dog in at 11 when I had a last minute doc appointment. Secondly, my dog has never looked so good. Ive been taking him to petco for years and will never be going back there. My dog Merlin looks the best hes ever looked since ive had him and hes 7!!! Hes 125 lbs and a Newfypoo and she had him done in 2.5 hours and looking SHOW READY. She's so kind and the best. 11/10 recommend
My dog snickers loves it there! We have been sending him since he was only a couple months old is now nine years old and it’s amazing take great care of your pets and provide food. They do pick up and drop off to!! he’s always so excited when they come and he knows they’re coming till he waits at the door excitedly until they come or looks at the window. They also have a cute little store there! They always make sure he smells amazing once he get grooms, and they give you a little bandanna for the dog!
Very bad pungent smell right away. Definitely not a place we would trust with our fur babies. Definitely not professional. UPDATE: Thank you for showing your future clients how extremely unstable and extremely judgmental this business really is. Board of health should be called.
Paws With Inn is amazing. I wasn't able to drive my dog for his grooming appointment and he is so overdue. And they accommodated to pick him up. Keep in mind they only pick up for doggy day care! Thank you from Kovu and I. You guys are so awesome! Happy New Year to you all.
They are the best! My dog was here boarding for 16 days in a row and when I picked her up I knew she was very happy and had the best time ever! Don’t hesitate and bring in your dog for an awesome time. Thank you everyone who helped keep Bella safe and happy!!! Will definitely use again!!!
The Owners and staff are amazing! My 6-month pup loves to go here. He literally starts jumping and making happy and excited noises as soon as we pull in the driveway. Harpoon is so excited to go in I can barely get his lease on him to get him to the door. Once inside the main store area his tail is going one hundred miles and hour and he races for the door to let him outside with the other pups. They have separate sections for different dogs. He goes into the puppy area and comes home well exercised and tired. He is so much easier to handle and train when most of his “puppy energy” has been used up all day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You can also pay to have your dog’s nails trimmed or your dog groomed while they are there. If you forgot to pick up food or treats, don’t worry they sell it right in their store. Truly is the best place to send your fur-baby!!!
The owners and workers are great, all welcoming and they sure do they job right. The dogs all get to play with each other in a safe manner and they also get treats! I've watched them work for my whole life, every dog I/my family had we sent to Paws With Inn. The over nights are so nice when you have no one to take care of your dog/s over night while you're on a vacation or something. The grooming is also excellent, my dog comes home clean with trimmed nails and he smells so good, he also comes home with a seasonal bandana! When I drop my dog off he gets so excited in the car when he knows where we are, he jumps out of the car and runs inside. My dog comes home all tired and gets a lot of sleep after, which is a reason to send your dog/s so you can have nice down time with out them bugging you. If you have any requests while your dog is there, they'll do it, but you have to let them know! My family and friends love Paws With Inn and I'm sure you will too!
