Jenn is a warm and welcoming host with 2 wonderful pets. Both Baxter and Abby are easy to care for; Abby was definitely content just knowing that you would feed and stroke her. :-) Jenn had left before we arrived, so it took Baxter a couple of days to understand that we were his people. We know Collingwood well and we were content to go for a few walks a day with Baxter and spend a lot of time with Baxter and Abby. It was wonderful to watch Baxter relax during the stay. They are both love bugs and they will curl up with you on the sofa. We had an amazing stay. Jenn's home is beautiful and is in a quiet part of town. Communication with Jenn was always easy and relaxed. We would come back in a heartbeat!
We had an amazing time in Roccaforte Mondovi for three weeks looking after the loveliest of dogs. Heaven and Paul were the most welcoming hosts offering us the use of their home office to work in and a great kitchen and home for everything we needed. Communication was helpful and quick throughout our stay. About Jack and Bear. They are a hilarious pack of one very obidient boss dog (Jack) and one gentle, free-spirited giant (Bear), both who gladly snuggle up in the evening next to you by the fire. We had great hikes, the dogs love snow and ice so we pretty much went exploring in every weather. The area offers breath taking views and hikes close by. We really hope to get invited in the future, we'll miss Bear and Jack dearly.
Chris & Jane were very welcoming and generous hosts and I enjoyed staying in their comfy, warm and spacious home. Communication was great throughout and I had everything needed. Bonnie the cat clearly has a busy life, spending all day outdoors, only popping in once or twice to check her food bowls. But in the evenings she spent her time cuddled up on the sofa and was a gentle and easy companion. There are plenty of local amenities and public transport close by and lots of lovely woodland walks right on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend this house sit for anyone wanting to relax and perhaps explore a new area, with both town and country close at hand. Thanks Chris & Jane - hope to see you again.
Adorable Lexi sleeps hard during the day, and has the softest fur, and sweetest meows. Though not a lap or “sleep with you” kitty, she shows affection in many other ways. The building has tons of amenities and multiple areas to work outside out the apartment. Carmen, Lexi’s devoted mama, is lovely and always responded to texts. She inspired me to try a plant-based diet and begin a fitness journey.
Bella is the loveliest dog ever! we enjoyed our stay with her, it was like a vacation for us. Dylan and Celia are great, and their place is amazing. Thank you! ❤️
