Penina
Penina was my first THS gig and she made it so easy. She left a thorough welcome guide and she was very easy to communicate with both in person and via texts during the sit. I appreciated that she left a very clean home for me to stay in. And Samus and Tyger are really lovely cats that I bonded with quickly. I missed them when I moved on to another sit. The house is far from the center of Portland but the bonus is you're close to some great nature hikes.

Anaïs
The experience was incredible. I felt very welcome from the first moment I arrived. Anaïs was very kind, and she explained very well. the tasks I had to do. Oscar is a very loving cat and will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Rebecca
I had a great time looking after Mister Woofie, Pinot and Captain! I especially enjoyed Mister Woofie's company out and about in the city (he is very good on public transport and in cafes etc.). Liz and Becca have a lovely, cosy home and I always knew I could reach out to them with any questions. Would happily sit for them again in the future!

Edie
We had a wonderful time looking after Sophie. She is such a sweet cat which will stay and cuddle with you if you warm enough. We miss her already)
We did not have a chance to meet Edie and Bruce, but we still get very clear instructions and Edie was super responsive.
The house is located close to the park, where we went for a walk on a regular basic. It is really nice neighborhood. And sometimes you can see rabbits, squirrels and humming birds from the kitchen widow which is amazing! It was really nice stay and we definitely recommend it to everyone!

DeAnn
DeAnn gave us a great list of care items for her two dogs. She also gave us a current listof her favorite's to see and do in her neighborhood for us to enjoy. She welcomed us in every way possible. Her two adorable dogs were so easy to take care of. The walked very well together. My husband and I would love to sit her furry friends again.

Leanne
This was my first Trusted Housesitters assignment, and Leanne has set the bar impossibly high. It could not have gone any better. Her home is beautiful - modern with some fantastic artwork. Very comfortable, spacious, and a great location. Close to Sloan's Lake (perfect for walks with Django), and a safe, fun neighborhood to explore. Leanne had her home perfectly prepared for my arrival, and provided clear and comprehensive instructions, and excellent communication. Seriously, it could not have been any easier.

Django is a dream dog. He is super mellow, and was extremely well behaved on walks. He is a joy.

Katy Perry is a cuddly ball of happiness. Having her nestle on my chest as I watched Sunday football on TV was a highlight of my weekend.

If you are lucky enough to house/pet sit for them, you should consider yourselves very fortunate. And I am sure, like me, you will immediately miss Django & Katy Perry when you depart. Highly recommend, and I hope to sit with them again in the near future.
