Ellen took the most incredible care of our senior, blind, special needs poodle! Midge is 17 and has no eyes and a very specific diet. He has a lot of medications to take each day, and can be very stubborn when he doesn't want to take them. Ellen was so kind, patient, and loving with Midge, and we returned home to a happy boy! Ellen sent as photos and updates every day, and was very understanding of all of his special needs. She did not seem overwhelmed by the (long) notes we left, and asked very thoughtful questions to make sure he was getting exactly what he needed. Her dog Elton was so kind and gentle with Midge, and they are now best buds. We are always so nervous leaving my special old guy, and we were so calm and comfortable knowing he was with Ellen. Our house was clean and everything had been taken great care of. Ellen stayed during the crazy snow storms this past few weeks and was really helpful in keeping the house warm and safe. We are SO grateful, and cannot recommend Ellen and Elton enough!

Kevin has walked Leo for three days this week (and at quite short notice) and I have had such peace of mind. This is the first time we have ever used a dog walker but now it won’t be the last. We cannot recommend kevin & Ben highly enough. They helped us out in a really tricky situation and when we were stuck they were so reassuring and professional. Our initial agreement was supposed to be short term. We were so impressed we have made it long-term! They’re unbelievably experienced and knowledgeable. We have a frenchie, energetic, needy, bit grumpy sometimes and socialable dog and theyre fabulous with him. We found the variety of walks, the communication, pictures etc has been brilliant. We have recently started using Kevin at The Dog Walker Wimbledon for daycare for our Labrador. We have been so impressed with it and Otta comes home happy every time. Kevin has great communication and always sends updates of the fun she is having. I highly recommend.

We can't recommend Kevin and the DWW team highly enough. Phoebe adores Kevin; being part of his 'pack' really helped to ease her anxiety around other people and dogs during lockdown. Wonderful customer service and Groom. I have a highly playful, over stimulated puppy who hates grooms and brushes. I contacted Angela and Charlotte after visiting various groomers who were unable to groom my 6 month old Poochon Klaus. I was called straightaway after my enquiry and was given an appointment for the following week. My puppy is very hard work, but he came out with a lovely groom. My rabbit shamps was in a luxury hotel spot for a few days while I was away. Angela really is amazing made me feel very comfortable with daily updates. An it was very cute to see him snuggle up an to see him feel relaxed, got future dates for him to stay around already, I would definitely recommend this lovely lady xxx

Angela looks after our cockapoo Nelly and has been absolutely amazing. She is super reliable and has never let us down. Angela is friendly and very professional and Nelly loves her. Nelly is always extremely excited to see Angela and despite being a dog who loves being with her owners, she happily goes off with Angela. Angela is also very flexible and has helped us out a number of times at very short notice. I have visited Angela's premises and they are very dog friendly, her garden is secure and Nelly also hangs out in the house. Angela has been absolutely amazing, looking after my rabbit Morty. She is lovely and trustworthy, she also sends photos of your pets so you can see what they have been up to whilst you're on holiday. Very good at keeping you up to date with how your pet is & what they have been doing. Morty is usually really shy like most rabbits, but he seems to have taken a shine to Angela too! I highly recommend!
Jack has been walking George for roughly two years now and sometimes I actually think George loves him more than me. Jack is reliable, flexible, always punctual but most of all you can tell how much he loves the dogs and how well looked after they are! I have never had any problems and would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a dog walker. Jack also offers daycare and boarding, both of which I use regularly and George thoroughly enjoys! Also, the social media updates are the best!!!!
Jack has been looking after our pets for 4 years. Both our previous dog and now our current naughty young dog love him and have a fantastic time on walks. Jack is fab with animals and we feel we can trust him entirely with ours. He has also had Maisie for the weekend and fed our cat when we’ve been away. He’s great at keeping in touch if needed and has rescued us a few times when plans have changed or the cat has gone missing. We’ve used dog walkers before but Jack is by far the best. Super is all I can say, we had never had a dog or needed a walker before and found ourselves with both following a family bereavement. I can truly say my Bruno loves his walks and waits everyday at the door for pick up from 8am, his walks not till 12! I cannot recommend these people enough, absolutely amazing .

Fantastic service from our cat sitter Raquel who gave us daily updates and photos of Row. We booked about 2 months before we went away with VIP and were matched swiftly with Raquel, who came round to meet Row and again before we left. Highly recommend!
VIP's service was absolutely perfect and so organised... from correspondence to paperwork/ invoicing ..... EVERYTHING ! As for our petsitter, Giovanna ! She was wonderful ..... we met her a couple of months before our trip .... then once more to hand over keys etc. just a day before our holiday. She sent us photos, updates and texts while we were away. In short we were on holiday knowing our two cats were taken care of VERY well and we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING ...... not just the cats .... the house too. We would DEFINITELY be using VIP's again for future holidays and hopefully Giovanna can look after our cats again. VIP's .... AND Giovanna ...... thank you so so much.
I absolutely love Very Important Pets! I have used their in-home cat sitting service many times, and I just couldn’t be happier with the warm, expert care the sitters provide for my two cats. Booking is very easy, and the sitters are extremely trustworthy and professional. One we booked has been with VIPs for a decade! They also go above and beyond to ensure that you know what’s going on with your pets when you’re away. For our pets, VIPs is a major improvement over even the best cat boarding facilities; the cats are much happier to stay in their home and to stick to their routine. I’m a first-time cat owner and often feel that the sitters we’ve had, Catherine and Tracy, know more about cat behavior and care than I do, which is actually great. I always come home to two happy, healthy, well-brushed cats who seem surprised that I’m back to harass them.
They did a great job in finding a pet sitter (Alan) for my Cockatiel (bird) who visited, fed and socialised with him whilst I was away for a short period. Alan did a great job and would certainly trust him again. Recommend to communicate with VIP by email when booking as I couldn't get hold of the office at all via phone. Email correspondence was good and prompt.
Very Important Pets and Chelsea, the pet sitter/feeder, were both absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of registering, signing up, booking the visits and then having my two cats looked after whilst I was away. Chelsea visited every morning and evening to feed them (having spent time with me before our holiday to meet them and learn about their routine). When visiting she spent time with them, giving them attention and affection, and she sent me updates and pictures whilst I was away. It was so reassuring knowing that they were being cared for and that they were doing well. It was also reassuring knowing the Very Important Pets had done the work to check Chelsea's background and that they have the requisite insurances, etc. The whole outfit was professional and easy. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be using them again.
This is an excellent service for those living in the London area. We are located in South Kensington with two Dalmatians — large dogs that need specialized care. As a result, traditional boarding in or outside London is either unavailable or inconvenient for us, and we were searching for a reliable and vetted service that could make us feel secure that our dogs were well taken care of while we were away. Isabel (our sitter) with VIP Pets was wonderful, as was the administrative service. They are prompt, thorough, and obliging, and we very much enjoyed our experience with them. Would recommend!
Our local vet recommended the VIP team and they didn’t disappoint. The online booking process was quick and straightforward. Before we confirmed the booking, the cat sitter came over for an introduction. Then, whilst we were away, she sent us frequent updates with photos which was great and reassuring that everything is fine. All in all, VIP provided a fantastic service which we’ll definitely use again.

We love pets Sutton have been walking our Golden for 2 years now and we can not fault the brilliant service. Each of the team go above and beyond for every walk. Our Golden is fairly large, full of energy and can not keep away from water - this only seems to make Andrea’s team love Sunny even more. Brilliant communication and dog walking expertise puts us at ease everyday. Dogs are walked individually, at times dogs may be paired up with one other like minded friend and walker. No pack walks. Many photo and video updates are constantly sent for each walk, which only makes us feel more at ease. Sunny has such a brilliant time, is always excited to see any of the team, and comes home ready for a nap. I was anxious to return to work and leave Sunny however, there was no need to worry thanks to Andrea and the whole team. I can not recommend this team more.
We have used We Love Pets for walking our dog for the last two and a half years. Our dog absolutely loves everyone and his walks. We get photos of every walk so we can see how he’s getting on. Each dog walker only walks one or two dogs, but they meet at the park so that the dogs can socialise and play together. They are all so caring, I can’t recommend them enough.
Andrea and her team are brilliant. The service is professional but also really personal. We have complete trust in all of the lovely walkers that take our dogs out. The booking system is really straight forward and it is flexible and fits in with our schedules. You get loads of photos from each walk showing what a good time they’re having. Andrea has also looked after our dogs (and our house!) when we’ve been on holiday and it gave us so much peace of mind. She really loves the animals and I really can’t recommend her service enough… 5 stars!!!

Our dog Bailey is the fifth member of our family so we wouldn’t trust him with anybody unless we felt hundred percent certain that he is in safe hands. Tom offers that exact safe environment with a good mix of other dogs where Bailey can run free but also have a cuddle when needed. Tom takes the hassle away each day by collecting and dropping Bailey off at our house. I know it’s like home from home for Bailey and we never have to worry that he is not being looked after and really cared for. We would totally recommend Under one woof!
We heard about Tom and Underonewoof from a recommendation from a friend. Tom and Sarah treat Toby when he is there as if he is one of their own, which is amazing and just what any dog owner would want. He is always very happy to go and now has many doggie friends there too. Tom is very flexible to be able to help out if he can which is a great when work isn’t always 9-5. Tom has looked after Cody since he was a pup - now a 3 yr Labradoodle. Cody’s clearly very happy there and often tries to go through Tom’ gate when we pass by on a walk! Tom has a calm manner and the dogs are very well cared for.

Ally comes twice a week to pick up our Spaniel and take him for a run nearby. It really helps us on the busiest days of the week for the household. She is absolutely great with him - he adores her - and is always on hand to advise on managing the change from pup to dog! She has always been available, never been unable to help, even occasional weekends when we've needed a bit of cover. Great service!
Top notch service! Ally was brilliant - she is clearly an animal lover and looked after my cat Ripley fabulously whilst I was travelling. I got updates and photos and felt entirely comfortable whilst I was away that Ripley was being spoilt! Will definitely use Paw Pals again - highly recommended.
