We had a short but sweet house sit for Hazel. They have a lovely comfortable home a short distance from some lovely walks. Hazel was kind enough to meet us from the station, and introduced us to her home and Woody. Woody is a lovely gentle boy. Extremely friendly, he loves to be close. It really was a pleasure to spend time with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks with him and he's so good at communicating when he wants to go out etc. Hazel gave us extensive notes which we really appreciated. There are some lovely places to visit in the area and Woody is such great company. I would definitely recommend this sit.
Thank you Gioia for choosing me to take care of Tchouki and the cats. It was fantastic experience, we walked a lot with Tchouki and it was just absolutely beautiful time. I was quite nervous at the beginning when Tchouki didn't want to go out first morning as he really missed Gioia, but after a few days he became so trustful and so sweet. The house is very cozy and located in stunning place. I loved every moment of my sit. And i'm very happy to meet Gioia, she is very interesting and sweet person. Highly recommended! Had a lovely time with Dalí & Lola at Daniela’s place in Sevilla. Dalí though a little unsure at first was pretty soon friends and by the end of the sit he was letting me stoke his tummy. He has such an incredibly soft coat and loves being stroked. He also loves to play with the feathers on sticks toys but also the swishy leopard print band. He loves his soft mice toys but keeps hitting them under the settee or sometimes just making them vanish into thin air. Sometimes i searched half the house and still couldn’t find them.😳 He is really into playing fast and really gets into running around like crazy (especially if he has a mouse toy)like his sister housemate. Lola loves chasing all sorts of things but mostly the balls and I had bought a play tunnel just as a sit present for the cats and she loved it and would run and sit in it and the dive out as a ball or something went past. After all that strenuous play she would jump up and claim my knee for the next hour as designated place to clean and sleep😀😀 Had to take Dali to vets as he seemed to be going to pee a lot but we got good news as it seems that morning he had probably just got rid of the last bits of some kidney stones so the x-ray showed he was all clear. Carried on the meds for a few days on doctor’s orders but he was happy. Lola though didn’t take to well to Dali smelling of the vets so i had a tense 24 hrs with her being not so friendly towards Dali. But kept playing with them both, plying them with attention, strokes, treats & using feliway. Daniela was a warm host and very friendly and welcoming. Even made some food for me the evening i arrived. Her appartement is nice overlooking the river so great views & especially sunsets. The appartement is also well situated for transport into town. Busstop just two minutes away and connection to airport also easy with just two changes. So I would certainly recommend Daniela , Dalí and Lola’s sit and you will certainly enjoying hanging out with these two lovely kitties
Bud and Bailey were so wonderful! You couldn’t ask for dogs much cuter than these two. I had a blast with Bud he is so cuddly and loving. Bailey is more reserved but once she warmed up to us she was great. Danielle was an absolute pleasure to communicate with :) If you are looking for a comfy sit in the Virginia Beach area I would highly recommend this sit!
We can’t speak highly enough of Olivia and Jordan. We hit it off with them immediately. Communicating with them before and during the sit was easy and enjoyable. Chowder is the sweetest Bulldog puppy. She’s a joy to be around, and we loved taking care of her. Their place is next to Lafayette Park, so it’s easy to take Chowder to the dog park where she loves to play and make many friends. Their home is in a great location. There's a Whole Foods around the corner as well as several other markets and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed this sit with Olivia, Jordan, and Chowder, and we hope to do it again. Highly recommended!

Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that she's a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

Paw pals exceeded our expectations! This was our first experience boarding our extremely nervous dog and the entire staff took such good care of our dog and our family! They sent two report cards a day with a written and picture update and made us feel so at ease while we were away on our vacation. I appreciate the initial screening and vaccine documentation requirements to ensure health and safety. The camper cams give me peace of mind. I can check in any time and see how my little guy is doing. I could see for myself that the dogs are under constant supervision. The counselors are good with the dogs, playing with them and cleaning up after them. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, making drop off and pick up very easy.
My newfie Georgie has been going to camp since she was 6 months old. She really looks forward to seeing her doggy and human friends once or twice a week. Everyone who works there is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to be a dog!

This is a wonderful place. My dog, Yako, really enjoyed himself for his "interview"/first visit and stay at a doggie day camp facility. He especially like Matt, who was totally gentle with him and really made him (and all the other dogs) feel comfortable and safe. It is a big, clean doggie day care/boarding facility and they keep the dogs entertained all day long. When I brought Yako home, he drank some water and went to sleep. Perfect. I am very comfortable leaving my dog for boarding and it is easy to get to from Manhattan or the Bronx. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Rockland County, NY. A++
I had a last minute change in travel plans and Camp Bow wow was amazingly supportive and very welcoming to me and my pup Mango! I felt safe being able to log in and see him at play having the best time with his friends. Staff took excellent care of him and I’m so grateful for you all!! Highly recommend! This was his first time away from home and from me and we were both very nervous but camp bow wow made this experience so seem less and for that I am blessed. We recently moved to the area and needed a trustworthy boarding place for our pup. Mike and staff at Dog Rock are absolutely phenomenal. At our prior boarding place, our dog would come home fairly dirty and have a few behaviors that were atypical. Here, she came home SO happy and just had such positive happy energy. The staff threw her a birthday party during her stay as well, which was the cutest thing ever. We got daily pictures. They were very good about updates and I truly trust them with everything. Highly recommend 11/10.
Great place. Dogs are well cared for and they love coming here for day care and overnight boarding. One of my dogs does not like playing with other dogs. Instead he stays in his room and staff come and play with him throughout the day. My other dog loves playing with other dogs and enjoys playtime and visits with his brother. Great place, very clean. Dog Rock Resorts is a 2nd Home for my Buddy. Each week, I see my Buddy growing and maturing & learning to feel comfortable outside of our home. This is a exceptional dog-care center. For most people, their pets are a party of the family. Finding a place to leave your pet for the day, or board for an extended time, is not an easy decision. It is sometimes made harder when there are other considerations. We have a fairly timid dog that has high energy when playing with other dogs. Although he is still a puppy, he is 60 lbs. In addition to that, he is not neutered yet at 1 year, which means he is not allowed to play with the other dogs. When he was a bit younger, we kept him with a woman that boards in her house, but he proved to be too much for her and the other dogs there. After that we spent a bit of time looking for other facilities to use while we were away on a trip. Mike and the staff at Dog Rock were very understanding of our situation and accomodated a number of visits, emails and phone calls to help make us, including our dog, feel comfortable. Of all the boarding facilities in the area, Dog Rock has the highest amount of one on one time for a dog mostly confined to an enclosure. In addition to that, Dog Rock has has the biggest enclosures. You may so, “So what? My dog won’t be in an enclosure all day”. Well, it is so much more than that. While we were away, we got many email and text updates from the team letting us know how our pup was doing. They made us feel very comfortable about our decision. They are a top notch facilities with a very caring staff. Not to mention, the facility is beautiful and clean.
Dog Rock Resorts is like no other doggie day care/boarding place that I have been to.... and we have been to a few in the area. I was excited watching the place being built and seeing the design and detail difference from all the others. When you walk in it seems like a very well thought out upscale hotel. My dog Rusty is a great dog that does has some health issues with his hind legs. I have to say that the staff gave him such special care and kindness which made me so very relieved. They even sent some photos which indicated how happy he was. As an extra added bonus it is conveniently located right across from his vet. I could not recommend Dog Rock Resort more!!
Dog Rock takes doggie care to a whole new level. I just scoped it out yesterday to see if I could trust them with my shih tzu, and I was completely wowed. This is true puppy luxury. The boarding "suites", and they really are "suites", are awesome, and the amount of human interaction the staff provides for the dogs is better than any other option I have ever seen. They even send you texts with pictures and videos of your dog throughout the stay. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I was extremely wary and the cost of a professional dog trainer, but when I saw I really needed one, trails for tails was recommended. We met twice and I already see a marked change in my dog's behavior. If you're looking for a trainer who can deliver at a decent price, look here!
I had an amazing experience with Trails for tails! Shragi watched my dog for 2 weeks while my family and I went on vacation! My husky had the best time there! I always get nervous leaving her in someone else’s care but by trails for tails It was her home away from home!
Shragi boarded my dog for five nights and was amazing. He was super responsive, professional and kind, experienced in managing dogs and their temperaments, and sent photos / videos and updates on a regular basis. I could see my dog was in good hands. I would definitely leave Otis with him again !
Absolutely great! Shargi took care of my dog Emmi for 10days while I was waiting for her paperwork to fly to Europe. I am always nervous to leave her with someone, but she was taken care of in the best way possible. Great trainer, my dog is now crate trained!! I was updated with often pictures and videos, and not for one second did I worry that Emmi was not in good hands. Just amazing, 5 starts any day for Trails for Tails!
Shragi took great care of my two dogs for three nights, especially with one of our rescues that is highly skittish around people. He was sensitive and thoughtful in how he approached her. I loved the updates that he sent while we were away, and he did door-to-door pick-up and drop off for our pups where we live in Westchester. He also did some training with our other dog, who has retained that training since we got him back. I recommend Shragi and his business and appreciated his flexibility when we had to extend our stay.

We are so lucky to have found Karen to care for our three cats! We were out of the country for a month, during which Karen sent us photos and videos daily, keeping us updated and informed. The staff at Tuxedo Pet Lodge are fantastic. They take great care of our dog, and let us know if there is anything we should be aware of. Stella jumps out of the car for drop-off to daycare, so I know she loves it there. Everyone is happy to see her and she seems comfortable with everyone. They take the time to test each dog with other dogs one-on-one, instead of just leaving everyone together in a big room. Our dog gets overwhelmed, so that works out well for us. I see pictures on their Facebook page of happy groups of dogs in the yard, and the occasional picture of Stella with one or two other dogs. We have used them for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and we're always happy. Staff are very responsive about booking dates for boarding, daycare, and grooming appointments. Their website is informative and helpful.
I recently boarded my Rottweiler at Tuxedo Pet Lodge for 9 nights and had an excellent experience. This was the longest boarding experience my dog has ever had and I am so glad to have found this pet lodge. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about pet care. The clean, well-maintained facility provided a safe and comfortable environment for my boy. Cathy shared several updates during his stay, which gave me peace of mind while overseas. Tuxedo Pet Lodge has been caring for my super anxious and highly active Labradoodle Arlo since he was a puppy. I wouldn't trust leaving him with any other place. The Tuxedo Pet Lodge facilities are wonderful and spotless. The people who care for the dogs are affectionate and they take the time to make sure that your dog is matched with other dogs who are similar in demeanor at play time.
